Horrible customer experience!! No wonder no customers here. Came to post my review and was felt validated when saw another customer ‘Jeff’ had exactly same experience in his review. 8/3/22- Lunch time. Ordered Chicken pho soup for my son as he is sick. Took off from work to pick to drop it home. No one except me was there at pick up. She confirmed it is chicken noodle soup. Reached home and found out it was wrong order - beef broth! Picture attached. Drove back to her again to take it back as courtesy. Instead of saying sorry or Thankyou, she started yelling at me for not carrying it back properly!! I told her she should be thankful that I am bringing it back. And at least take accountability for the mistake. No discount or apology - was told I had an attitude. Wow. PLEASE AVOID PHOLICIOUS - if you want to save your mood and money. Chicken noodle soup is for $14 ( jumped 75%) in 3 years from $8 in this new management or rather mismanagement.

This place is nice, quiet and clean. Food is delicious and a place we keep coming back to. They also offer bubble tea. If you want some, just need to order it right away since they make it in small batches which take a little longer. But that's ok. Highly recommend this place. This is a nice place that my daughter and I enjoy together, or with the whole family when they feel like coming out.

My friend and I dined in the restaurant last night. The atmosphere is fresh and welcoming. We both enjoyed our pho and Vietnamese coffee. The service was fast and very friendly. We plan to return there!

It has the BEST fried rice, I like to squeeze a little lime in it!

The host here was rude. I came in to eat and she was annoyed when I said I would dine-in. After asking if it was ok to sit where I had chosen, she had an annoyed look on her face and rudely said, “yeah, just sit anywhere.” Sad because I was really hoping to try their food. Never coming here again.

Their broth is sooo bad. My pho tasted terrible. It was mostly empty in there too and it now makes sense why. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Do not order on UberEats! driver said they didn't have my order and were confused! when I went to call it goes to a voicemail! I don't know if they're associated with the one inWoodbridge but the Woodbridge location someone just picks up. sounds like a baby or child and they don't say anything over the phone!

Broth tasted old and was very unpleasant. The meat was tough as well. There are better options available in the area.
