    Hit or miss. We have had our dog groomed there before with an appointment and they were fabulous. The issue is if you don't have an appointment. They state they take walk ins (and this was confirmed by the store manager on the phone) for nail trims and ear cleanings etc. 3 days in a row we have stopped in to get our dog a nail trim. The first 2 days no one was there despite the hours stating they were open. The 3rd day we went much earlier **as advised by the store manager** and the groomers then said they don't take walk ins. Which is it? Currently at a grooming salon down the road instead. Don't advertise walk ins when you don't take them and change your grooming hours to match when the groomers are -actually- available. Canceling the bath appointment we had scheduled her for and will be using a different groomer.

    catching crickets outside would be faster than waiting for them to get them for you. when the crickets were kept up front it was t bad but for some reason they moved them. it's not the staff that are the issue it's the descisions beyond them. it seems to be an issue out of their hands but as usual they'll get blamed

    It's a nice place to find things for your pets. Very large selection of pet products. I was there to get something for my kitten. The only downside of this place is that you will most likely pay more for your merchandise than other places, plus they charge 10 cents per plastic bag. My advice to them, stop charging for bags. It could cost you more down the road with loss of future customers.

    I hate to be the person to leave a one star on one of the few local pet stores, but I was absolutely mortified going into petco today. I went in to just look around and was looking at the animals. I know these tanks are never properly kept, and it’s a sad reality, but i cannot believe you could even open your doors to the public with the way these poor fish are kept. Just hundreds of goldfish in a 10-20 gallon tank losing all oxygen, fighting swim bladder, being eaten alive, week old dead fish. This is the same place that wants to question me if i’d like to purchase a fish. what a joke. Anyone should know the inch per gallon rule, especially the ones who ask what size tank i have. Now for the bearded dragons, today they were kept properly size wise, but with the sand substrate every one of these have to be impacted, considering they’re also hatchlings. fake sand should never be used, especially with hatching. I am so disgusted with the quality of life these animals have, because there is none.

    They always seem to be low on all the canned and dry food for cats and dogs. I don't know if it's supply chain issues or they don't get as much as other stores but it can be pain. The employees are always very nice.

    Place was not that clean. Most items, that I was looking for, were not hanging on pegs but thrown on a shelf under the pegs. Quite a few had no size on them, no price, or both. Had to find someone to help us but wasn't given much help. Quite a few displays were in disarray.

    The product did not hold up... tennis balls for my dog.... +++++++ I need to ad an update.... even tho the product was poor quality.... their employee was very gracious and polite w the return so he gets 5 stars......

    Good place for some things. But staff was no where to be found. Only staff i saw was the one person at checkout. Was neber greeted. Plus have to buy your bags or carry everything out

    If I could I would give 0 stars I brought my dog in for a nail trim. I went to go pay so I really didn’t see what winter( the groomer) was doing but by the time I came back my dog was ready now I’m shopping at the same time at Walmart so I’m not really paying attention to my dog nails at that time til the next day when I still hear her nails hitting the floor. So I call the salon to tell them my dog nails not cut all the way down like I asked and all I get is attitude and a lot of back and fourth when all I wanted to hear was come in and let’s see if we can fix it. And I didn’t get that 😩 can someone from cooperate plz reach out I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied

    I only ever take my dog here to get groomed. Carly is one of the best and shows constant care, patience, and sincerity in her job.

    A donation was added to my total despite me tapping "no" on the checkout. The cashier saw this and said she needed to fix the transaction. I did not tap my card. She re-ran the transaction as my original total and it showed my original total after I hit "no." My card still had a donation taken out of it, and it is marked with "Roundup Petco 1842" I donate personally, not through a company. I will not be returning.

    i got 2 rats and they are not socialized at all and will not come near me i tried everything and when i take them out for free roam time they run away and won’t come back until i catch them. petco should play with their animals so they are socialized

    They never have any rats in when I go. I have called numerous times in the last month and they always say they’re getting some in but when I make the drive there, there’s just empty cages. I ask the staff in person and some of them don’t even know what I’m talking about. It’s kind of ridiculous at this point.

    Tried to buy a third goldfish fish for our 29 gallon tank and the employee wouldn’t sell it to us after she asked if it’s for a feeder fish or a pet because if it’s a pet god forbid you have 3 fish in a 29 gallon filtered tank . After we spent over well over $100 there. But it’s ok to go in there and see dead fish floating in there crowded tanks every time. Won’t be going back

    We bought this cute little fish for our tank. The staff was well versed in what to feed it and how to take care of it. It's an algae eater but we all know that it takes time to build up algae in a tank, so there is special food to feed them in case you don't have enough natural buildup.

    Ordered online, was suppose to be faster, plus a discount. I still waited 15.minutes in line to pick up my order.This is the 3rd time , I had the same experience each time. Mines well just order from chewy.
