Compared to many other stores in the KOP Mall, the employees here are very friendly and helpful as well. They have a wide varity of products, some are pricey, and some are just flat out bargains. You need to dig to find those treasures. Overall, had a great shopping experience and great job staff! The majority of store employees at KOP can learn a thing or two from you.

I enjoy shopping here, and this is where I get most of my jeans. The employees who work here are so friendly and helpful. They always make sure I get the right size in the styles I need. Their point system is also great and make sure to sign up for their store credit card to save even more money! Great value for the price! I highly recommend this store!

Walked in the kop store location at 6:15pm today 8/1/2022 had to find someone to access the dressing room despite having more than enough staff on duty, upon leaving the dressing room and approaching the cash register i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the manager to radio someone else to address the growing line at the cash register. The sales person upon reaching the register greeted me like "what is your member number" she didn't even bother to say hello or ask how's your day going. Terrible costumer service I'll never visit this store again.

Customer service at this store was fantastic 👍!! Five stars are not enough. A HUGE shout-out to Aapria and Zac for their friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable assistance. My entire shopping experience at AE in the King of Prussia mall was just wonderful and I look forward to shopping there again should I ever be in the neighborhood. Thanks ❤️!!

The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE! The manager on duty refused to open the fitting room because they were "short staffed". She was standing at the register doing absolutely nothing. I witnessed a customer leave without making a purchase because they refused to open the fitting room doors. It's impossible to contact the store manager. The staff does not care about customer service or sales. If you want bad customer service and attitudes when you asked for assistance this is the place to shop.

Absolutely love the clothing here, men and women's. The girl that checked us out was super sweet, and knew how to make conversation. American Eagle and Aerie will remain some of my favorite places to shop.

I haven't shopped at this particular AE store much because it's always so busy, but I want to give five stars to Bray for providing excellent customer service and being so patient while I tried to find the right fit in jeans. She ended up ordering a pair for me online because I couldn't find a pair I liked in the store but she was so nice the entire time and made me comfortable enough to try new styles. I didn't go in until about an hour before they closed but she didn't make me feel rushed at all. Just want her great attitude and professionalism to be recognized. Thanks for your help girl!

Love this store! There are so many trendy, cute clothing here! They are also made of very high quality material and I think it's a very trustworthy place to get clothing. The clothes are also at a fairly good price. This is a great place to get clothes for either boys or girls.
