I went in for a consult and I stood in the front with no greeting for 10 minutes. Then someone walks in and instead of apologizing rudely tells me to sit down and takes an angry client who said she has been waiting for 40 minutes into a back room. Also she has a sign asking you to wear a mask but she walks in with no mask. Then once she is done with that client she goes into another room without any word. It is 30 minutes into my appointment and still no apology or explanation. I personally am in the health care field and I understand that sometimes the schedule gets behind but I do my best to communicate and make sure my patients are comfortable while waiting. Let’s just say I will not be going back and I was very disappointed by their unprofessional behavior.

I’ve been going to Alizay for years and I am so pleased with their services! Very clean, relaxing place. I’ve been burnt at another laser place before, but at Alizay I know I’m in good hands. I do Laser with Naha and I’m so happy with my results, my skin is so smooth!! She’s very knowledgeable. Hoping to do some facials with her next! :)

From microdermabrasion, customized facial, peeling and laser, she has been great to all the services. I leave the spa feeling very relaxed (unless I am doing laser) and excited for my next appointment!

Recently moved to VA and Alizay was recommended by a friend. It’s the best Esthetic Spa ever! Naha is fabulous, friendly and the spa has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. My husband went also and said Naha did the best work ever on his face! We’re now repeat clients!

I called, short notice, on a Saturday morning and asked if there was any availability for a hydrafacial for later that same day. I have never been there before and was desperately seeking treatment asap for my skin and soul. It’s been a year since my last hydrafacial and I have had many by different specialists; and Naha was one of my top favorite! She heard all my concerns and focused on them. She was so detailed oriented and attentive. I will definitely be returning!!!

I absolutely love Alizay Spa & Clinic. Every time I go I come out feeling lighter and so much more relaxed. Naha has a very calming personality, and really makes you feel at ease. She really knows her work , gives great advice and is very focused which is so important when your getting treatment on your skin.

I had a facial done at Alizay Spa recently, around noon. The environment was relaxing, the receptionist was friendly. Neha did great job and took time to my skin concerns and discuss my skin issues with me. She’s knowledgeable and pays attention if you have any concerns. I highly recommend!

I had a facial with microdermabrasion with Kelsey today. It was a wonderfully relaxing and luxurious experience. Kelsey is a master aesthetician--knowledgeable, lovely and experienced. It was the first time since the pandemic began that I had been back to Alizay. It felt so great to have some pampering time for myself again. I felt very comfortable being in the Alizay Spa since they have implemented the appropriate Covid protocols. The staff was very careful about maintaining the guidelines which was very reassuring. Everything is kept immaculately. I highly recommend this spa's services, and Kelsey was super!
