Worst customer service I've ever had calling a store just to ask a simple question. Was talked to like a complete inconvenience, interrupted within my second sentence. Completely rude.

Worst costume service I was looking at some of the t-shirts and these ugly men tells me not to touch the shirts. It was 7:45 pm and the store closes at 9 pm. I wasn't making a mess just looking at them. He must be so frustrated with the life he has.

The manager lorenzo was very nice, Professional ,very polite and Very patient with me. Because I had a zillion questions. He held me locate items I needed for my son’s birthday.

Went in for a couple of graphic Tee's and grabbed a pair of Black Palazzo Pants

Horrible service the manger was rude and started assuming that we were opening packages just because there were opened items near by where we were looking at, we spoke to her so nicely and calm and the whole time she was talking to us disrespectfully and with an attitude and then she decided to kick us out the store with no valuable reason?

Granddaughter loves this place and so do I Friendly staff, clean and well stocked.

The store manager Tanya( if that’s even her name because she refused to repeat it and rudely said “you heard me” )had a horrible attitude she spoke to me in a condescending manor when I spoke about my items. She said I had an attitude while she was the one speaking in a rude tone, just for her to be proven wrong in fact. Placing microaggressions on customers is not okay! On top of that she refused to give me my change back for a defective product that did not work. Regardless of the amount you should still give a customer back their change or at least tell them you’re keeping it.

Horrible staff!!! I go into five below wanting to buy some shirts , then my brother gets a bag of candy puts it around his hoodie pockets and says he’s going to look for Halloween masks and goes through the back of the store . Then a staff he’s Black and looks over weight comes and starts telling him stuff , telling my brother he’s stealing for putting it inside his pockets when that’s not what was happening. Then we try to explain our selfs and he does not listen . He later kicks my brother out but I’m not going to just stand there and watch my brother get accused of so I tell him we were going to pay but he still doesn’t listen. I don’t get why he couldn’t give us a warning saying we shouldn’t put stuff in pockets it could give wrong idea that’s what a good staff does instead he starts accusing us and yelling at us . Makes no sense . The judging is horrible. The manger has to something about this . Get better staff !

Loved the prices and the goods were not bad. They need help though. Most of the items were still waiting to be placed on the shelves.

Idk what's happening to five below these days but I think it's looking more dollar tree than five below. No matter which one you go to the store is a mess.

Good store with a fair amount of items that are reasonable priced, I particularly like their tee shirts, which are just $5, only downside is they have very little to none in my size.

Manager Ms Pam was very helpful. She talked to my girls and my husband. Usually you can barely get someone to look in your direction. I love the layout of this location. It appears that she runs a tight ship. I just love her.

Great store, very clean, good selections more than some other Five Below. This day, a lone pleasant cashier struggle with long lines. Great job ma'am!! The manager eventually came to assist long after I asked him🤔 Maybe a bad day for him, seemed overwhelmed with just the two of them...I still will give 4 stars.

It was empty I don't understand why they open if theres nothing in stock and the people who frequent that place ugh

What in world happen to this five below, the manger Was awful here ,rushing people the store closes at 9 not 8:30, many customers were mad, one customer wanted a receipt and the manger was in such a rush said sorry we are closed another group of ladies were rushed out and decided to just leave everything the man was snapping at people, when people when out of the store you can hear them saying they never coming back and I agreed I’m never coming back to this five below again

U can get all the cheap and Good stuff for 5-6 dollars each

Great place just didn't like looking at my receipt and seeing a donation I didn't ask to make. Be careful when they say just hit 1. It's a donation to around up your change.

If there was a caption for the most ghetto store of PG, there will be a picture of this Five Below. The store manager and ALL employees are the most hood. From the time I entered the store associates were talking loud about the customers. Stating that the customers need to go the f*&^ home because they were tired of cleaning up. The prices were not updated in the store, and the cashier decided to keep my change adding that he didn't have permits. Miss me with this hood store.

Always great finds in here. Cashiers are always pleasant. I go at least once a week, and end up leaving with more than I intended. When looking for electronics or odds and ends, I always stop here first!
