Here
is
another
diamond
in
the
rough,
Comida
Latina
Catering.
I
happened
on
this
hidden
gem
via
Google
Maps
of
course.
There
wasn't
much
detail
about
Comida
Latina
Catering
other
than
it
was
a
catering
company,
not
a
sit
down,
delivery
food
truck
or
take-out
business.
So,
I
took
the
drive
to
the
Sugarland
Drive
off
of
1701
to
check
out
this
place,hoping
it
wasn't
closed
or
out
of
business.
And
guess
what
is
open
for
all
kinds
of
business.
I
got
the
hint
from
previous
reviews
that
it
was
worth
looking
into
because
they
service
Hispanic
food
and
there
is
lithe
know
about
this
place
because
of
its
location.
Granted,
it
is
near
a
lot
of
homes,
but
that
is
a
limitation
of
no
one
outside
this
community
knew
this
place
exists.
I
spoke
to
the
owner
who
told
me
he'd
been
in
business
going
eight
months
and
that
business
was
steady,
but
admittedly
the
location
was
a
challenge.
And
I
agreed,
but
told
him
I
withdraw
review
his
restaurant
and
give
it
an
honest
description
to
my
followers
and
anyone
on
Google
Maps.
Well,
I
ordered
the
Pollo
Ala
Plancha,
which
roughly
translated
is
chicken
to
the
iron.
However,
don't
let
that
fool
you
because
the
chicken
isn't
fried,
more
like
grilled
under
an
iron.
Anyway,
it
was
a
befitting
meal
for
my
missed
lunch.
This
platter
was
served
with
rice
and
vegetables,
a
scuff
of
avocado,
grilled
onions,
cucumber
and
salad.
In
addition,
refried
beans.
It
didn't
take
long
to
be
served
and
as
I
til
my
first
bite,
I
couldn't
wait
due
my
second
or
third.
It
was
deficits
from
the
word,
*go."
The
mask
was
so
good,
it
reminded
me
of
my
mother's
cooking.
Yes,
that
good!
I
can't
describe
how
my
facial
features
were
demonstrating
my
delight
because
I
was
really
enjoying
the
did
and
the
entire
experience.
I
definitely,
need
to
get
the
word
out
about
Comida
Latina
Kitchen
-
don't
sit
waiting
for
their
Catering
trucks.
Go
post
this
restaurant
a
visit,
you'll
thank
me.
