Had a horrible experience here a year ago. Noisy and bathtub didn’t drain. Customer service was terrible. Appears from recent reviews that customer service and front desk still has not improved.

Frequent Marriott traveler (Gold).. this is one of the worst courtyards I’ve ever stayed at. If this was ‘newly renovated’ I wouldn’t want to know what it looked like before. My room had a musty smell with visible mold in the sink and bathroom. My room faced a major highway and the noise was unbearable. If you’re a light sleeper, def not for you. The staff wasn’t very friendly when I arrived and in the morning. No breakfast and not even morning coffee for the guests, even with elite status. Very disappointed. Don’t stay here.

Overall, this is fine. The rooms are pretty dark which is unfortunate, they could use a few more lamps. The room themselves are comfortable, the bed was fine, and it was clean. But someone on my floor was smoking and my bathroom and room smelled really bad. I did call the front desk and they tried to deal with it but I don't think they had much success. That said, they were able to send somebody up so I can spray air freshener to at least get the room smelling a bit more normal. Probably stay here again but that's only because there's no other good options near my office.

This location is a tenth of a mile from interstate 476. You will hear the traffic constantly. The only service the room once every other day. The food at the dining area is medioc5.

Very comfortable room. Spacious and well maintained. Shower & bathroom filled amenities, mini fridge, bedding & pillows, ironing board, desk, etc. Lobby had adult bar and plenty of room for children to hang while adults mingled.

Nice hotel at reasonable rate! The little bistro serves nice breakfast and Starbucks coffee!

Friendly staff and great place to stay to explore the area. The new rooms still need some fixing up, our drawer kept ooening on its own. Will still definitely go back. They don't have a pool but it's an affordable place to stay while in the area.

The rooms were pretty decent and it's a great location. However, The guest experience was pretty awful. It's not what you expect for a three star hotel.

I checked in last night. Wake up this morning. No running water to shower or brush my teeth. Also there was no breakfast due to the water. I feel that I deserve a refund. Oh to top it off the staff is rude and had to use my cellphone to call front desk because no one was answering and when I went downstairs there were 3/4 employees just standing there.

Stayed here for a night following a Sight and Sound show in Lancaster because it was extremely close to the King of Prussia mall. Missed getting pictures. Breakfast was not free. Ordered the Bistro Breakfast sandwich at 13.00 for just the sandwich. They did have specials. Parking was free. Bar on site in the lobby. Beds available here were doubles. Staff seemed friendly. Quick overnight stay as expected.

Great location minutes from expressway, restaurants, Conshohocken bars, etc. Hotel had full breakfast buffet in the AM. We were there on the weekend so not sure if served on weekdays. Room has extra large and in good condition. We had a queen sized bed and a pull-out couch with plenty of space for up to 4. On site parking. No valet or bell, self-service hotel, great for a day or two.

The staff is friendly and, for the most part, the rooms are clean. There was something on the bathroom floor that was not cleaned, so I am not sure how thoroughly the bathrooms are cleaned between guests there. I only came for one night, but the closet space seemed decently sized for a 4- or 5- day stay (for one guest). Since the rooms connect to adjacent rooms, I could hear conversation from the room next door. While making my reservation via Marriott’s app, it indicated that the breakfast was free / complimentary; however, the attendant at the front desk told me it wasn’t. The dining area looked nice and was apparently renovated recently.

A cookie cutter courtyard and no better or no worse than other locations! They are in a good location for my business, and I booked it because of the location and the consistency of Courtyard.good or bad! The staff is very nice and efficient. My beef is the construction noise throughout the day. I have no problems with Renovations, but they must be disclosed on the website at the time of booking. I usually ask for a late checkout and go back to the hotel after meetings to get some work done. Not here; we had to check out as soon as we could with some work not done!

Excellent experience! The rate was surprisingly good for a Marriott property. The young lady who checked me in on Friday night was exceptional! She was efficient, helpful, and incredibly friendly and professional. The room was very clean, with everything in place and in good working order. The A/C compressor needed some attention, but since I slept like a rock, it obviously didn’t impact my sleep. When I called the hotel today to question the amount of the bill being higher, an equally friendly and professional young lady explained that it was the incidental hold, which would be credited. The GM at this hotel obviously puts a premium on friendly and professional customer service, and it definitely shows.

Very satisfied with this Courtyard. Conveniently located within an office park and accessibe to nearby shops. Adequate parking lot. Neat, inviting, comfortable and large lobby. Adequate fitness center. Ice machines on each floor. Different elevator banks servicing different sections (wings) of the hotel., which is convenient. Clean rooms. Friendly service. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure and shower design. (Very modern) Lots of power and USB outlets throughout the room. TV has lots of channels with sign-in options for Netflix and Youtube. No continental breakfast, but there is a Starbucks-serving breakfast counter in the lobby. This also serves beer and drinks later in the day.

Good clean hotel, comfy beds and friendly staff. Lots of parking and nice bar in the lobby. A little bit off the beaten path, but not too bad with restaurants near the main road.

Everything was great inside the rooms, but the building could use some work. The furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. The ceiling in the elevator looks like it might fall off. Small foxes that would make a big difference.

The staff was good, the location was excellent and the amenities were good except for the lack of a pool. However, there are many sporting events and team reservations that are held at the hotel and they are not 100% prepared for that. They even have bookings through third parties for sporting events. The laundry room has one washer and one dryer, and that is it. Many of these tournaments are two days or more, which requires laundry runs for all of the families involved. There has to be a way to expand and add machines, maybe even stackables.
