I love Costco. However, I'm surprised this store is rated so high. The store is great but the employees are RUDE. This is the first Costco that I've experienced HORRIBLE customer service. Management needs to do a better job at hiring ppl who know how to speak to other humans. A lady at the self-checkout lady yelled at told me "YOU NEED TO GO TO THE OTHER REGISTERS". Simply because I had too many items. Though, it doesn't state anywhere in writing the limit to the self-check out items. I rather save someone the trouble so I prefer scan everything myself. Then when I arrived at the normal registers, the cashier lady told me "YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO DO IT THIS WAY" and shook her head. She was so DISRESPECTFUL. Only because I failed to place the raw chicken on the belt. Even though I had got every other small item off the cart. I did plan to scan everything myself if the other rude employee hadn't yelled at me to go towards the normal registers. It's like, do you want me to scan everything myself or NOT? MAKE UP YOUR MIND. AND IF SO, DON'T BE RUDE ABOUT IT ALL.

I really like Costco‘s Pizza came to get a pizza. The guy that’s working there is completely rude. And has no manners. I think they should really get somebody deck has customer service skills to work and food. I will never be coming back here. So please people if you see this Asian guy do not order food he’s gonna be super rude to you.

I love COSTCO. COSTCO is good when buying smart. One needs to be familiar with prices. If not, total at checkout can very easily exceed $300. Gasoline prices are the best in town. Tires and tire maintenance and warranty is incomparable. Being a member of COSTCO goes way beyond shopping at the warehouse. They have a lot of perks that goes along with the membership. I strongly suggest.

This location has some of the most Dummest people. Management is similar stupid , so no wonder. I was getting 20 Boxes of the exact same item , perfectly organized in my cart ready to scan with the Hand scanner. That dummy , started taking each box out of the cart to scan them one by one.

Costco is a large store, very stocked and clean. Its corridors are wide and very well organized. Your employees are friendly and attentive. I always find everything I'm looking for. The parking lot is large. They always have new offers. Its vegetables and fruits are fresh. I always go for avocados, water, meat and chicken. And some chips. Always recommended!! 🥑🫐🍗🥩🧀🥨

Despite being a 50-minute drive from my home, I regularly visit this particular Costco location. It offers a wide variety of wine selections, and I appreciate that the prices are generally 80%-90% of what I would pay at Total Wine. Additionally, the ample parking makes for a stress-free shopping experience. Furthermore, the staff at this Costco are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I appreciate their helpfulness and willingness to assist me when I have questions or concerns. Overall, I'm satisfied with this Costco location and plan to continue visiting regularly. It's reassuring to have a reliable store that meets my needs and provides excellent customer service.

After I scanned the shopping items I left 6 items on the counter on Friday, 5/13th around 2pm. When I realized the missing items which left in the store, I went back to the store and asked assistance from the return department. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Jamal told me to pick the items that were left and he walked with me to each isles until I was done. I was very impressed with the service which was beyond and above. Many thanks to Jamal and the Sterling store staffs! That is why I am a long time Costco patron.

Hello is is shakeel I been a member for 12 I shop at this store every week and today is Sunday I got over 200 dollars stuff and I got some frozen meet the price says 63.99 and when I came to the checkout and they are charging 135 dollars and the price tag is 63.99 and I spoke to the cashier and the cashier said I would speck to my manager then some lady came and she refused to sell for that price then they say the manager say they can’t do anything about it and said but it is a wrong price tag and they store manager should come out and talk to me but he never did I so disappointed of this store and the management it like embarrassing to me.

Love Costco. There is always something new to try. Only downfall is when you really like something and they quit carrying it! Have to admit I come partly for the free samples. 🙂 Overall, the staff is really good here. Keep the store clean and are helpful. Use the pharmacy for my personal meds and the ophthalmologist because it's convenient one stop shopping. Food court great for cheap eats.

This is a toxic place to shop. Sterling Costco is following malpractices and pushing customers to buy new memberships and if you don't they are humiliating and asking customers to leave. Today I had a bitter experience with sterling Costco, I was not allowed to complete billing though we have executive membership. We have Costco executive membership with my wife since 2022, today at billing counter I was specifically asked to show the photo on the card and I told them that she could not make it since she is sick. Thats when the selling started, I was asked to buy new membership to finish my billing. Since we have the membership, I denied purchasing new membership. I was offered some discounts, but I denied. Then they took my cart and asked me to leave. I wanted to talk to next level manager and consider my billing as onetime exception. A lady supervisor came and she played a different reason this time saying family cannot make purchases with membership cards. Is Costco not adding any family members on memberships? Are they not legitimate? She did not even entertain any discussion and she walked away. I feel really discriminated. Is Costco entertaining such behavior, racism and discrimination? By the way, everyone please notice - Costco membership counters moved very next to billing counters. They are trying every possibility to humiliate and get people on to their membership. Stop customers at the entrance only instead of making them to go through this drama and discrimination. I have lost respect with the Costco and I really don't expect any other customer to go through such experience. Educate your employees and avoid such practices.

Hector and his immediate manager at the customer service counter are not a good representation of the company and probably belong in warehouse than dealing with customers. I was called a liar for returning an unopened iPad that I purchased a day before and I had the receipt and the executive membership just because l said that I didn’t like the product. I’m taking my 5k+ business elsewhere. Enjoy the attitude Costco!

Fantastic staff! Truly. Generally speaking, Costco’s are very well organized & clean, but what sets this one apart is their staff. This past week, I accidentally dropped some cash in the store. Jeremy, one of the leads near the front of the store, took my situation very seriously. Was willing to check cameras and everything on where I might have dropped it. Thankfully, someone turned in the money and Jeremy took care of the situation from A-Z. Not only that, but an elderly worker overheard my situation and came up and asked me my name so that he could say a prayer for me to get my money back. Sure enough, got it back! Incredibly kind people. Great staff, great store.

A good place to go if you are buying in bulk. A warning though: Plan on spending more money than you expected if you don’t have experience shopping at large wholesale outlets. If you can budget out your purchases you can save money. But if you go through the items quickly because they are there then don’t be surprised if you actually spend way more than you expected.

I don't know if anyone else is noticing this, but the quality of the products at Costco is starting to go down, especially the produce items. Costco used to have the best fruits and vegetables, but now I'm constantly finding moldy veggies or low quality fruit. Today I got a bag of roasted peanuts and a third of the bag was blackish peanuts while others look to have fallen victim to some type of spotted disease. The roasted chicken used to taste delicious, now it just tastes whatever. I also go to Sam's and their chicken is actually seasoned well and tastes good. It's like they're getting comfortable and not keeping standards.

Will recommend this location to everyone. Usually stocked pretty well and has a lot of self-checkout options for those like me who want to do faster checkouts by themselves. There’s also a Costco gas station at this location, which is pretty convenient.

This has to be the busiest Costco on the planet. That said, they do a nice job keeping it stocked and getting you in and out fast. Food Court does a nice job as well every time. Gas lines can be long, and you have to navigate a chicane to get in, but moves pretty smooth.

The place was really good and huge and the prices were very cheap and the quality of the products were so good .the staff were nice and helped find certain products.the food portions were very big and a lot of verity’s . the only reason i gave a four star is the food quality was not good. I took a cheese pizza and a strawberry smoothie the pizzas cheese felt artificial and the smoothie was somewhat sour. but over all it was really good experience

Thoroughly enjoyed shopping at this Costco at Chantilly VA. Love that this Costco has more ethnic and diverse food items like halal meats. We really need all Costco stores nationwide to carry halal meats since this will promote healthy butchered meats for the fastest growing demographic in the United States. Hats off to Costco for recognizing this market potential.

I used self-checkout on 1/7/2023 at 10:01 AM according to my receipt. The employee who was helping the self-checkout line was very courteous and scanned my items quickly. I give him 5 stars. However, the lady who was working as a receipt check at the left side of the exit (when facing the exit from the store), didn't say a word to me and didn't respond either. I give her 0 star.

My family has always been shopping at costco. We recently bought a pack of Havarti cheese best before date is March 16. I am writing this on November 13th (we bought the cheese last week november 7th) cheese has mold all over it. i included pictures i am happy to take this review down if i get a new pack of cheese thanks. Please get rid of that batch off cheese at least.

A large Costco that is usually well-stocked, however, it is always fairly crowded. This is not surprising for northern Virginia though. Weekends are not the time to go, so I suggest a weekday if your schedule permits. Good selection of produce and meats. Freezer section is large as well.

Costco has limited selection, but excellent quality goods at hard to beat prices. Hands down, some of the best deals on cheeses. The one downside is the quantities in which they sell items - suitable for families with children, less so for couples or single person homes.

(He's at the Sterling store.) The membership is worth it. The gas prices are great! I truly love the sale prices too. If you've been thinking about becoming a member, go ahead and join! Today I had terrible experience at Costco. The cashiers that work traditionally, were only 2. Those of quick payment, were more than 8 attended to young people. It seems that customer service is displaced by a quick income of money.

This is a great Costco location near the Dulles Town Center. The store/location has been here for years; It was even here before when it was still "Price Club." There's ample parking available for customers and a great gas station that serves Costco Members. The store itself is well stocked and well organized. Once you've been there once, you realize how logically everything is laid out and can easily find stuff during your next visit. As always with Costco, there's wholesale sizes and pricing on basically everything. If you're just looking for ingredients for a single one or two person dinner, look elsewhere. However, for buying in bulk, you can't go wrong here. Everything from toiletries to food, clothes, and even games or toys for children. Obviously, you need to be a member to shop here, but they are very good about giving tours to prospective members, in order to help people make up their minds. As such, I recommend visiting to make up your mind about the place yourself.
