First time at Joe’s Cafe and we were very pleased. Great service with minimal wait, and food didn’t take long at all. Definitely recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Joe’s Cafe! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Helen, Jazmine, Jackie, and Daniela went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. Whether it was recommending menu favorites or checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, their service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a meal with outstanding customer service, Joe’s Cafe is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Love it here. Was looking for a breakfast place in the area, and Joe's Cafe was above and beyond what we were looking for. Went in at around 12:30 pm on a Wednesday, we got our food, ate, and were out by 1pm. Service is amazing. The waiters are extremely kind and efficient, and the food came out quick. Affordable as well. Definitely coming back.
We recently moved to Sterling, VA and we wanted a place we could feel as part of the community for a good breakfast and atmosphere. Joe’s Cafe is all of that and MORE! The moment my wife and I walked in the door, we felt community! Rami met us at the door and his comforting welcome told us we were at the right place. The diverse customers already seated around also showed the friendly neighborliness that is an obvious tone that one can expect here. The wait staff came to us immediately to get our order and pour our coffee. All with sweet hello’s and good spirit. OH! I haven’t even start to speak about the food!! We devoured our orders! Delicious! I see a Sunday standard happening for us in our new Sterling, VA community!!
We went at lunchtime on a snowy Saturday and the place was packed. We had a 25 minute wait. Joe was talking to all who came in and seemed to know many by name. While all the breakfast entrees looked delicious and were served until they close at 3 pm, we opted for lunch. My husband got the haddock filet plate. There were two pieces of hot, fresh fish served with the best tartar sauce he has ever had. Sure enough, Joe’s made it. The coleslaw was fresh, sweet and tangy. Green beans came from a can but tasted better than straight from a can. I got the Cobb salad with flavorful chunks of chicken, crispy bacon, tasty tomato, avocado and egg slices over fresh romaine. The ranch dressing was Ken’s. It looked like they might make their own Italian dressing. Both entrees were generous, delicious and reasonably priced. Considering the number of customers and staff in this retro diner-like setting, the 20-minute wait to receive our food was fine. I liked the sign “No Wifi. Talk to each other.” And there was a lot of talking! We definitely understand why there were lots of repeat customers.
We had to wait for ~20 mins when we arrived, but it was totally worth it! Our waiter gave us great service. The food came quickly and was amazing! I highly recommend the pancakes and sausages! Will definitely come back in the future when we’re looking for a good breakfast!
Great family-friendly brunch spot! This restaurant may be small, but it has a big heart. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and the owner goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great time. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced. My favorite dish was the veggie omelet with turkey sausage, but everything on the menu was yummy. Overall, this is a great place to go for brunch with your family. The kids will love the friendly atmosphere and delicious food, and you'll appreciate the reasonable prices and great service. They also have good parking options and a diaper changing station in one of the washrooms, making it a convenient choice for families with young children.
Joe's Cafe is the place to go for breakfast! It was recommended by several coworkers during our visit in town. The 4 Deuces Breakfast Special is the meal to get here. It comes with two pancakes, two eggs, two bacon strips, and two sausage links/patties. It's a great value too. They have a fast and friendly service here. The staff is very attentive here, never had to ask for a refill of on our coffee mugs. Shortly after we were seated, they took our order and we had food on the table in less than 10 minutes. If you visit with a large group, you may have a wait for a table during peak dining hours. Even when we've waited with a larger group (5+ people), we were usually seated within 15 minutes. We ate here pretty much every day during our time here. The interior is not large, but the space is efficiently used to maximize use of tables and chairs. The walls are decorated with police and military patches from various branches. It's pretty cool to check out. We're looking forward to our next visit here.
