This is the first and possibly last time I will ever use Alamo Drafthouse. We ordered our food, after pressing the button multiple times and waiting for 20 minutes. Our drinks came, however our appetizer never arrived, and our food came out after an hour and was cold. I left the theater to speak to management, and they agreed to take the food off. However, they still charged me $12 for bottomless drinks that were never refilled. They said I should have pushed the button to get my drinks free filled. However, I wouldn't have ordered them if I didn't get food. Thanks to trying to track down the food, I miss 10 minutes of the movie. I will not be returning to this establishment and I suggest you try a different theater

This place is outstanding. Tickets are about $14. Popcorn is about $10 comes in a huge metal bowl and is bottomless. Just push a button and it's delivered to your seat in 2 minutes. Also the chips and melted cheese is also bottomless. I recommend getting a bottle of red wine for $36 as the mixed drinks have little to no alcohol in them and they are around $9 to $12. The seats are very comfortable. But it's very dark inside. And some tables have dimighrs that do not work. So it's impossible to see your menu.

Good food with vegan options. The bar has many drinks options. The holiday menu is excellent. Great place to come for happy hour. Movie theater experience with food being served is typically good. The system of order cards bells are efficient. If you plan to eat in theater, remember to get there early. You can also order food at the bar and take it inside (but drink refills won't work). The Plaza across from the theater has good Christmas decorations and play area for kids. Lots of fun for younger kids and families. Good for others to walk around and explore the other restaurants, ice cream shops in the area.

Had a blast at this theater for the first time! I had a drink at the bar, and was munching on popcorn while enjoying a fantastic movie. Tried their chicken sandwich with a garden salad and soda - yummy! Just a heads up, the food portions aren't massive, but more about the overall experience. The visuals and audio were top-notch. The theater lobby and screening room felt very elegant and subdued. The only downside? It can be a bit pricey with the movie and food. But overall it was a very memorable experience and highly recommended!

Serving style is unique and interesting. The unlimited popcorn is awesome and tasteful. The lady asked us if we wanted a refill and I said yes, just half bowl would be good. But our bowl never showed up since… the chairs were the old style. I wish it’s not the flipping style so my kid could sit on it more comfortably.

No longer worth it! Alamo One Loudoun has gone downhill significantly the past 18 months. I'm giving up on them. The staff can never get the order right, always forgetting items. Food shows up in random order, if at all (everyone wants appetizers to arrive 15 minutes after the entrees, right?). If you actually want all your entrees, be prepared to chase down a server an extra couple times. The food quality is fine, but roughly diner equivalent, and yet you're paying inflated prices. We keep giving them second chances, but no more. The service issues are a direct reflection of training and management issues. Very sad to see such steep decline. If you're just going for a movie, you're probably ok, but if you're hoping to get a meal along the way, be prepared for frustration and disappointment. Never again! :/

Amazing service and fun, unique events for older movie screenings. The bar is great as well. Fair priced tickets, expensive food/drink but far better than what you would get at any other theater (real kitchen, real food). Order straight from and to your seat. Check it out!

This is the same price as other theaters. Only one that seems to actively enforce the talking and cell phone rules. Loved it. The sound system was great as well, minimal distracting exit signs and stair lighting Some little things could be improved but overall amazing. Really considering their movie club thing
