Every service Karen has done for me has been amazing. Her facials are immaculate. I’ve also have had the V Steam done. Which was so relaxing. Absolutely loved how my bridal makeup turned out along with my mother’s and bridesmaids. Our makeup lasted the whole night! Every time I leave Karen I feel amazing! 10-10 definitely recommend her!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with me 60 minute deep cleansing facial with microdermabrasion service. Karen is knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. From the moment I arrived I felt like she was my esthetician for years but this was my first visit. The space was cozy and inviting, smelled amazing and I was able to just slip away and enjoy my time. Not only did I have the most relaxing and pampered time but I also learned about my skin and discussed a skin care routine to help me take care of my skin consistently. With each step of the cleansing facial, Karen explained the product and purpose and with it being my first time ger microdermabrasion she showed me the machine and explained the tool and method. The session was an educational, self-care spa service. I left with a smoothest, glowing skin and I couldn't stop touching my face. Karen loves what she does and it shows but more importantly I felt that.

Today was wonderful. Karen was very professional and took her time. She explained every product used during my Hydrojelly Facial and why it was beneficial. My face feels so soft. I look like a new person!!! Self-care is so important, and I will be making Karen Olivia Beauty apart of my mthly self-care.

I have to give an honest review here. Karen is very lovely and the aesthetic of her shop is very warm and welcoming. However, I had one of the worst wax experiences of my life with her. I do not recommend getting bikini waxes. I don’t think she knows what she is doing in that area and it was a very uncomfortable experience for me. Additionally, when I got home after the wax, there was still hair left behind and wax was still down there. So disappointing. I will say that I enjoyed the makeup looks she did for me. I got makeup done with her twice before the failed bikini wax so I would recommend her for makeup only.

Karen is absolutely phenomenal! She is kind, patient and understanding! She is extremely knowledgeable, and I appreciate all of her helpful advice. Her products are the best. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an aesthetician! Thanks!

Karen Olivia Beauty is the best esthetician I've worked with. When it comes to waxing and skincare, she is knowledgable, professional, and quite skilled. She recommended her custom ingrown serum and it has revitalized my skin. There is never a hair in sight when Karen does a wax. Her wax service includes extractions and tweezing to remove shorter hairs that may have been missed with the wax. I visited other establishments in greater Philadelphia. Karen outshines them all.

I recently took my mom to Karen Olivia Beauty where she had several of my moles removed. My mother could could not hide her excitement and happiness with this new service! Ms., Karen explained each step of the process and the entire session lasted 20 minutes. For those wondering, there was no pain or discomfort during the removal and my mom only felt light pinches which is normal. After one week with proper after care instructions, the moles fell off on their own with no scarring. I will be making my own appointment to remove them and can't wait to see the end results. Also, Ms. Karen is extremely knowledgeable and passional about skincare and I always learn something new from every appointment!

The environment is so clean, friendly and inviting. The best facial I ever had and OMG the earcandling service is like non-other. Everyone needs to get the ear detox. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing service :-))
