Terrible terrible stay, I can't even begin to tell you. I have stayed at over 100 Hyatt Properties throughout the world, and have never encountered anything like this. We checked in on Saturday, asked for a room service each day and was assured that yes we will get it. On Sunday I asked the front desk why the room wasn't cleaned, they said rudely that I have to request it and have to stay for 3 nights minimum. I did request and we are staying for 4 nights. It's insanity. They said the cleaning staff went home for the day. The next day we asked 5 times, 5 times to get the room cleaned, again we were assured that they will! NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!! Like what is this??????? I will keep writing reviews until I can get a manager to contact me.

One of my best friends came to visit and since she is allergic to my animals she stayed around the corner at the Hyatt. TBH I did not even know this wonderful hotel was right around the corner. She was in a long suite and she said the price was good. I went to settle her in and it was lovely. The common areas and the room were modern and meticulously clean. This impressed me because it was a rainy gross.fay that provides a challenge to keep floor clean. They did a great job. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends who are visiting the area.

Great experience staying one night on a business trip. Front desk and all staff encountered were nice and friendly. Great location and large parking lot. Much larger room than expected with a separated bedroom, full kitchenette area and living area. TVs in both living area and bedroom. Bathroom were also large and clean. Adeqaute water pressure. Heating and cooling units adequate. Clean and well-maintained hallways and decor throughout the space. Free breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold breakfast items. Very pleased with stay...will be returning during my future nearby business trips.

Don’t stay here. The engineer was very sketchy. He followed me and my daughters into the elevator without pushing a floor button. He kept looking us over licking his lips. He followed us twice all the way to our room. he watched and followed me in the hall and asked to open the door with his master key. I told him to leave. He stood there staring. The second time he followed us, We got into the elevator and again did not push any button. He kept looking at us. We purposely went to a different room. He followed and was about to open it. I again told him to leave us alone. I told the manager about the two incidents. We were directed to stay in our rooms. The manager did nothing.

Some of the receptionists were giving an attitude . They kept coming to our rooms every time they got a complaint when it wasn’t us. The hallway smell was outrageous. I felt uncomfortable because they were peeking in my hotel room, they were ding-dong ditching at night, and they caused us to leave at 11 pm. Other than that it was good.

The rooms are very dated. The furniture wasn't clean. Pretty shocking for the suite prices. The staff was OK for the most part but for a weekend with 3 wedding parties at the hotel, the staff wasn't helpful, in that they didn't really know what was going on when asked. The staff was unable to answer simple questions like where the shuttle bus for our wedding was parked. One very off-putting interaction with the staff was when the night manager barged into our wedding "after party" (which was pre-approved by the hotel) berating guests while shouting that we turn the music down. It was late, so asking us to keep the volume down wasn't the issue. The issue was how the manager stormed into the room and immediately started yelling that we turn the music down, while "reminding" us that we are not the only people staying at the hotel. The manager proceeded to threaten to 'shut everything down' if we didn't lower the music. That was his fist time coming into the room to let us know the music was too loud. Of course we turned the music down, but his behavior was absolutely rude and uncalled for. For this reason alone, I would never frequent this hotel again nor would I recommend it to any family or friends. Hospitality training is definitely in order for all.

WOW! WOW! WOW! So many great things to say about this place but where do I start. Let me make it very clear that I am NOT an employee of the Hyatt NOR am I friends or family of anyone at the Hyatt. I am from NJ and was in town for my daughters sports event. Ok, now for the review….ok, so booking the Hyatt was so easy and quick! Check in day was like a dream, you heard me, a dream! TJ and “E” ( I’m not sure how to spell her name but it starts with an E..lol) The way those two welcomed me was like I was a famous person! They were kind, friendly, welcoming and so helpful! What an awesome greeting, it made my entire day! Now the room….CLEAN, BIG AND it had a couch with a mini kitchen, that had a stove, a large screen TV, big fridge with freezer, an coffee pot with a dishwasher and a beautiful, huge bathroom!! I was like, NO WAY! I was not expecting a mini house.. lol Bottom line, I will be coming back again! Price is reasonable, the place is very clean and the staff is the BEST! Thank you TJ and “E” for everything!! Your boss is lucky to have two OUTSTANDING employees! This review is coming from a person with over 24 years in the corporate industry! Good employees are hard to come by today.

Room was good and relatively clean. Could use a new coat of paint though. Carpet was in rough shape, so I would not recommend walking around in your bare feet. Breakfast area is too small and cramped, with a lot of people just milling around.

This is my second stay at this hotel to visit Lancaster/King of Prussia area. Love the spacious and clean room, walk in shower, large breakfast area. Staff are nice and provide benefits to their members. Their 2 bedroom suites have 2 baths, one for each bedroom which is nice for family stay. Looking forward to future stay.

Truly a fantastic experience — my family really enjoyed their stay at this property due to not only the amenities, but also the outstanding staff. Such a nice property and truly a standout in Hyatt’s portfolio. Thanks again!

TV in bedroom turned on at midnight, and yes, it was off. Nice room and shower. Internet was reliable. Cast to TV!

A very nice place to stay. Came here with my Fiancé and her family for their family reunion. Very beautiful rooms and amazing service I would love to stay here if I'm ever back in the Philly area

At first things were fine; they accommodated our request to be on the ground floor near the door so my partner could go outside and smoke. However once we checked out the experience soured. We got charged an additional $200 to our bill because of a “smell of smoke” and “evidence of smoking”… obviously my partners cigarette butts would be in the trash in our room since there aren’t any trash cans outside. And perhaps the smell of smoke was strong near our room- since it was next to the door we asked to be near! Why would we go through the effort to request accommodations just for my partner to smoke in the room anyways, especially knowing the hotel policy… I am extremely upset and I wanted to warn anyone who might have a similar experience. I don’t have sympathy for folks who smoke in hotel rooms, it’s not like I’m a huge advocate for this, but $200 is a lot for us and surely not a lot for the Hyatt Place company. I never thought I’d be doing this but I’m pretty shocked at their choices. I will be calling the general manager again to attempt to speak to even upper management.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! There are predatory staff members and the hotel is negligent and apathetic. Rooms are poorly maintained. If you are a woman, stay away! Very high chance of being intimidated by creepy male staff.

We stayed on the 2nd floor. The room had no view. The shower door kept sliding open, allowing shower water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel and staff only cared about their cart. The location is great. Close to everything.

The hotel is dated and needs a remodel, but the staff do a good job of keeping the place clean. Attentive staff throughout and service always with a smile. Comfortable place to spend a few nights. Took a little longer than I thought it would to drive into Philadelphia because of the traffic, but it's still worth staying outside of the city center. You get a quiet, business setting with free parking and free breakfast. Would have liked to swim in the pool but it was a bit cloudy.

I stay at this hyatt house almost weekly. There are closer/cheaper hotels closer to my work, but Eduardo Pavon at the front desk, makes me a repeat customer. He greets me by name every week and knows my room preferences. I just need to say hi, and a minute later, I'm off my to room. Eduardo always has a smile on his face and doesn't miss a beat. Some times the rooms aren't up to par since they are a little dated, but Eduardo does his best to fix it. Rooms are always clean. Main reason I stay here and drive an extra 10 minutes is for the service. Eduardo's manager Teji Awad is always super friendly too. Hyatt definitely hired the right people for the job.

This place was decent but unspectacular for the price. The construction and layout of our room was nice, we stayed in a two bedroom suite, however the room had a very dark and damp feel to it. Unfortunately we did not stay long enough to test the accommodations the hotel offered, but there were enough people running around to suggest that they were having a good time. The local area is very nice, but can be a little off putting due to the extensive construction work underway right now. Many of the convenient roadways to the hotel contain detours and are littered with potholes. Parking was average and not very difficult to navigate.

Excellent facility. Wonderful and accommodating staff. Really good and consistent cleaning crew. Fully stocked snacks, beverages (including adult beverages) laundry facility, gym with new equipment. Outdoor seating areas. Quiet, clean, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The room was nice, bed very was comfy pressure in the shower could be better and toilet runs for 10 minutes after being flushed. The coffee por did not work and we got up late for breakfast but starbucks was around the corner. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning. There was a blow dryer with a coating of dust on it.

Room 108. We brought our pet. Very clean room. Did not get eaten alive with critters. Very refreshing. Although a couple issues worth noting. Flapper on toilet leaking and I needed to clean it to stop it from dripping. (annoying trying to sleep) Fan in bathroom needs to be replaced (sounds like motor is going) Freezer must have a water leak in ice cube maker causing a large amount of frost buildup. Underneath of pullout couch mattress needs to be vacuumed (dog hair) But those are just maintenance issues that a homeowner of 30 yrs would notice. Overall, nice stay and great breakfast. Nice parking lot. Friendly helpful staff.

The worst Hyatt hotel I've ever stayed at. As a global traveler, I frequent many Hyatt properties. I strongly urge all professional and personal guests/travelers against investing in this property by staying there. Save your money and find another location that maintains their property. An absolute nightmare for a guest. Upon check in I informed the front desk staff of the following: 1. Both toilets had severe cracks with mold around them (See pictures) 2. Stains everywhere on the carpet (if you can't spot treat a stain, are you even cleaning the carpets from prior guests?) 3. Holes on several corners of the walls 4. Air filter completely clogged, date on filter was May 2022, I checked in September 2022. After waiting 4 days after check in, the filter was changed. After it was changed, the filter vent was disgusting from all of the gunk that had dropped and they just changed the filter and left it for me to clean the dirt that went everywhere. 5. No phone in the room, I had to call the front desk through my cell phone for every item I needed or simple housekeeping questions. They brought in a phone, and then told me there was no dial tone. I waited 2 weeks and never got that fixed. 6. After a few days of staying, the back security door appeared to have been tampered with and the door lock had been removed. The door for the back of the hotel was then left open, posing a huge security risk, as anyone could walk right into the corridor for the back entrance to the hotel and right into guest quarters. I notified the front desk immediately, after 8 days it still was not fixed. This is an unacceptable safety concern. 7. Shower curtain in the second bathroom covered in mold, clearly never washed or cleaned. The front line staff is not at fault here, every time I raised a concern again for unaddressed items, they stated they escalated this to management and the engineers for the property. Clearly the property management team doesn't understand the industry standard for maintaining guest cleanliness and safety at this property. After these issues went without resolution for 2 weeks, I found a separate hotel and checked out right away. When I was showed another room to potential move too, I walked in and noticed that it was the same condition, stains all on the floor, toilets cracked and a horrible smell coming from the carpets. Hyatt Hotel Corporation should immediately step in as this property is ruining the brand. Hire more staff to assist the engineers and front line service workers and get this hotel fixed and safe for your guests before you risk a liability suit.

We stayed for 5 days and never had our room serviced. We were told due to Covid. None of the staff wore masks. We were told we needed to request towels every day if we needed them. No dirty towel pickup in 5 days, no trash pickup in 5 days, no bed making in 5 days. We were given a trash bag with bed linens and towels so we were expected to make beds with fresh sheets. Take out trash when full. Basically you are given a room and expected to be your own housekeeper. When I'm on vacation that is the last thing I want to do. So very disappointed in hotel lack of customer service.

This was my first "Hyatt House" branded hotel and I was pleased with the rooms, amenities and staff. I really liked how the rooms were larger than average with kitchens and huge bathrooms. The bedroom and living room allowed me to have extra space. The area has lots of local restaurants and drug stores in case you need anything as well. Overall, the hotel staff made sure that if I needed anything, they could assist. I am very pleased with Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting and will stay here again.

The Hyatt House is a mid-level hotel meant for extended stays. The suites are acceptable but they are showing their age. You will be able to sleep, shower, and work semi-comfortably at the hotel. The internet is fast. The main drawbacks are the space is used for a lot of party type events which can lead to loud drunken chaos, but it’s not a deal breaker as you really cannot hear it in your room. There is no room service or restaurant, there is however a small bar where they may serve food but I cannot speak to that at this time. There is also a pool, though I have never used it. There also is not any assistance in dealing with luggage or valet parking. There is however a very convenient lot and the staff do try their best to go above and beyond for you as best possible. They are pet friendly as well.

My only real issue with this hotel is it's location. Nothing is close and alittle of a car ride is required to get anywhere. Other than that room is awesome, spacious and comfortable. Bed is soft, sofa is comfy, shower is adequate and what's provided with it is appreciated. Full kitchen and everything need is provided as well, much appreciated. TV is nice, can cast too it with cellphone which is awesome. Wish other hotels could take the hint😁🤣👍

This place is perfect for a one-night wedding stay and World of Hyatt elite members will get wonderful treatments and upgrades. I am just a Explorist yet I got upgraded to a two bedroom room upon arrival. People here are extremely friendly and I received warm service during my stay. Breakfast is open and has wonderful options. Great stay.
