We applied to become new residents, were upfront about our credit which got impacted post Covid. We were informed before the application that, if we need we could have a guarantor co-sign with us to qualify. After the application, leasing manager Laura disqualified us without even offering the guarantor option. Once we asked her why she had not even offered, we got a reluctant answer that if we have a worthy guarantor it might qualify us but we would still have to pay 2 months security deposit. Horrible customer service making people feel they are not worthy.. Laura this is an apartment complex where people are either saving money to buy their home, they might not have enough money to buy a house or they have some sort of credit concern/hardship that’s is why they choose to pay rent and not have a mortgage. You should practice fair opportunity not when we remind you.

Great place to live! Apartments are beautiful, nicely designed amenities, well-maintained property, friendly neighbors, and location is perfect - easy access to everything, yet tucked away from Town Center congestion & mall madness. Would definitely recommend to others.

Highly recommend this place because Bryanna Philips is professional and one would be lucky to have her assist with the leasing process. She took cared of us to ensure that the process is completed without missing a beat. Bryanna Philips makes a difference.

Very nice and luxury apartment! Looks new and all amenities and units itself look very nice. Very convenient location. Staff are friendly and responsiveness as well. One downside may be the price that it's a bit too high but other than that, most things are great!

Maintenance was polite and fast working as usual without delay. It's really nice to have functional and dependable services at hand if and when needed. :)

I have bugs coming into my bedroom windows and the invoice that was left said my issues was “resolved”. However, when I went to my room the bugs were not only on the outside of my window but inside and all over the walls and blinds. I had to figure out what to do and bought products to remove them then my friend came over to help me with sealing the window to prevent ongoing access that are allowing the bugs to come inside. So far, I’ve only found two bugs inside my bedroom as of this morning since trying to resolve the issues all night but the point of the matter is that there shouldn’t be an infestation of bugs in this building. It’s gross and not worth 2k that I’m paying to stay here. I don’t understand the option to create a maintenance order if you guys are unable to resolve such issues. Transparency in such matters should’ve been ideal but it’s nice to know for future concerns when it comes to what to expect. Thank you.

I have lived here for about 2 years and have had a great experience so far. Since new management came in about 1 year ago, there have been so many personalized touches added to our day to day living that has made this space feel more like a community. There are monthly food trucks, wine nights, we’ve had a comedian come in the past and were given drinks and food to consume during the show (free of charge). There were also cute activities for kids (and adults!) during Halloween, and now, during Christmas, we have a hot cocoa stand, and even a gift wrapping station stocked with wrapping paper, bows, tape, etc. all free to use at our disposal. Although all of the staff is great, I have worked specifically with Sophea from day one and she has been wonderful. She is always available to assist me, and somehow seems to know every single resident on a first name basis as well. Overall, there are a lot of improvements and upgrades currently taking place, and this building has definitely improved a lot over the 2 years that I’ve lived here thanks to the staff. Great location - close to the mall, restaurants, Philadelphia, several corporate centers, and many major roads/high ways. I also feel extremely safe in this area (32 year old female). Thank you to the staff for everything that you do to make our space feel so special and “homey”!

I have been staying in Skye 750 with my husband for 3 years in a row and planning to renew for the next year soon. Definitely love this apartment. There has been a lot changes in this building during all these years but has been constant is it’s now Assistant Manager , Sophea Stewart. She has always been a constant . Have no complaints against anything. Would highly recommend Skye 750. It’s a very safe place to be in. I would have loved to give 10 stars ⭐️ , if that was an option , especially for the Leasing team . The Property Manager Laura is an amazing person as well. Maintenance team supports u in all possible ways.

Great place. Peaceful, very helpful and responsive office and maintenance, above all really nice residents. Me and my wife have been here for an year now, renewed my lease will stay for another year or longer.

Love it here. Leasing is great. Unit is great. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and in and out. Fun resident events. They are always trying to improve amenities . Really great place to live!

There are pros and cons, staff is friendly for the most part. However, it takes a long time to get a generic response. Serious problems with package delivery because they do not enforce the locker system with drivers. Dog crap everywhere because of the few waste stations that are oddly placed in grass and mud to access them. So people don’t pick up after their pets. Plenty of parking though, modern features, great amenities except for the gym which lacks weights, quiet and friendly neighbors. Convenient location.
