*CAUTION: Do not schedule an appointment with The Dental Health Center, 920 Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA!!! .* I showed up for a pre scheduled appointment as a new patient and decided to leave because of the lack of professionalism. In addition, Dr. Patrick Shock wanted to charge me prior to any services being completed but wasn’t able to explain what the charges were for. Before I left I calmly explained that I felt uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and lack of their knowledge in how my plan benefits worked. After telling me that he understood, he tried calling me to reschedule, and because I didn’t, he retaliated. Dr. Patrick Shock submitted an insurance claim for a “missed appointment” which is a lie. He is trying to charge me even though I had to walk away. His practice is very poorly managed, and his unprofessionalism is still making me regret my visit! There are plenty of other good dentists. DO NOT GO TO Dr. Patrick Shock of The Dental Health Center, 920 Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA!!!

new client here, haven’t seen a dentist in a while as it’s never an experience i really enjoy. I decided to go to Dr. Shock after seeing all his good reviews online and i did not regret it! The entire staff is professional and kind from the front desk to his dental hygienist. Dr. Shock was so helpful through the whole process , will 100% be returning!

Staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Shock is very thorough and skilled. Five procedures and I didn't feel a thing. Beautiful and state of the art office. I was happy with my visits!

With a major dental phobia, ( hence the need for a great Dentist) I found that Dr Shock is thoughtful and considerate. Not to mention skilled at his craft. The State of the art facility with a spotless appearance put my fear at bay! I was offered headphone but as it turned out I brought my own. I highly recommend your favorite “feel good playlist” if you have any sort of anxiety during procedure. So thank you Doc and entire staff for doing what y’all do. With appreciation and best wishes. Had my first visit today at The Dental Health Center. The office is spotless. The staff is so helpful, and very nice, along with Dr Shock everyone here is so pleasant and kind and very helpful. Happy to be on board. Thank you all for your kindness. Would recommend your facility 100%.

The service and care I received from Dr. Shock was very efficient and polite. Dr. Shock also outlined a plan for me to improve my overall dental health. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with this office staff, dental hygienist and dentist. The office staff was super nice, friendly and patient. The dental hygienist Tiffany was extremely thorough and provided extra attention to detail. She explained what and why she doing the tasks she was doing. Dr. Shock was very attentive and provided easy explanation of what he was doing and why. Made and explained costs up front. The office was very modern with technology and very clean.

Dr. Shock and his hygienist were very kind and caring. I HATE needles - especially in my mouth and they were patient with me, he went slowly and let me take breaks when I needed to.
