This place is literally a zoo full of animals. If you want to take your kids to a place to teach them survival in the jungle and don’t mind risking a few broken bones then go ahead. There are practically no visible employees or staff. Just a small handful and the ones there aren’t doing anything useful. They are zoned out. Kids of all ages and sizes from little 3 year olds to huge teenagers and even adults are all running and jumping in all sorts of directions in total chaos and Iv seen kids get injured badly every single time I come here. Iv seen broke noses and bloody noses and neck injuries. This place is nuts and no adult staff to supervise. There are huge foam pits and kids take the foam blocks out and stack them like Lego’s and that leaves very little foam inside the pit for the actual purpose of protection. No staff around to stop them. Iv seen small kids fallen into and hidden between the foam blocks and large kids launching themselves into these pits severely injuring the small kids. The bathroom is gross. No water pressure at the sink. Ever. No hand soap. Ever. Iv been here many many times unfortunately and this is not a review based on just one experience. This is what this place is like all the time. Now if you can come at a time of day when no one is here then it’s a somewhat different experience but this place needs 20 more adult staff walking around and supervising. It’s like not having lifeguards at public pools. It’s irresponsible and dangerous. Also no one monitoring the entry and exit. If you walk in with more than one kid and aren’t able to watch all of them simultaneously, anyone can walk out with your kid at the front and no one would know. It’s horrible and dangerous and irresponsible. The owners need to read this review from a frequent customer and make some serious changes.

Incredibly overpriced and while we were attending a birthday party they were literally doing construction right outside our party room and they did not have the area secured so kids could literally just go over the edge and fall into sharp metal equipment. Additionally, it was so loud and jarring that some of the smaller kids didn't want to bounce or do anything because it was so loud. Cannot believe they would be doing this kind of construction on a busy Saturday with so many kids around. It's a shame because the facility actually seems very clean and nice.

It was great my lil one and his cousin enjoyed their time there, staff was very friendly and always helpful. Will be back soon.

Fun place for kids. Crowded during the weekend. Limited options for food - typical food for places like this, not much if you’re looking for something healthy.

My toddler LOVES skyzone. He has such a good time and the other kids are so good and mindful about him. The inflatable court for soccer / basketball and dodge ball is awesome. Great place during off house for a toddler to run around and chase after a ball. I would love to see a toddler time or little one time only or a more accessible toddler zone but it’s a very fun place.

My daughter had her 4-year-old birthday party here today and it was a wonderful experience. The entire event was organized and efficient. Sky Zone communicated with us in the days and weeks leading up to the event to make sure that everything went well. Bill was an excellent host. He was so good with the kids and went out of his way to make sure it was a memorable experience. We forgot to bring candles for my daughter's cake and he was able to find one for us to use. We were so grateful! My daughter has a monthly membership here and we come once or twice a week. The facility has impressive ammenities, is clean, and has wonderful staff. I can't say enough good things about Bree! She always goes out of her way to tell us hello and to make sure that our experience is a good one. SkyZone is easily the best deal in town for entertaining your kids indoors. Try and avoid the weekends though - it's a madhouse in there. There are no crowds on weekday mornings.

Fantastic trampoline park. We had a great time with guests aged 13-60. The variety of activities is absolutely a blast. The staff were very attentive and upholding rules. It was busy enough to be fun without being overcrowded. (3:45 on a Saturday afternoon). And it was very clean too. Really great.

Great staff! Great place to host kids parties (bday, graduation, etc.) They are bringing more "games" to the venue soon. Can't wait to see the final product. Would like to see better concession/food options.
