I went on two occasions, one with appointment and one without and I had problem at all. The nurses are super professional and very nice. It does get really busy on Saturday. Best to schedule and appointment.

I came in to get an employer drug screen on 3/27/21 around 9:30am, this lady screamed from the back asking me if I had an appointment I answered not and she told me they don’t take walk in . It was empty at that time only one patient was there and they didn’t want to take me in . Please post online you don’t take walks in at all that way people don’t waste their time going there like I did it . The girl taking the temperature at front was helpful and calm . Thank you

Worst experience at a lab ever. They claimed they didn't have my orders, their corporate line confirmed they did after I complained, and they still took another hour and a half to take my blood because they couldn't figure out their own system. Rude staff that was wrong and tried to blame me for being firm (and correct) about what I needed. It was so bad the corporate line actually lodged a complaint against the location while I was on the phone with them. Recommend going to a different office.

Awful experience. Staff was rude and slow. Something that should have taken 20 minutes took over an hour to get scheduled and pee in a cup. Never again.

Had to go for blood draw that I hadn't been able to make an appt for. Yet they were still able to get me in w/o too long a wait. That, along with a competent blood draw, made it a good experience

I go here regularly. The nurses are excellent. It usually is a quick turnaround. I recommend going during the work week if able.

Worst customer service ever witnessed. I checked in, people with no appointment came in and they were all served before me and i had an appointment. There was no communication from the staff. After 30 minites wait time, a staff calls me to ask if i have been assisted. So devastated by their bad customer relation.

Came here at 3:30PM to do a drug test They are open from 8AM-4PM And the women refused to do my drug test Even though I was on time Will not recommend this place

I went today for a drug test requested for pre-employment. The ladies that were working there were really nice and helpful. Keep in mind that for the current situation they’re not taking walk-ins so you must make an appointment either online or calling their phone number. I was afraid I was gonna get a bad service according to the reviews but to my surprise my experience went smoothly. I was in and out in under 15 mins. I recommend this location!

Lisa was great! The lobby and lab were very clean. I had an appointment and even got in early. I have to get bloodwork every three months, so I’ve seen and waited at a lot of Quest labs. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had!

I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. It was extremely busy but the staff was working hard to try to get everyone seen as quickly as possible. Erica at the front desk was awesome! She was very personable, positive, and great to communicate with. She managed to keep things moving without rushing anyone. Even with the packed waiting room, I was out in less than 45 minutes. Also- they HIGHLY respect appointments so if you want to be in and out, schedule an appointment.

Fast check in, make sure you make an appointment! Great staff I just loved Tawanda and Ms. JoJo they are the BEST!!! I can honestly say this is the first time I ever actually had fun while getting blood work done.. Thanks again ladies!! Oh and other there is plenty of parking and clean waiting room.

I brought my son in to get a test he needed for College football. The staff there was very friendly and nice. It only took minutes for the test. He was told results in 24 to 48 hours I hope this is the case. If not he may not be able to try out this year.

Quick check-in. Lab screening for employer took less than 20 minutes of arrival. Clean facility and safety precautions taken.Very little wait time.

Some doctors use quest to get back at patients they dont like!!! All I did was that I refused to be fed dangerous medications and I advocated for myself so quest decided it was time to kill me as if they will never die!!! I also know that we all make mistakes but to make it twice is inconceivable!

Quest Lockwood. I’m a medical professional, so I usually give a good review on medical offices, but if you can avoid this office, do it. I scheduled online with them 2 days back, and when it’s finally time to get the blood draw and I’m even 15 mins early like what they said, the said I don’t have any schedule. I handed them the paper works on my schedule with the confirmation on my schedule and they said, oh it needs to be a qr code. Ask them which website do they usually schedule their blood work if not the website that I scheduled with them and they can’t give me a different website. They are double booking people and If you book with somebody at the same time, it’s now your problem to wait for 2 hours for blood draw. Worse experience in a medical office ever.
