toxic
place
to
shop.
Sterling
Costco
is
following
malpractices
and
pushing
customers
to
buy
new
memberships
and
if
you
don't
they
are
humiliating
and
asking
customers
to
leave.
Today
I
had
a
bitter
experience
with
sterling
Costco,
I
was
not
allowed
to
complete
billing
though
we
have
executive
membership.
We
have
Costco
executive
membership
with
my
wife
since
2022,
today
at
billing
counter
I
was
specifically
asked
to
show
the
photo
on
the
card
and
I
told
them
that
she
could
not
make
it
since
she
is
sick.
Thats
when
the
selling
started,
I
was
asked
to
buy
new
membership
to
finish
my
billing.
Since
we
have
the
membership,
I
denied
purchasing
new
membership.
I
was
offered
some
discounts,
but
I
denied.
Then
they
took
my
cart
and
asked
me
to
leave.
I
wanted
to
talk
to
next
level
manager
and
consider
my
billing
as
onetime
exception.
A
lady
supervisor
came
and
she
played
a
different
reason
this
time
saying
family
cannot
make
purchases
with
membership
cards.
Is
Costco
not
adding
any
family
members
on
memberships?
Are
they
not
legitimate?
She
did
not
even
entertain
any
discussion
and
she
walked
away.
I
feel
really
discriminated.
Is
Costco
entertaining
such
behavior,
racism
and
discrimination?
By
the
way,
everyone
please
notice
-
Costco
membership
counters
moved
very
next
to
billing
counters.
They
are
trying
every
possibility
to
humiliate
and
get
people
on
to
their
membership.
Stop
customers
at
the
entrance
only
instead
of
making
them
to
go
through
this
drama
and
discrimination.
I
have
lost
respect
with
the
Costco
and
I
really
don't
expect
any
other
customer
to
go
through
such
experience.
Educate
your
employees
and
avoid
such
practices.
