An experience not to be missed! Come say hi to Dominic and Angelo the proprietors, this little gem in East Gosford has it all! The food was exquisite! The front of kitchen staff were super friendly, efficient and the service was perfect, this flowed right through to the Chefs in the kitchen. Atmosphere was also right on point. We will definitely be back. Gluten free and dairy free option are also avaliable which was a winner for me.

I’d heard so many great things about this place from family and friends, and after finally trying it tonight I’ve gotta say WOW! Their pizza is to die for! When I went to pick it up the atmosphere inside was buzzing with happy and clearly satisfied patrons, the staff were super delightful, full of smiles, and I will definitely be taking the family in for dinner very soon. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

Great dining experience. Read the reviews regarding noise. You expect that if your dining out at a popular restaurant. Didn’t bother us at all, in fact it added to the atmosphere. Food was excellent and the service was great. Only negative was the receipt wasn’t printed prior to payment. Will definitely return

I couldn't post a review before now because FEDELE'S had just opened up( lockdown restrictions had eased) and they were not on Google Map, also takeaways wasn't really an option but they were helpful . So, I now take the opportunity to offer my review on an excellent evening at this restaurant. We were a birthday celebrations party of about 15 people, FOOD excellent and arriving punctually, great ambience, reasonably priced,,and very helpful and friendly staff. SERVIZIO ECCELLENTE. COSIGLIATO. UPDATE: MOTHER'S DAY MEAL. Once again, Fedele's is given the 5 Stars , we could eat here every day 😋.

Loved the mushroom arancini, the Ponting cab sav and the pizza was fabulous. Great dough! Could live without the screaming kids and would ask for a table around near the wine cellar next time. There will definitely be a next time 🍷🍷 Back for breakfast and everything was perfect thanks to Georgia who competently takes care of everything with ease and a smile. When we arrived, we were seated and then greeted by Dominic, who made us feel as though we more than just customers, we truly felt like we were family in his home. After a brief discussion about the menu and a little bit of family history, we asked for a suggestion for the first course and accepted the offer to try the Polpette, Porcini Mushroom Arrancini and the Signature Arrancini. When the amazingly creative parcels arrived at our table we were in awe of each of the intensely unique flavours represented. The mains arrived perfectly timed and once again we were astounded by the depth and complexity of the flavours. The six hours that the lamb shanks cooked were well spent as the slow cooking created a beautifully flavoured harmony like a perfectly written and played concerto. In unison, our taste buds sang the praises of the perfect balance of the herbs and red wine’s essence. To say that the experience was ethereal, would be grossly understated. We selected the Gamberi as our second main that we would share. The King Prawns were incredibly fresh and the cherry tomato sugo was intense yet perfectly balanced. With just a hint of chilli, it created an added warmth that helped to bring attention to the other gently rounded flavours. Smooth and robust coffee as well as an incredible sticky date pudding punctuated the meal’s perfection. As we were departing, Leanne, made sure our visit was perfect and spoke glowingly of how they deeply live and breath in the community of East Gosford. To us, this speaks volumes of the character of Fedele’s, its owners and how they aren’t just ‘in’ the community, these wonderful people are part of East Gosford, a truly integral part of East Gosford. Don’t listen to anyone who says otherwise, Fedele’s in East Gosford is an exceptional family operated restaurant whose menu is authentically Italian, perfectly executed food as well as service and whose team obviously loves what they do. Dominic and Leanne deserve our support and I assure you, we be visiting Fedele’s again.

I was so impressed with your Caffe Cichetti next door and then today was blown away. Well done and congratulations 👏🏼 It’s hard to pick a favourite dish. The pizza is the closest I’ve had yet to being in Italy 🇮🇹 🍕 The appetisers were all amazing and probably my favourite. The croquettes especially tasty 😋 My 12 year old daughter devoured her main meal, pasta marinara with real seafood lol 😆 her only complaint was there were not enough vongole in her plate but she would’ve eaten a whole plate of vongole on their own. Desserts were also out of this world. The pina colada panna cotta with shaved pineapple transported me to a tropical beach holiday for a minute 🏖 🍹 Will definitely be back ❤️ Not sure of our waitress’s name (I think it’s Georgia) she’s a keeper! Tonight my husband and I experienced the amazing Italian cuisine at Fedele's Italian Restaurant East Gosford. From the moment of our arrival we were not just greeted by the aroma of Italian herbs and spices but also by Domenic and his wife, and staff as if we were family. 😊 We had shank slowly braised in red wine with creamy mashed potatoes, Spaghetti in an authentic Italian sauce and Sticky Date pudding with a hint of orange zest in toffee sauce and strawberries and ice cream. 😁 Each dish did not let us down and it was comparable to our Italian experience in Italy this year. 😊 The service was friendly at all times and made sure we were well looked after. The next time we return it will definitely be with family. 😊 If you are looking for that authentic Italian experience, you can't go past Fedele’s East Gosford. 😁

Lovely little Italian restaurant with kind staff. The best food and service we received in Gosford. Gluten free options - but not coeliac safe unfortunately! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Nice place, little noisy course close to road. Stuff is excellent, food is good. Though I didnt like the chicken, but pizza is excellent. Kids nuggets as usual. We didn’t get the water bottle at our table so had to get ourselves. I Recommend the place

Father’s Day dinner was just lovely - so Cozy with the pizza oven roaring hot and Lovely decor -Super Clean and quick Polite Service From Our Waitress last night - food was Just yum - pizzas As good as you can get And Lovely everything else - everyone Made sure to say goodbye on way out so you felt like your visit was valued - all in all this is a little treasure on the corner In east gosford - we will return ! Extra shout out to our lovely waitress - meals All brought together - no Annoying plate removal until everyone was finished which I loathe in restaurants- and yeah - just all so nice - thanks all x

Another outstanding meal at Fedele’s lots of crowd pleasers for the whole family. The food is always perfectly cooked. We love that it’s kids friendly. The staff is super friendly. Great vibe.
