The past two experiences have been sub par. The techs were unfriendly and actually caused pain during a manicure. This last appointment was the final straw. We booked Dead Sea pedicures but were charged for a more expensive one. We realized it the next day after looking at our receipt and called. The girl who answered the phone stated we received some organic pedicure. I stated that’s not what we scheduled and I have the electronic confirmation. She said that didn’t matter because we could change our mind when we come in. Wait so we order something and you can do whatever you want when we get there then charge us for that? Yes, she said. Basically saying it’s my fault. Then told me she would have someone call me. They never did. If you go here watch your bill and make sure you are being charged correctly because if it’s wrong they won’t fix it. I wouldn’t expect super friendly service either. We had high hopes but this place is a hard pass.

My favorite nail place EVER! Kim and the entire team are very professional. Whatever I want I just tell them and they take care of it. They get me in quickly and do a great job because I have a very busy schedule. I will not go anywhere else. I have pretty much been to every nail salon in Sterling. Thank you!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Sent my African American daughter in there to see if she could do our nails the way she wanted and she tells her that she don’t have time to do it. Now I mind you, she didn’t have anyone in her shop. I will be reporting to the BBB for discrimination

I requested for cleaning or pedicure to relax. I requested to please cut the sides of the toe nails to easily push my cuticle. She didn't do. It started 5:15. She was done at 5:30 She had soak not even 5 mins. She just cut the nails a little bit. She had nipper, pusher and nailcuttter. Pusher was not even used to push the cuticle. Had a little massage and lotion and done. Where is the pedicure there? I didn't even feel and see my cuticle was removed. Did not even want to give receipt. Why? Improve your service. They all talk in their language. I was even insulted "What, you want your pedicure free?" No. I said paid for the service you listed and offered but I was not satisfied, because you don't do what is expected. I refused the polish as I will just go to other salon.

The nail staff here is extremely rude. I took a chance and walked in asking for a glazed donut nail and was immediately treated with absolute disrespect. I left right after the nail tech removed the gel off my nails because I did not feel comfortable. I did notice that the staff treated white Americans with kindness. Maybe it’s a race issue, implicit biases? Whatever it is I’ll never come back here.

Never have a ever had this much of a terrible experience. First off, you can make an appt at this salon and show up on time and they still take 20+ min to see you. Second, my mom got dip there. Long story short it was done poorly, cracks in the polish, un even edges, and they did not even cut cuticles. Well I called the salon and spoke to Anthony. We sent him photos, and he agreed it was done poorly and that she could get the nails redone. We did not ask for a refund. We simply wanted the results we paid over $50 for. He helped us schedule an appt to re-do the nails. My mother goes in, waits 20 min to be seen after said appt, and the nail tech is complaining "it's my day off" says that multiple times to my mother. She then spoke to Joe- the manager, he was completely rude and unprofessional. At this point my mother did not even want to get the nails re-done. She just had them remove the dip and cut cuticles, and just paint clear polish bc she wanted to get out of that salon. I am shocked by this experience. Totally unprofessional and we will both never return again. Deff don't recommend going here. Overall very poor service and poor communication from manager to customer. They also haven’t returned any of my calls. Terrible.

Crazy prices for just a basic pedicure, removing calluses is an added charge! I ended up declining services after this lady cut my toe nails & walked out without paying $12!! $12 to cut my toe nails ??? I could have done that myself - no thanks!!!
