Just shopped at llbean king of Prussia for the first time. What a wonderful experience! The staff is so helpful and so gracious! And we’ve loved their products for over 30 years. Thanks llbean! We’ll be back.

Good selection of men's, women's, and kid's clothing. Also stock outdoor gear and supplies. Comfortable space with ample changing rooms. Friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and made sure they could help. Unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for but it wasn't anything to do with the store. The jacket my wife was looking for didn't turn out to be quite what she thought. Definitely recommend this store to others!

King of prussia mall one of the best malls worth going too

L.L. Bean is just simply the best store out there. I wish there were locations everywhere, but this one in particular was great. It did seem to be a little behind in stock in terms of having the newest product in store in comparison to other stores we had been to, but it’s all still amazing products. The store has a great layout and was clean and well kept.

Limited selection, limited sizes. Wasted trip. Drove an hour to get there only to find that everything I wanted they either don’t carry in this store or was only available in 3xl or small ….smdh in the future I’ll just order online and hope I get the sizing right.

Black Friday consisted of over priced flannels and cheap logo outerwear. This store is nothing like it used to be. No men’s crew neck, v neck or quarter zip sweaters. Small selection of men’s casual dress shirts but no size assortment available. No khakis, or casual dress wear for men. Just a bunch of cheap outerwear pieces with logo in every conrner of the store. Don’t waste your time. Very disappointing.

I like the high quality outdoor clothing offered in LL Bean. However, the prices are higher than those products in generic departmental outlets.

Had a very good selection of clothing and outdoor gear. They are a little pricey but is understandable because of the name. Very good quality

Stopped in a few days ago to see if they had a flannel I’ve been looking to purchase in-stock. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Jamie, the reason for my review—he did an excellent job helping me find what I needed and had a good old fashioned personability that’s uncommon these days. He offered great recommendations for alternatives when they didn’t have the pattern I wanted in my size, and while I ultimately decided to wait and purchase online, I’m glad I stopped in.

A good selection of quality Bean's gear and clothing, along with a knowledgeable and extremely courteous staff. Occasional sales and some clearance deals as well. Open, inviting store format.

Great store for nice clothing. I always thought they were really expensive. But they are not. They have quality clothing and footwear. The 3 managers, Dennis, Mike and Katherine, are great with assistance and knowledge. I had a good time there. I was upgrading the POS and BOH computer systems. Again excellent.

Great customer service. I had purchased a pair of slippers one size too small. I had no receipt, they gladly exchanged them for the correct size without any hassle.

Went in for some beach items, left feeling like we didn't belong. First we walked to the shoes and an older gentleman came out and watched us until we said we were just looking. Crossed the aisle and a woman walked past groups of people to say hello to only us. Then she hovered and pretended to work, only went and got items to pretend to do so when she realized I wasn't leaving her area. Then as we left a younger looking guy followed us out, they all spoke into their mics while doing so. Now this could all be a coincidence, but as someone who worked years over at a shop around the corner in a similar environment, it's really hard to believe. If you weren't discriminating and it was all a misunderstanding please be aware of how you treat people in comparison to others around them. My father usually shops here online, but after this experience it's highly unlikely he will. I thought about recording but I considred the fact that it could possibly be a misunderstanding. Doubt it. Overall, very disappointing experience. Will probably call their corporate number in the morning.

Well organized with an abundance of stocked items. Heard another customer ask for something that was on a "discount" rack and the sales lady went right in the back and got one. Even the impulse items up by the register are actual items that you would use. The guy that checked me out even went as far to let me know that in the mall many stores offered a larger than usual discount for military. Funny side note.....the awesome aroma of chocolate and candy had my distracted. Even another customer was like "we just ate and now I want some cookies." I think L.L. Bean needs to have a merger sale with that vendor. LOL

Really, nothing on sale for Christmas? Highest profits ever in the last two years? And clothes made in China - but you want to brag about your quality? Not sure I am still an L.L.Bean customer.

Very nice store and staff. Find all your clothing needs for whatever the season is or the weather. If looking for footwear ask for Jamie, an older gentleman who will get you the correct shoe or boot and the right size. He is GREAT
