We had to take our dog, Molley in to help her cross the rainbow dog bridge. Everyone there was so compassionate and loving. They did whatever we needed to make the process for her and us a little less heartbreaking. They informed us about 4 months ago that Molley had a brain tumor and had been giving her medication to help the symptoms. Many times the doctor and the staff called to check on her. The day we decided to do it, I called first thing in the morning and they quickly got us in a few hours later. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff at this vet clinic. We will continue to take our other dog there. Their prices are better than most other places around town we have tried. Wonderful is an understatement about England Run Vet.

Over the course of the last 2 years, I have had the best vet services and experiences! Dr. Fisher, Dr. Hunter, Dr. Powell and all the technicians have been absolutely wonderful...they all have provided the best care for all six of my dogs and have treated them with such care and tenderness. They also take the time to place a call to check how the dogs are doing after they have had a serious injury or illness. It is that type of treatment and care that makes England Run an amazing Vet Clinic! Thank you England Run for the great care of the dogs!

Dr. Hunter is an excellent veterinarian. He advises AND listens. He offers all available options, but also doesn't pressure us into doing anything we don't want to do. He genuinely cares about our dogs and has taken good care of them throughout their life spans. The office is clean, calm, and well-operated. The administrative and support staff are professional, friendly, and very responsive. Our dogs love going to the vet! That means a great deal to us and says a lot about the quality of care they receive there.

The staff are just the sweetest and they always try help out anyway they can anytime I call need something they always get back with me quickly & the doctors are absolutely the BEST they are so caring & understanding when you feel worried have lot questions for them they never make you feel rushed at the office or when they call & talk with you . You can tell they love what they do & truly care about your fur babies and how the owners feel my sweet girl has always had lot of health issues she never could get better until we found England run they worked with me until we could figure out the problem and took the time listen to the issues my Bella was dealing with from the first visit I could tell they wanted figure out the problem & help her and not just give her meds over & over that didn’t ever help so finally after few months she stopped getting sick & started putting weight on & feeling so much better I’m so thankful for Dr. Fisher & Dr Hunter for helping her and the love they all give my Bella girl she loves all the staff she gets so excited when I say we are going for a visit that’s never happened any other place but from her first visit I knew she was so happy & that truly makes me feel good knowing she loves them & that they will always do what’s best for her and make her feel so loved when she goes in for her appointments thanks for all that you all do for my Bella girl

England run has been nothing but exceptional when it comes to the care of our two dogs. They are always willing to work us in even when they have a full schedule. They don’t rush you when you have questions, and Dr. Fisher has been so wonderful to our dogs, she is compassionate and understanding. Answers all our questions and genuinely cares about our pets and we are very lucky to have her as our vet.

We have used England Run Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. Dr.Hunter and the other vets are very knowledgeable and the customer service is exceptional.

This Veterinary office has taken excellent care of our dog for 2 years now. We have had short wait times, and haven't run into other dogs in the lobby. Our dog is reactive to other dogs, so this is a huge positive aspect. The desk attendants, vet techs, and veterinarian are all extremely kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. They address concerns and take the time to talk to you. They are so gentle and caring with our dog. The prices are fair and I highly recommend this establishment.

I've been using ERVC for over 20 years. Dr Fisher is the vet I work with the most, but I have worked with all of the vets at the practice. They are all wonderful and caring and go above and beyond. Whenever anyone asks for a vet recommendation, I don't hesitate to tell them, "England Run!"

We had a phenomenal first visit at this clinic. I had messed up our appointment date for a completely different day and all of the nurses and Dr. Powers made time for us to still be seen today. Every vet tech and receptionist came to say hello to our little baby and made her feel so welcomed despite her shy demeanor. We knew right away she was in good hands. They went over all of our vaccination records and health checks thoroughly to make sure they were up to date with her. Dr. Powers then came in and was so good with our baby girl. She answered all of our hundreds of questions and even got back to us after we left about some other questions we had. Definitely had a very welcoming visit here. She left with a clean bill of health and can't wait to be back in a couple weeks for her last puppy shots. Thank you again to everyone who made us feel so welcomed!

Dr. Julianne Fisher might be the most compassionate person I have ever met. She truly cares about her patients. She took on my Bella when our regular Vet was not in the office. She admitted Bella to the clinic for 3 days then came in on her day off to release Bella herself. She went to the clinic again when it was closed not once but twice (once was on a holiday) to provide medication and services for Bella that just couldn't wait. She isn't local to the office, so it was not convenient to meet me there, yet she did so three different times! Dr. Fisher then sent texts to check on my girl over the weekend as well. I've had pets for 48 years, however I've never had a Vet like Dr. Fisher. She is exceptional and I appreciate all she did for Bella. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I LOVE ENGLAND RUN VETERINARY CLINIC! Dr. Fisher is the best because she takes her time with my Cassius, very detail oriented, always finds a solution and explains everything thoroughly. The staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The interaction I have had with other Veterinarians at the clinic has been outstanding. They have a great team!

ERVC has been fantastic to us and our dog, Gus, over the course of now 15 years. Even after we moved further away from the office location, we continue to make the drive for regular appointments or unexpected needs, because of the level of care our dog receives. The staff is very friendly and caring and no matter which Doctor we see, always the same - you can tell they love what they do. Highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Scooby loves the one on one time every staff member takes make him feel loved and comfortable. The healthy shots etc are administered with grace. I highly recommend England Run to everyone as many referred me.

We love the doctors and staff at England Run Veterinary Center. We have taken our pets there for over 10 years and have always received compassionate and reasonably priced care. We are very grateful to have them here to care for our furbabies!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this vet. I got a brand new puppy about 6 months ago. I have had all of the new puppy shots through this vet and just recently got my pet neutered at this location. I am always happy with the customer service from the vet techs to the veterinarians calling me on the phone to speak with me. The vet office called me a few days post neutering to ensure my pup was healing well and I had no questions or concerns. Prices are very reasonable. I have never been pressured into buying more than my pup needs or been charged extraneous charges as some vets tend to do. I also never have to wait months for an appointment. The neutering does book up about a month in advance, but I thought this was reasonable. Overall, I am going to keep coming to this location and trust the staff with my pup. I would highly recommend their services.
