    I purchased several charms for my wife as part of her Christmas gift. The store is well organized. Thier displays are very festive and attractive. Lorena A. assisted me with my purchase. She was very sweet and helpful. I really enjoyed my shopping experience.

    Michelle L. recognizes me each and every time I enter the store even though I only come to King of Prussia once a year. Michelle seems to know what I like and what I would be interested in and she is always so pleasant!

    I bought my mom a charm for her birthday. The stone fell out 2 months later. I brought it in for an exchange from the very store that captured all of my information. They tell me they no longer keep sales history and they wouldn't exchange it. I had to repurchase it. I wanted to follow up with someone online to see if I could get help. No one reached back out. I believe this Pandora is privately owned. I wouldn't purchase another thing here as customer satisfaction isn't a priority. **Update 12/17** So, I decided to call the customer service number at the bottom. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I could not get customer service on the phone. I called the store to explain what happened and the store associate told me customer service needs to call the store to approve the return. This just solidifies my initial impression of Pandora. It's just not a place I'd shop after this experience. The worst customer service and defective products that they won't accept back even just for an exchange.

    I went to this store to exchange a bracelet I purchased from another store. There was a $20 difference in price for the exchange. The salesperson told me I could not have the difference refunded to my card because they were a franchise. The receipt states "Items in unused and original condition may be returned to PANDORA stores for a refund or exchanged for another item within 30 days of purchase with original/electronic receipt look up." The receipt does not have any fine print with exceptions to the policy. I presented my emailed receipt only to be told 3 more times that this was a franchise store and they could not put the $20 back on the credit card I used for the original purchase. She then suggested I purchased a care kit. I asked to see some clips because I considered making a meaningful purchase instead of the care kit. The lady pulled out 3 random clips. I have never had this experience. Usually the salesperson asks you a few questions and then brings out a tray of options based on your preferences. This store does not embody what I have come to appreciate about the quality of service of the Pandora brand. It was giving mall kiosk vibes. Shop at your own risk.

    the maximum capacity was 15 and yet including the employees and a baby there were only 7 people in the store. we were told there was a 45 minute wait since there were 4 people in front of us and the man at the front wrote us down on the list to get in. ten minutes later he informed everyone outside of the store who were waiting in the lounge area that because they weren’t standing in the actual line people went in front of them and the wait time would go up. very ridiculous for the wait along with the capacity being half of what it should be and the fact they allowed people to cut in the line.

    Found the perfect bracelet and charms with the help of very friendly staff. All the options can be overwhelming but the purchase was quick and I would definitely go back to make another purchase.

    Fatou’s service was excellent. She explained things about my bracelet and charm pieces that no other Pandora employee ever took the time to explain or help me to fix. I will always come to your location because of this service.

    I received a bracelet for Mother's Day that was too small. I went to the store to exchange it and they did not have the next size up in stock so they took my name and number down and told me they would call when it came in. It was approaching the 30 day return policy so I was becoming concerned that I would not be able to return it. I went to the store and low and behold they had received a shipment of the bracelets but never called. On top of that, my original bracelet was purchased online with a slight discount and instead of doing an even exchange (as it was the same product), they made me pay the difference in store. Bottom line, if you buy anything online for cheaper than in store, return it online, do not go to the store to exchange or you will have to pay. My personal opinion, this is just bad for business.

    I visited the Pandora king of Prussia location today with every intention to buy a bracelet and about 4 or 5 charms. The women at the store today were not helpful AT ALL. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. The infinity knot bangle as well as the boy and girl charms, an angel wing and Cinderella carriage. I asked “where is the bangle section in the store” the girl said she didn’t know. I asked if there was still a sale going on because I had received an email saying there was a sale and the girl said “I don’t know kind of”. What is she here for? I took my business elsewhere because if you aren’t interested in helping me then I will gladly take my money elsewhere. She was so willing and helpful with the Caucasian customer in front of me. But had no intentions of helping this African American. Disgusting.

    Waited while looking around for 20 minutes with my 9 month pregnant wife. While the employees chatted with each other blatantly ignoring us. We came in with the intention of adding to her bracelet for the new addition to our family. She has a charm for each milestone in our lives. We are off to willow grove mall now to get her a charm, always had good service at that location.

    ✨Absolutely love pandora! I love that I can find pretty charms that go with my style. I recently was gifted a beautiful set including the Star & Crescent Moon Charm. And I received a free silver charm bracelet with the purchase! The Celestial bracelet is next on my list! Actually anything star, moon etc! ✨😍

    I absolutely love Pandora! I’ve had a couple of rings and charms from there before, have always had a great experience. BUT I just had one of the worst experiences ever there! My boyfriend and I went to the KOP mall store July 9th wanting to get 2 rings. We must of gotten to the store at 1:45. The gates were closed with a sign that said they were on a lunch break and would be back in a hour. We waited until 3:30 and finally had to leave because they still did not come back!! We waited nearly TWO HOURS and they still did not come back from lunch, I even tried calling the store and there was an automated message that says they will be taking a HOUR lunch break in the middle of the shift, wish they stuck to that. The store must of lost so much business because we were not the only ones waiting, we saw at least 15 people either waiting or looking to see if they were opened and we had to tell them we’ve been waiting for so long! So tragic because my boyfriend nor myself have had nothing but excellent experiences with Pandora and this just ruined it. UPDATE: Returned at 5:30, still closed. My guess is they never opened...

    I came to this location on 11/24 to purchase something for black friday. The salesperson Nilishka P. was very dismissive and had the attitude as if she couldn’t care less if I made a purchase or not and just wanted to rush me out the door for the next person. I was also with my mother would was still debating on if she wanted to purchase a certain ring or not. Once the sales associate realized she didn’t have a definite sale she completely ignored my mother’s existence and lost out on another sale on top of mine. I left that evening with some earrings I did not really want and came back the next day (11/25) to return them. The associate Asia proceeded to tap the associate from the other day on the shoulder and told her I was returning my previous purchase. Nilishka then huffed out “Ugh Really?” very loudly so it was obvious they wanted me to hear it. I usually never complain but this was highly inappropriate and made me very upset and will now serve as a reason for me to never return to this location under ANY circumstance.I understand that black friday is a very busy time but that is no excuse to treat customers that was especially when they are making a return based on your behavior. This location is full of sales associates that do not show any kind of professionalism and clearly do not want to bothered.

    I was told the charms come with a 1 year warranty. Then I was told by the manager that unless I give my email, and phone number there is no warranty. They need to have record of when it was purchased. Isn't that what the recipt if for??? Seriously!?!? They do not need your email and phone number for a warrenty. I have given that information in the past and they bombard you with texts and email promotions. As if we dont have enough of those already.

    I had the worst experience with Nilishka P this store located in king of Prussia Mall. I went to the store on Dec 29 around 8:10 pm, getting line for my return online purchase which is less than 30 days. When it come to my turn, She said I can't return because of holiday season or she does is ship out only . First i agreed but she doesn't give me anything to prove that i gave my stuff to her . I refused to ship out and want to return base on Pandora policy , she said she gave my stuff back to me . I said "no" . I want to return because i purchased my Charms less than 30days . No policy say that i can't return online purchased during holiday season and she was annoy and told me she will do the return so "I can get out of her face". This is unbelievable for someone in the profession of customer service go treat customer this way. She was so rude. The people work at Pandora in Macy very helpful and nice to customer . I rather go there from now on .
