If you ever in the area or wanna take a drive this is always a go to for me. Do not park in the pay to park area. Park across the street and walk over. It's a short walk depending where your going. Once you come over the catwalk you will be able to see the top of the falls. Keep walking down the sidewalk to a better observation area. Bring a raincoat and a jacket if you get cold easy. It can be very misty and windy!! You can keep walking down to the creek and get a partial view of the falls. IMO i wasn't impressed with the view at the bottom for the walk down and back. It is a pretty steep hill, but it is paved the whole way. There is a gift shop that is worth checking out. You could spend as much time as you want here, but 15-30 min is plenty of time if you don't walk to the bottom.

The falls are absolutely gorgeous and raging right now. We were soaked because of the massive spray, but it was lovely. This is not a hike though if you are hoping to hike, but there are smalll trails around the area. You can park across the street for free and there are multiple lots over there. Be sure you go out to the second viewpoint to see the falls from a different angle.

Beautiful location and easily accessible by car. I definitely recommend! There area couple parking lots that service this location. One lot is right in front of the park but you need to pay. The other lot is across the street and I believe it's free. You can then access the park across the road via a pedestrian bridge. Above the falls is a look out area that also has information about the falls and it's hydro electric systems. You can also get some pretty spectacular pictures as well. The bottom area of the falls is accessible with a hiking trail. You should bring appropriate shoes because it can get a little muddy if it's been wet out. The hike down is easy but remember it's all uphill on the way back! Next door to the falls is the Salish Lodge restaurant. It has really tasty breakfast and brunch/lunch options. Recommended you make a reservation and be prepared, it's a bit more expensive than your usual breakfast place.

Most magnificent waterfall in Washington! Amazing place to hike! The falls were epic! Rewarding waterfall at the end, it's beautiful also to look at the grass growing there. The trees you stumble upon the hike are also impressive.

When we went, the water level was very low, particularly for mid-October. They have a paid parking lot, then free parking across the street. There is a visitors center then Snoqualmie lodge, which I've never been in. The falls are beautiful any time of year. There are several walking trails that you can walk down on. Paved trails are good for most ages.

Falls on sides of your car drive? Believe it this might be the only one so high and big still meters away from drive .Best part is safe walkways uphill rails signage vistors centre Souvenir shop Cafe Toilets Honeyhuts toilets and nature at its best .We went Jan 20 24 so snow and chilling winds did not deter us and many others.Great lodge to stay here too.

We stopped here on our way back home from a summer vacation road trip. This is not a hike, it is a two minute walk from the parking area to the falls viewing area. There are three viewing area platforms. The lowest one gives the best view of the entire falls. There is a charge for parking if you park on the same side as the falls. Across the street you do not have to pay. There is a visitor center and gift shop. This it's definitely worth a quick little stop to look and take pictures.

The view was spectacular. We went around 2-3 pm and the view was good. The parking cost 8.6 $ for 2 hrs. The trail from bottom to top is about 30 mins.

The best waterfalls on seattle. Been here on February first week. Free parking available near falls top view point. Its an easy hike to reach bottom view point.

Very cool. a must stop even if it's just for a quick peek. We parked at the top enjoyed the view and well done park setting. Also took the about 20 minute walk down for the view from the lower boardwalk. There is also parking at the bottom if you don't want to walk. I would suggest the walk down a very well maintained wide smooth path. There is a lot of benches for a break if needed and tons to look at as you meander through the forest. Numerous points of interest and plant signs to look at and note.

It’s understandable that the parking is always full once you see this waterfall. The water plunges more than 250ft down into the river and it’s mesmerizing. The falls overflows during the rainy season and looks even more surreal. You can either view it from the upper viewing point which is accessible via the parking lot or you can use the short trail to go down to the lower viewpoint

Spent an incredible frosty, foggy, late October morning, enjoying the sunrise above the falls. I normally like to visit during the night, when no ones there, but Im so glad I decided to stop by for this particular sunrise. Im used to finding hearts in nature all the time on my outing, but never before, have I experienced the sun and clouds create a perfect heart like the one this morning 🀍

Beautiful landscaped area of the picturesque falls. Parking, buses nearby, souvenir shop, and restrooms. Area near falls is wheelchair accessible. Great for tourists, children, or just to spend a wonderful day away from the city. I painted here. πŸ™‚

I have no words for describing the beauty of this place. It is soothing and an incredible nature masterpiece to admire. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was not very crowded, parking was available and we were able to take the hike to the river and see the waterfall itself right in front of us. This place is a must go if you want a scenic view.

Great walk after hiking Little Si. There are stairs and path so you won’t be navigating the rough mountain terrain. The falls is so beautiful and the park is well maintained. There is also a 0.5 mile trail to the lower falls that is a must, because you get a complete view of the falls and the creek that it pours into at the lower falls viewing point. Great life photo opportunities everywhere on a sunny day. Highly recommend for a quick weekend trip.

Want to learn some Native American history and be in beautiful nature? Super busy on weekends so we went on a Wednesday. Not much parking in front, more across the street walk over the little bridge. Paid parking and remember your license plate #. Bring a picnic and sit at the shaded picnic tables. Bathrooms were ok clean. Cute bakery with coffee and souvenir shop.

You can view the falls from multiple different locations. They have paths to walk around. If you're up for it, you can go down to the bottom of the falls. There's not many steps, mostly just incline. The incline can get pretty steep in some areas. The path to the bottom is shaded by trees most of the way. Once you get to the bottom, you can go to the overlook or to the river. It's a nice hike. If you get tired coming back up, there are benches around every turn. As a Twin Peaks fan, it was really cool to see the falls. They also have a gift shop with a few Twin Peaks items.

Definitely worth a drive out here - in the peak of winter, it's still beautiful, albeit freezing :) No tickets needed to access the platform, but you will need to lay for parking. We were there on a weekend so it was busy, but found a park easily enough given the freezing temps.

Nice place to stretch your legs. Parking is free across from the Falls with easy access using a pedestrian bridge. There’s two spots to see the Falls, a third if you want to venture down to the river. The walk up is a semi difficult but the trail is well groomed. Lots of signs explaining the history of the hydro-electric construction.

Amazing falls. View from up top is much better in my opinion but the hike down you have beautiful trees and vegetation. Steep incline so take your time

The walk to this beautiful view is quick, a bit steep but there are plenty of rest benches and spots to sit down and catch your breath. Here is the falls in the beginning of winter vs the ending of summer

My friend from New Jersey really loved it. Luckily, we were there fairly early in the morning on Sat. I highly encourage you to do everything you can to visit Mon -Thurs or early on the weekends. The little one mile hike actually requires some work to come back up. Take your time and really notice your environment as there's so much to see on the way down and up.

Beautiful to experience the upper trail is more challenging but still not that difficult or long. On a nice Sunday like today it was busy and parking was a waiting game for many. A few people had dogs on leashes and the dogs were all very well behaved. People were very courteous and on some of the narrower areas people would motion you to pass so they could take their time. Many excellent places to take pictures of the falls and many great places to just stop and rest on your way down and back up. There are restrooms in the lower parking lot as well as the upper trail head.

With the current water levels, it is absolutely stunning to see this waterfall! You can check it out from the top or from the bottom. There is a trail that connects the top and lower observation areas but it is a steep climb to get back to the top. There are log benches at various points in case you get tired. There was free parking as well.

Amazing place definitely worth the visit especially if you’re lucky enough to see the steam train come around. Parking is ample and there’s also an overflow but beware the crowds especially on the boardwalk can take away from the experience. The walk down to the bottom viewing platform is steady but could prove difficult for young/old on the way back up.

Amazing! Definitely recommend stopping by even for 10-15 min. There's free parking in bigger area across from the falls (turn right off railroad Ave) & it has a path to the falls over the road to avoid traffic - small parking lot directly in front of falls has cost. Paved path to viewing spots of falls + gift shop & bathroom. A lodge is located right next to it. Huge falls that looks beautiful and there's quite a few plaques of information/history - very interesting. Also if you keep driving down the road there's a lower falls area (think view from bottom).
