One of the stations errored out, so had to move to another station. Second station declined my payment the first time, went through the second time. Also, they should rename 'Hyper Fast' to 'Hyper Slow' if they want to be accurate.

6 charging bays, all full. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long. But charging speeds were nowhere near the 350kW that EA promises. I was only getting a maximum of 25kW and I checked the other 5 cars were all under 50kW.

Every. Single. Time. Every time I come here some ignorant ccs car is taking up the ONLY chademo charging station. Every single time. And every time all of the other ccs charging stations are empty. Electrify America should consider dedicating a charger to just chademo vehicles to avoid this. It's so frustrating and annoying

Nothing new to find stations not working at this Electric America charging station. In fact, there was a repair man with a Tesla fixing two stations when I arrived. I’m giving this location a two star because not only was there two out of six down at this location, I plugged in to one abvailable and it jumped from 124kw to 34 kw in a few minutes - which increased the charging duration time! Fortunately I was able to switch to another that did the same 104kw to 50kw but at least it happened after 10 minutes😩. I’m getting more and more frustrated with EV

6 high speed DC chargers. Up to 350 kW power. My top charging speed was 175 kW. 0.48¢/ kW (on the higher end of EV charging pricing).

Recently revamped with all new 350kW chargers -- but there's usually one out of commission. 6 spots, one of which is a Chademo.

Every time I've been all of the chargers have been functional. I've never had to wait for a bay and all bays are 350kW. The mall is a convenient place to blow some time while charging.

350kW chargers, but one out of commission. Didn't get the speed I expected with my Ioniq5 but was still fast - 33-80% in ~28 mins. Had to wait as station was full and several cars were there for a while. Noticed this station does not post idling fees which may encourage people to stay longer while they shop. 🤷‍♀️

Plenty of available chargers when I arrived at 1pm on a Friday. Charged, had a nice lunch and by the time we got back to the car, there was plenty of charge. Convenient to bar taco and Neiman Marcus. Security made their presence felt so we knew the car was safe. We will be back to charge again.

One charger down. Charged at station 6 and maxed at 133kw, but the place was very busy and there was a wait. Two chargers were closed off as we were leaving, for maintenance.

Drove from Bel Air MD and driving to pokonos PA. Charged my BMW IX 50 without any issues. Spent 14 minutes from 63 to 80%.

Charger worked well, peaked at 150 kw (as fast as my car could charge), but the location is a pain to get to, and is so far from the mall. You'll be charged by the time you're done peeing. Wish EA would put more of their stations right off the high way near rest stops rather than malls and Walmarts.

My car often stops charging if there are too many people at the stations. this doesn't happen at other Electrify America stations. Also, it is too far from the mall entrance to be convenient

I’ve only been using this location for a month. However for starters compared to other locations the outlets all work whenever I have used this location. I can’t say that for other locations. Also it’s a really convenient spot if you want to walk around while charging.

Upgraded charging stations to 350 kW, all six stations up when I visited. Right next to the mall so you have somewhere to go.

Card declined. Card declined. Tried another card. Card declined. Inserted chip. Payment processing. I’m all in on electric. Even still, can’t help but die a little on the inside when the solution I’m constantly advocating for feels like it’s working against me. Total aside, but the distance to the mall entrance from the charging station, forget about it. As for the actual charging experience, it went along swimmingly once we were able to get the box humming along.
