I
hadn't
stayed
at
a
Hyatt
property
for
quite
a
while,
but
during
a
recent
business
trip,
I
opted
for
the
nearest
hotel
recommended
by
the
company,
given
its
proximity
to
the
office.
Before
arriving,
I
completed
the
check-in
process
and
requested
a
room
with
a
bathtub
through
the
chat
feature.
The
representative
was
friendly,
though,
unfortunately,
my
Hilton
Diamond
and
Marriott
Platinum
status
didn't
yield
any
special
accommodations.
However,
it
didn't
affect
my
impression
of
this
hotel,
as
I
understood
my
request
was
a
long
shot.
Upon
arrival,
the
hotel
appeared
well-maintained
and
contemporary.
I
checked
in
promptly
to
obtain
my
breakfast
voucher
and
confirm
the
parking
arrangements.
I
noted
that
they
charged
$15
per
day
for
parking,
but
fortunately,
my
corporate
rate
covered
both
breakfast
and
parking.
Most
of
the
newly
renovated
rooms
only
offered
showers,
so
I
was
assigned
a
room
that
seemed
a
bit
dated.
Nevertheless,
the
room
was
clean,
the
bed
comfortable,
and
the
soundproofing
satisfactory.
I
appreciated
the
central
AC
in
the
room,
which
is
a
must
for
a
peaceful
night's
sleep.
I
typically
avoid
hotels
with
individual
window
AC
units
due
to
their
noise
and
temperature
control
issues.
However,
there
were
a
few
aspects
that
could
be
improved:
1.
The
breakfast
buffet
was
priced
at
$22,
offering
a
variety
of
choices,
but
I
probably
wouldn't
have
chosen
it
if
it
weren't
included
in
my
rate.
2.
The
elevators
often
had
longer-than-expected
wait
times.
One
day
they
arrived
promptly,
while
on
the
next,
I
waited
for
5
minutes.
3.
The
internet
speed
was
notably
slower
at
night,
likely
due
to
many
guests
returning
and
streaming.
4.
The
absence
of
a
"Smart
TV"
in
the
room
caught
my
attention.
Such
a
feature
is
increasingly
important
in
hotel
rooms
nowadays.
In
conclusion,
this
hotel
offered
a
nice,
clean,
and
convenient
place
to
stay.
Addressing
these
areas
for
improvement
could
enhance
the
overall
guest
experience.
