First off - Dr. Do is absolutely fantastic and this review is not about him. I have been seeing him for years for his knowledge, patience and kindness. Unfortunately - the reason for the 1 star rating is that the office seems to have fallen back to their pre-COVID bad practices of overbooking the doctors. It took 1.25 hrs to get checked in (eye pressure, OCT) before the doctor actually came in. My apt was at 10a, and the clinic opens at 8 so I’m just baffled of how many patients must have been booked to start running over an hour late this early in the morning. I’m super disappointed the office / scheduling team shows no respect for patients time.

The front office is very friendly and professional and is always ready to help you if needed. The technicians are always very friendly and pleasant and are spot-on with your eye problems. Dr. Brian Do is a caring, pleasant, outstanding doctor. He takes the time to explain all procedures and what to expect from them. He never seems to be in a hurry, but sits and listens to your questions. I so value his opinion and suggestions. RGW is an outstanding office and I'm so pleased to be able to be treated by these doctors and their staff.

Dr.Do and the staff where great. Dr. Do was very helpful. He took the time to explain what was going to take place with the surgery as well as what to expect during the recovery.

Dr. Bernstein saved the vision in my right eye. I am terrified of needles; however, the staff and the kind Doc somehow put me at ease. Thanks for your kindness and compassion. Getting an injection in my eye is rough, but the good humor of the team makes up for it. 5 Stars.

My first visit and I was very impressed both with the efficiency of the practice and the quality of care. They moved me through the process quickly and the two medical assistants were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor’s demeanor instilled confidence. She was friendly, but straightforward. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Brian Do! He is smart, empathetic, great bedside manner. He talks to you and has time to listen. He really makes me feels taken care of. Plus he really cares. Fantastic Doctor.He is the reason that I had a great experience with the Retina Group of Washington. Kudos!

This is a very nice facility w/ friendly, pleasant, yet competent and professional staff. "On time" scheduling. Excellent conversational manner with easy to understand dialog between Dr. M. Johnson and I. Didn't feel that I was being 'appeased' or 'talked over my head'. Good people indeed!

I have been coming to RGW and been Dr. Berinstein's patient for a while. On top of him being an amazing doctor, all the staff specially the people working on the front desk are very nice. They went above and beyond to help me get my referral so I can be seen on the same day. I just wanted to say they all are amazing.

My experience with RGW has been nothing but the best. Appointments are usually on time, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Reilly provides compassionate care.

I was seen my the very 1st time by the practice, let me just say the entire staff is amazing,sweet helpful & a happy bunch! Dr Berinstein is a God send & just all around anazing,bedside manner,professionalism is so awesome! Id recommend this practice
