Apartments are nice and view was great! No way of getting an accurate electric bill! $175 a month for several months for a one bedroom apartment ( when I work all the time ) is ridiculous ! Lots of service fees! Water is divided between all Apartments I paid $42-45 a month! They can not give a detailed bill on electric or water! Other things elevator is down a lot , fire alarms go off a lot! Neighbors smoke pot a lot ( several Apartments) so Apartment smells like skunk ( especially in my closet) I contacted office and was told to call the police. I lived here 4 years! Oh and make sure you steam clean carpets when you leave cause that’s another $100. Unfortunately you will get nicked and dime to death here.also rent goes up a lot yearly! ALSO THIS REVIEW WAS 1 1/2 years ago not 2 months ago!! So electric and water will be a lot more than what I posted!!!

Been living here for years. Past few months, it has been invested with mice in the entire apartment A building. Everyone is having issues but they don’t seem to be doing much about it. It’s gonna become a health department soon after we call and the other residents call as well. It’s not just our apartment; it’s majority of the entire building. Spoke to many others on the floor, same issue for MONTHS.

The place looks nice. Could be better, the maintenance responses well, however they come sort of some things like doing a job properly or fully. The amenities are nice and there is a near by park. But this complex is filled with a bunch of entitled old people that do nothing but complain about everything. Constant email reminders, etc, its annoying. Honestly wouldn't recommend for a younger crowd. Almost like having an HOA but not actually.

Overall I have enjoyed living at Timberlake. The price is a little high, but I believe its worth it. The neighbors are nice, the grounds are well maintained. They are in the middle of renovating, and I think the new look is very refreshing and modern. Mariangela, the property manager, does a great job with making sure things are good for the residents. I would recommend it!

I am as of 2023 being charged $1,800 per month for a 800sqft one bedroom apartment. I was still ok with this because the amenities were good. The reason my rating has dropped so significantly is because you are forcing me to pay my internet bill with you guys. That is not what I want to do I have a specific plan I want to stick with and now my options are either get charged even if I don’t use it or submit and use it. Not fair and not right.

Love it here when we first moved in. Up until the past few months. We had mice in our apartment. Renovations in the lobby left incomplete for months. Worst thing Morgan properties ever did was get rid of Marieangela and hire this new thing.

I enjoy living at Timberlake. My apartment is spacious and private. I've been here a little over 3 years and just renewed my lease again. I love my view of the courtyard and the amenities here are great. My cats also love it here. The office staff greet me by name and are friendly and accommodating. Maintenance has taken care of any apt issues in a timely manner and are always courteous. Since it is an older building, issues are going to arise, but the staff works hard to take care of things efficiently.

Overall this is a fairly decent apartment complex. The grounds are well maintained, the amenities are cool, including the gym and pool, they have events within the community, the app is convenient, management is solid, and the apartments are spacious. The maintenance team is responsive, especially their technician James. He definitely goes above and beyond for the residents. He always completes his work orders and does it in a timely manner. He ensures his area is clean prior to leaving and is always polite and friendly. He's even helped a resident with a flat tire! He's top notch and the company has a very great asset within him. Personally, the only drawbacks for me are there are no 3 bedroom apartments, the building could be updated for a more modern look, especially for the cost of rent, and the elevators have issues. Overall, it is a good community!

We are enjoying our experience living here. Yes, their prices are a little high. But we love where we are living. We love our spacious apartment and the amenities. Their maintenance team is always their in our times of need. Especially Jay he goes up and beyond to make sure we our all good. They have a good team of people working here that try their hardest to help you enjoy your experience living here. So, I recommend you to come check them out. They could do something special when it comes to black history month though. To help us African Americans feel more welcome and special.

Lived here for years. This is by far the worst management team. They have a total disdain for their residents. Start renovations to only stop half way through. Elevators are constantly broken. They took them offline to repair been down to one elevator for more than 4 months. I would not recommend anyone move here.

A great place in short. Timberlake Apartments has been a great experience for me from the last 4 months I moved in. The combination of amenities, maintenance , home and the location made it a great choice. I admire the staff and their help specially in the current situation. They have been very proactive and upcoming in sharing any update and helpful in any way they can. The neighborhood is good and I wish I get to know more of them in the next few months. I would definitely recommend the place in future also.

Vertical blinds were installed in my bedroom. Very pleased with speedy response and efficient work by James. A/C unit was also replaced on short notice. I am pleased and grateful for the work performed by James. Just now waiting for a replacement cover. Thank you to all.

I enjoy living here. As soon as I moved in, it felt like home. The size and all in my apartment is great. I've always felt comfortable going to the office and when I needed maintenance. Steve and Morgan are great, they were always very nice and helpful. Also, Dave and Brian have always been great in taking care of any problems in my apartment.

Good staffing!!! Friendly neighbors. They keep all the property areas clean. Great place to live.

The leasing office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in the community that we have met are friendly and welcoming. The complex and apartments have lots of the amenities I was looking for. And most of the other complexes nearby charge almost the same rent for way less quality.

I have lived here for 5 years. The property is always in great condition and the staff is fantastic.
