We were excited to try Buffalo Wild Wings again since our first experience was horrible and it’s been about a year since then. Everyone has off days. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with this visit again. I gave it 2 stars because the host and waitress was so nice. We went around 2:30 to avoid the lunch and dinner rush. They weren’t busy and we were seated right away. We ordered our drinks and the Boneless Buffalo Bar Pizza. It took about 20 minutes for our pizza to arrive at our table. At first glance it looked good! I grabbed the corner slice to my left which then I realized had one piece of chicken and one pepper on it and was room temperature as if it’s been sitting in the back a while. This pizza was lacking on ingredients around the edge and was super dry. We also noticed it had no blue cheese crumbles as advertised. The chicken was chewy and hard. Sadly this was the best thing we had at our visit. Our meal took another 25-30 minutes to arrive as others around us were getting their food before us. I said at one point if another table that sat down after us, gets their food, I’m leaving. When our food finally arrived again, at first glance it looked good. Sadly it wasn’t. Again the food was room temperature, not warm at all. The mozzarella sticks were so white I doubt they ever touched grease. Almost as if they were microwaved. The nachos were all fried stuck together and were soggy. The fries were hard and cold. The chicken sandwich was tough and soggy. Everything was just such a major disappointment. It was to the point, if I complained to a manager they would think I’m a karen. I’m not that kind of person. I hate giving bad reviews. We spent almost $50, wasted 90 minutes patiently waiting and overall feel robbed. Being this was my second visit and it was worse than the first, I don’t recommend this restaurant.

One of my favorite place to go for wings. The sauces were not the best this time at this location and even the dessert chocolate cake was a little tight. I had been to Ben to other ones and was fan of blazin and Thai curry. Some reason the lemonade tasted different even though it was Tropicana but not that concentrated.

Our server/bartender, Kiley was incredible. Very friendly, very nice, but also also very alone out front. The manager should get off their butts and actually help their staff at this location. Kiley managed to take our order. I’ll give us a great experience despite the fact that she was the only one serving in the middle of lunch. And she was doing all the bartending duties. Fried cheese curds were delicately crispy, loaded tots were meh. Onion rings tasted like they were out of a bag. But the wings were good and crispy (asked for x2 on the crispy button) and all the sauces were good. Guiness on tap was good to have.

Placed an order an order at 8:19pm to get picked up at 8:50 pm on Sunday night 10/15/2023. That was the earliest time that I could get an order. It is not busy at all but when I arrive at 8:57pm. The left side of the restaurant didn't even have a customer. I had to wait for another 26 min before I was able to get my food. I ordered a Pepsi 20oz bottle, 10 pieces buffalo wings and 3 little tacos. I don't think it would take 26 minutes after I arrived for the food to come out. I didn't receive my order until 9:23pm. Horrible service.

Ordered a brisket burger no brisket burger was smothered in onions to hide the fact there was no brisket paid 17 $ for a double cheeseburger never again the silverware was extremely dirty not dishwasher stains you could literally still see the sticky spots from what ever food was eaten before

POOR POOR. I order chicken salad, I was sent chicken sandwich. Another day i ordered salad without blue cheese, they went ahead and added blue cheese. They don’t pay attention, never again. The attitude over the phone is horrible too. The fries is like stone

Food was delicious. Empty during lunch time. Felt little sorry for the waitress as she was the only waitress on duty and was acting bartender and doordash order prepper.

The assistant manager and man at the take out counter tonight were two of the kindest and most helpful people! Very good customer service and the wings were great. Thanks guys for the great service and food 🙂❤️

Our waitress, Madison, and the food were amazing. Things were moving a bit slow because, despite the restaurant having many staff, Madison seemed to be the only one working. She was serving tables and also tending bar. From what I could tell, the rest of the staff were standing around talking or watching the game. Food was good and Madison went above and beyond, but subtracting a star because the other staff could have stepped up and assisted with things or even stepped in to provide water refills. I'll be disappointed if Madison has to split her tip with all of the staff who were standing and chatting the whole time.

Came here during the Philly playoffs so needless to say it was jam pack full lol. But the staff told us it maybe a wait people wont leave cause of the game which we understood. Luckily the wait was only 15 minutes. Our waitress despite having multiple big parties was phenomenal. & if she didn't remember something or was unclear she came back and asked us (dietary restrictions). Food was delicious fresh and hot overall great time.

Our waiter Rasheed was very kind and attentive! The food was hot and very good! The wings were tender and had the perfect amount of sauce! We will be back to eat there!
