Can't find a better brand that has maintained its quality of food & service like Cracker & Barrel. It's been a long history of loyalty. Note/ pics were updated on Jan 12th, 2024.

I have been to better Cracker Barrels. To be honest, this one ranks kind of towards the lower end for me. The food itself was good, same as any other CB. The service, however, was rather lacking. We stood at the host stand for around 8 minutes while a younger guy was there. He looked at us, we told him we were a party of 2, and he looked back down at the screen and did not talk to us. A younger lady came by later and briefly swapped places with him and also did not acknowledge us, but when we asked her if there was a table available she said "sorry we're in the middle of something" and walked away. Eventually the younger guy came back and took us to a table, but all in all it took around 11 minutes from when we walked in. I understand being busy and not being able to accommodate people immediately, or having some sort of problem come up - that's not an issue. But it would have been nice to be told that, or even be acknowledged. The frontend staff's communication with us was poor - never offered and barely reciprocated. They honestly just seemed young and unaware that we couldn't hear what they could in their earpieces, so we never knew what was going on. Our waiter was quick and attentive, friendly.

Going to this Cracker Barrel is always a great experience for me and my family. Nice cozy place with wonderful professional staff. Going in you’re walking into an Old Country Store with so many great things to buy. Now the food is awesome, we just love the breakfast, specially pancakes. You should try this place…I’m sure you wouldn’t be disappointed.

Our first time, the food was awesome. The peach ice tea was outstanding. The staff were amazingly friendly. Our server Raquel was the best. Attentive, friendly and hospitable. She made our first time worth driving back to VA

This was my first visit to a Cracker Barrel and I must say, I can see what all of the hype is about. I had loaded tater tots with biscuits and gravy. The loaded tater tots were fluffy with lots of flavor, no ketchup necessary. The biscuits were buttery and soft with a light crunch and the gravy added smoothness and a hint of pepper. I also loved their gift shop, there were so many tings to look at. If you need a meal and a gift before attending a birthday, anniversary, or holiday party; Cracker Barrel is your one stop shop.

I have been told for ages that Cracker Barrel is nice, so I showed up on thanksgiving day. And I can safely say that this place is amazing. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good too. They also seemed to have kept the place very clean. Only thing to note is that the place is kind of dark in some places. I would recommend coming, although I have only experienced the thanksgiving food of the restaurant, so the normal food may vary.

The Place it's really nice and beautiful Our waiter was nice and fast Bad things: * lots of flies around * We had to return the cutlery because they were too dirty * my ham was inedible, too hard the sweet one. good things: * the store is very nice * the honey they give with the pancakes is a very good thing, I liked the detail * the pancake jam is good too * The lady who is charging at the exit of the establishment is the best, they should take classes from her about customer service.

The food at this location was fantastic. We came for a Saturday lunch and there was a short wait, but it was totally worth it. They have the best pancakes I've ever had and their country fried pork chops were very delicious and nicely cooked. Their sausage was okay and their eggs were under seasoned. Their corn muffins and grits weren't that great, but their biscuits were nice and fluffy. The fried apples were good too. I definitely would return to this location. The food is very affordable too. Next time I will definitely have to try their chocolate cake!

Food is good.. Server was awesome. Still not a fan of the corporate anti-gun policy but grateful local manager said to ignore the corporate policy.

For the main we got meatloaf with three sides, — green beans, hash brown, and steamed broccoli. Meatloaf was great. Broccoli were also cooked perfectly, — not too soft, not to hard. Hash brown was good, but green beans were way overcooked. Watermelon lemonade was good. And peach cobbler finished the feast. Service was rather slow, despite the place was not too busy. Overall, very good.

Traveling and this restaurant was next door to the hotel. Service was great, had my drink quickly and the food right behind it. Food was hot and fresh.

I really wanted to love this place, and if the rating was based entirely on service they would be 5 stars, my server was polite, efficient and attentive. The food however was just ok. I found the ham to be way overcooked and tough and the biscuits were only ok, the biggest disappointment was the hash brown casserole which was cold. Worse that the food was the cleanliness of the place. It seems they wipe things down but don't do a deep clean that should be routine for a restaurant. I was sitting directly against / next to some lattice that divides the dining room and it appeared there was months of dirt, dust, and grime all built up; it was gross. See attached pics. From a table away you've never notice this, but sitting right next to it was disgusting. The bathroom was clean, so that was a plus, but my table itself was sticky. I'd be happy to give the place 4 stars if it were clean, even with the food issues. But the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. I'll stress again the service was great, but I just can't get past the dirty environment.

Love love love this place. It lives up to the name and gives that vibe of old country store with handmade furniture everywhere around. Food quality and quantity are top notch. I officially became a peach mimosa lover but trust me after having from here you won’t enjoy it anywhere else. Not a fan of a particular side dish called dumplings I’m not sure why it was called a dumpling as it was very doughy chewy but nothing close to the regular dumplings in any other restaurant. I prefer the loaded hashbrown casserole, hash brown casserole tots, loaded baked potatoes and Mac n cheese 🥰

My mom and I eat at Cracker Barrel frequently but the last few times the food has been less than par. Last week we had a server that wasn't friendly at all and she wasn't that busy. The food was terrible, the dressing was like soup and when we questioned the server she said "well, you asked for dressing didn't you?" We finally got our check, without being asked if we wanted anything else. When asked by the cashier how our food was we also complained about the food and was abruptly told that we should have told our server. After many years of going to Cracker Barrel's I am not sure that I will return. I have definitely seen a decline in food quality and preparation.

Today, it was my first time being there. At first excited to try a new place and food, but it did not turn out right for me, it always starts with the waiter, he was doing his job but not in the right way, was not enough attentive, and took longer than usual to bring food or other requests. Another thing that killed my appetite was the utensil. They were dirty and too old, and honestly, I didn't enjoy eating my food, even though I requested another one. But the same. When I had my coffee he brought lots of creamers while holding it all in his hand, these should be placed on a plate or in a small bowl to carry to a table not holding and dropping them on the table next to us and then passing them to us!! I requested milk for my coffee. Milk was placed on a sauce cup, and when I added it to my coffee the white stuff appeared, I always use milk so I know how it will look when I add to the coffee. Going to a restaurant is about experiencing the service and presentation, these details are important to most people to experience something different than eating at home. Even though it was a casual cozy place but food and quality of the presentation was not good. I guess if there was a different waiter, it would be different. To the MANAGEMENT, please change the utensil, too much spots and not clean.

We went for lunch but actually ended up getting breakfast as they do have all day breakfast menu. Really enjoyed the food and service here. Everything tasted good and our server was constantly on top of drink refills and asking us if we need anything else.

I love Cracker Barrel. I love their food and the little shop! This review is not based on today's visit. Today, I came for breakfast. The service was great. However, there was a hair on the biscuit basket, and food was somewhat undercooked.

I have visited this location few times, and always food consistent and good service. For starter I ordered The Vegetable Soup; great taste with well balanced flavor. I had one of their new dishes; Sweet N' Smokey GlazedTenders, with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots, great choice. It appears they removed the Brownie for dessert, that was a disappointment. But I will definitely patronize this establishment again.

Worst Chicken Tenders! It’s almost like bone dry! My 6 yr old son couldn’t even bite it!!! I had to use knife to cut it into small pieces so he could at least ate some! However, 5 star service for our server, Kenlo! He was busy but we could tell that he tried his best to get what we need as soon as he could! On the other hand, a manager on duty couldn’t even get us a bottle of ketchup. She offered to get us one, but after she served three more tables, including giving a bottle to another table, she still didn’t return for our ketchup… I used to love this place for weekend brunch, but now I rather go to Joe’s Cafe and wait for an hour for table.

When we arrived for Sunday brunch, there was a wait for our large group. We enjoyed walking around the gift shop, where plenty was on sale. We were offered the option to split our group into nearby tables, which worked out great. Everyone in our party found delicious meals and enjoyed our food & time together.
