😠 *****BILLING***** If it was possible to provide zero stars, I would. The billing department for this company can be described as tragic chaos. They force you to provide a credit card on file. *****BILLING***** If it was possible to provide zero stars, I would. The billing department for this company can be described as tragic chaos. They force you to provide a credit card on file. Charge it and additionally send a bill ignoring the payment already taken. MANY missteps with non submittal to the insurance company. The patient portal for billing is a JOKE. I have requested statements several times. I have told the billing representative MANY times no billing or services rendered appear on the portal. Zero. The portal reflects columns for the charge, patient responsibility, insurance responsibility. At all times, it is blank. I had a change of insurance prior to December 1st, provided the information on the portal. Ignored. I was charged over $900.00 in a 2 week period. I had to reach out to a clinician in order to receive a response from a billing representative. I received only 1 statement in the mail after the first appointment. I have received 2 notifications via the portal since. It has been over a year. So much for the "NO Surprises Billing Act" I'm sure if I dug deep enough, this company is in violation of several HIPPA billing rights. I have had to wait for refunds several times due to billing errors. BILLING IS A DISASTER. ******CLINICIANS ******* Nothing short of PHENOMENAL! They are professional and care deeply about their patients. It is a shame they have to be associated the lampoon like service provided by the billing department. LIFESTANCE.....DO BETTER!

Easy to book appointments, and communicate. Attentive to all admin needs and have a number of therapists to find a good fit. Reduces stress of navigating insurance, costs and all the details by yourself. Love that telehealth is readily available and easy to access

Be prepared for unauthorized charges, mixed information, big technical difficulties, and unsolicited emails and that’s before you even have a session! I was charged for no showing an appointment I cancelled days in advance (no breaking there no show/cancellation policy at all). I wanted to like lifestance and give them a chance but after being hung up on several times and being told they do not have a manager (what company does not have a manager at all?) they have lost any potential of having me as a patient. Plenty of other therapy offices/practices will provide better service! I have told all my friends currently using lifestance to find better care. The receptionist and billing are the absolute worst. This is one of the key reasons people do not seek help. This was going to be my first experience with therapy and I am completely turned off from the process because of Lifestance! Do not book, refer or have any dealings with them if you want serious mental health help!

Horribly run business. Took them 5 months to come to a figure and it was not even close. They never credited my acct for all my payments. I believe they owe me money. Stay away from this company. Try it and see. They will take 3 weeks to get back to you. And that's if they are doing well. Move on from this Horrible practice. It's kinda funny. Most of my sessions were spent talking about how this company was causing me so much more addiction stress due to poor billing.

My experience has been good so far. I've only had 1 session but it was really helpful. The assistant that scheduled my appointment was extremely attentive and informative, a real gem.

I have hope for myself. Doctor Dillinger was an amazing doctor after so many years of disappointments. Bless her!

Never pick up the phone and their website is borderline non-functioning. There is no information and they never use the portal despite telling patients to use it to ask for medications Update: it’s been a month they still haven't transferred my records. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Haven’t had meds in about 2 weeks. If I could give 0 I would.

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Rachel Dillinger and she was great. Very empathetic, easy to talk to, & she offered some solutions to my issues. I have a follow up appt. in a month & I'm looking forward to getting better with her assistant.

LifeStance is ok. I really enjoy speaking with my therapist, Ginny. She’s warm and makes me feel comfortable telling her all my business, lol. If I had any complaints it would definitely be with the business/billing office. I’ve been trying to get billing updated for months with no success. I can almost never get anyone from that department on the phone. I leave message after message and nothing happens. I’m literally trying to give them money and they act as if we’re in a game of “hot potato “. I waited 2-3 months to leave this review because although I like my providers, they’re lacking in the communication, business aspect.

I met with Claire Meyers for the first time yesterday and it was my first time with a therapist. She made it very easy for me and I felt very comfortable with her. I am actually looking forward to talking with her again.

DO NOT seek care here!!! I do not usually leave reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. Ever since LifeStance took over, it just keeps getting worse, and there have been multiple instances where I have to go days without medication due to their delayed responses. My psychiatrist repeatedly discusses “drug-seeking” patients that are faking their conditions to get medication, which feels like none of my business and isn’t relevant to our conversations, and can never seem to remember any information about me at our sessions. I always have to remind her of my medications and concerns, making the care feel impersonal and unprofessional. I am trying to switch to a new provider and it’s been over one month (and counting) since I initially contacted Lifestance to fax my medical records to the new provider. I just called them for the third time and the people on the phone are always nice but the result seems to be the same no matter what. Do not waste your time with this horrible practice!!!!

It's such a shame that LifeStance took over this practice. I was a patient before the buy-out and always had a pleasant, straightforward experience with scheduling and billing. Now it's become so difficult to phone the office, let alone to reach a clinician. You have to navigate a phone tree of out-of-state representatives before speaking to the KOP staff. Their website is as user-unfriendly as the telephone system. Plus, the cost of care has increased significantly despite no change in service rendered. I have no complaints about the folks working at the KOP office, they've been nothing but consummate professionals. LifeStance has just installed new and frustrating barriers between patients and providers. I feel sorry for anyone trying to become a new patient! There's so many hurdles in the way of getting help out of LifeStance, which is especially cruel for a business catering to folks with mental illnesses.

After seeking therapy for my daughter LifeStance was great! We were able to get an appointment fast and our therapist was great! My daughter opened up and I look forward to seeing her grow.

My experience with my therapist was great. He was attentive, emphatic, knowledgeable, and of course, nonjudgmental. I will be seeing david again!
