I had a great stay the other day at this location. The pool isn't too big but there was no one in it so it was very relaxing. The morning hot breakfast is awesome. Made my own waffles and had turkey sausage and a western omelet. There were enough stations to watch on the TV and the bed was super comfortable. Took a nice hot bath and enjoyed my night and will definitely visit again. I wasnt aware of the $50 hold because they don't even mention it (which I think they absolutely should) so beware and be prepares for that. However, I think it's a great hold price compared to other hotels.

I've stayed there 3 times. I always enjoy this place. My last stay there I went to a Roots picnic. Didn't care for the picnic this year. But Mike from front desk did an excellent job with great hospitality attitude and wellness. I be returning soon. Real soon👊🎯💯❤✌

We were in town for weekend hockey tournaments for my two boys, which were 1/2 hour in opposite directions from the hotel. In addition to being the ideal location for all of us to stay together, the fact that breakfast ran until 10am and checkout wasn't until 12pm worked out really well with our tournament schedule. I was also impressed that breakfast included oatmeal, eggs and sausage, instead of just being all carbs. The room was a little dated, but clean, and the beds were comfortable. Looking at the reviews, I did request a room on the opposite side from the highway, which was perfectly quiet. All in all, it was a perfect weekend and I was really happy with our choice of hotel.

Been at this hotel for a couple weeks now for a job we're doing. There's some ladies behind the desk that are super helpful and nice. Especially the younger woman who works nights. She's the best. I wish I got her name, but she's there at least every other night. The rooms are ok. The gym is small and there's really nothing to do there but it's in a decent area where you can find things to do. Our work van got broken into and robbed our first week and there's no cameras so they got away with over 3k worth of tools. So definitely lock your stuff up and try to put your car in a well lit area. Can't really blame the hotel for that but at the same time it's not a good look. Overall though it's been a pretty good stay. Good breakfast and they have a little store to grab drinks and whatever. I've stayed at better and I've stayed at worse

The staff are friendly behind the desk. Free complementary breakfast every morning. The bed is comfortable and room clean when arriving. The pillows have no fluff and for the king side bed they give you 4 standard size deflated pillow which gives an uncomfortable sleep even with a comfortable mattress. The refrigerator is a bit noisy and instead of body wash in the bathtub it's lotion, which doesn't make much sense. Overall an average stay for a couple days and really close by food and grocery stores. I did have a lot of the cleaning crew cut me off at the elevator coming in and out (not being unentitled but like almost running my over my toe with their cart cut off).

Looking at the rest of the reviews (citing bed bugs, doors not locking, and cleanliness issues), seems like this may fall on deaf ears but I had a horrendous customer service experience with this hotel. The representative I spoke with (someone in sales) was rude and kept interrupting me. I kindly asked to speak to the GM. I was initially lied to and told I was speaking with "the manager". When I probed, they connected me with an unidentified voicemail. I escalated the issue to my travel agency. My travel agent tried to call 3 times. Initially she was connected with the GM's mailbox, which didn't accept voicemails. Then she was told the GM went home for the day (at 2PM). I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was not clean and my expectations of services were not what I expected from the brand. Typically I am greeted with my membership status along with my complimentary gifts that did not happen. The staff were nice. They are doing construction so the parking is limited around the building.

I love Hampton and have been in their hotels in 4 different states. Never have I ever been in one where the facility was this bad. I asked for a blanket at the desk and it was threadbare and had holes in it. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, the room was overly scented when we first arrived and the water pressure was very weak. The shampoo was awful, didn't even lather. Breakfast was good and other members of our party said the staff was great.

Nice hotel! Friend staff. The rooms though are starting to get a bit tired though and showing quite a few signs of wear. The towels and linens though were exceptional. My room was sadly right across the hall from the housekeeping room of some sort. So all afternoon long...literally....ALL afternoon, I had to listen to a noisy door being opened and shut. I bet it was accessed 100 times in a few hours.

I have been a fan of Hampton Inn for many years but my experience here was less than positive. Room smelled like it had a lingering smoking odor. Many of the TV channels did not work and staff did not follow up on promises to fix or address this. Worst of all, on two consecutive nights there was a major party in the room next door to me until 1:30am and in spite of several calls to the front desk, very minimal efforts to nothing was done to address this. Would not recommend this hotel.

My name is Naderah Harrison I and a coworker checked in on Monday. We are school bus driver our job put us up @ this hotel. The location is perfect r 5 minutes from the job. Where suppose to be here for 2 weeks for work. But I refuse to sleep one more night in this place. I woke up @ 1:30 in the morning on a Thursday to begin bitten by bed bugs. I have bites all on the left side of my shoulder and neck. I called the front desk and my room was moved. I had to bag up all my belongings in trash Bags and go to another room. Needless to say I miss work this morning do to lack of sleep. I refuse to get in that bed even if it's a different room. This is extremely acceptable and something has to be done.

Wonderful staff at the front desk. Check in seamless. We traveled with our medium size dog, they were accommodating in putting is on the 1st floor. Only complaint is othet guests smoking and discarding cigarette butts on the sidewalk outside the back door.

Great Italian restaurant a mile away, Arugula's, highly recommend. Hotel is dated, staff is friendly, rooms are small, not everything works. Get a room facing the mall, as other side(back of hotel) is on the freeway, really loud! Will search for other hotels moving forward. Most ice machines not working, nor the back door lock for entry.

One of my first choices about any Hotels. For that price quality is more the beyond! Employee’s are so helpful and kind, that I’m from the start trilled, everything is clean in order and the room and beds are so comfy and everything is on the hand. Breakfast is really good and rich for price which are you paying. A lot of parking space is available and you have a really good restaurant next to the main entrance of the Hotel.

I really liked staying here--it's around a half hour drive to Philly, easy to navigate to, and it's clean! A room for one person is actually pretty big and the bed was actually comfortable too. The staff are friendly and there is free coffee in the lobby with plenty of seating around. The price isn't bad for the area, so I'd definitely recommend it.

It's one of the few hotels in the area that's pet friendly! We had a need for a last minute stay with our 80lb husky, and we were able to stay their easily. There's a Petsmart across the street, which was nice to be able to walk too. The breakfast was great and the rooms clean and comfortable.

I stayed here this week. The hallways and room had clean and recently updated carpets, paint, and furniture. The digital key check in system worked perfectly when I arrived around 10pm for both the outside of the building and for the room itself. When I called the front desk to ask for a change of room, the associate on duty handled the request smoothly and even provided an updated digital key on the app within just a minute or two (the key was updated in the app by the time my phone call ended) -- she was even able to find a new room on the same floor as my first room, which made the process that much easier; very considerate. The water in the shower and faucet were strong pressure and excellent range of temperatures -- hot was very hot and cold was very cold. The top floor (5) room was very quiet. A window from the room overlooks a couple of tall trees (non evergreen, beautiful leaves in the summer but will be empty in the winter), as well as a nearby retail shopping district. The location just off the highway made accessing the hotel very easy. All in all, a great experience!

Stayed at this place for a night which was little far from my client site. I would say this is one of the best hotel I have stayed at far. I travel a lot all over the states, and stay in different hotels. For the price and the quality I received here was simply amazing. The price was so affordable and the room was very clean with creative stuff around. The bathroom was very clean and I loved the view from the window. It's next to Ruby Tuesday and great for nice dining too. The customer service was really great, the guy at the desk was very patient and provided all the information that I requested. Breakfast is okay but these days breakfast are okay everywhere I visited so I started skipping it. Lot of supermarkets and other shops nearby too, very quiet neighborhood except the highway nearby but not too loud either. Will definitely stay at this place when I visit again. 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

The night of check-in, the girl at the desk wasn't the most pleasant. They had a pool but no water in it as it was under renovations. Ither than that, great place. Breakfast was great. All other staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Would stay again if in the area.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend trip and enjoyed the pool and the breakfast bar. Our room was comfortable, everything was very clean and my son commented that the blankets smelled nice.

Good stay. Great location. Budget friendly hotel. This hotel is about 30 to 35 minutes away from Philadelphia, depending on the traffic. The drive isn’t bad. There is a large shopping plaza right across the street from the hotel. This shopping plaza includes a grocery store. There are a few restaurants within the area. There is a Ruby Tuesdays restaurant right across from the hotel. It is within walking distance and located on site. There were pros and cons with our stay. Pros: Our room was very spacious. There were plenty of electrical outlets spread out within the room. Our king size bed was very comfortable. There are two large mirrors in the room. The fitness room has a peloton bike which was cool to use if you have never used one. I enjoyed using it. Counter service was helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Room service for food is offered here. Cons: There was a bad smell in our room. I couldn’t tell what it was from. The upper rim of our toilet was not clean which grossed me out very much. Our shampoo dispenser was empty. The outdoor pool is very small. The carpets on the floors of the hotel did not seem to be cleaned on a daily basis. They were always dirty everyday I left the room. The elevators need to be updated. They trembled at times and run very slow. The laundry room was not clean. One of the housekeepers was playing music out loud from a speaker as she was cleaning. The music woke me up early. This can disturb other guests and should therefore not be allowed. For this situation, headphones should be encouraged to use, if permitted by the manager. Playing music out loud should not even be an option! All in conclusion, our stay was satisfactorily/good. I would recommend giving it a try.

Great service but some issues with items working in the room. The shower makes a mess of the bathroom by design. The employees were quick to replace my broken fridge and helpful about me storing my lunch until it was done. Kind of awkward exit from the lot, however and can be hard for out-of-towners to navigate.

It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and modern. The fit and finish of all areas was above average. Staff was friendly. Parking was very good for our July 3rd visit. Breakfast was a little better than similar complimentary breakfast with fully stocked choices. Pool was nice. We did have to find someone to unlock pool a few minutes after opening time but no complaints. Room had microwave and freezer. One odd thing was little lighting in the room besides nightstand and desk lamp. Would definitely come back

Internet is insanely slow. The WiFi connection itself is fine, but the internet itself is terribly slow. Front desk says it must be my device. Three devices tried, same turtle speed. Tub doesn’t drain either, which is disgusting. Overall, this hotel is lacking in a time when they’ve become very proud with their pricing.

Me and my husband enjoyed coming to this hotel once a week but about 3 weeks ago my room had to be moved because I had a bed bug once in the new room ceiling start linking water and I was on the top floor and just last week the. Housekeeper was very rude because front desk never informs the housekeeper on guest who are checking out late she yelled and cussed at me spoke with her manager she wasn’t any help and wasn’t concern with the housekeepers behavior I contact corporate made a report and this hotel band me so I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone before this happened we were very happy with our stay

This place could use some love. It was clearly renovated within the past couple years, but the maintenance is terrible. Staff were more or less 'there'. They sure like their cell phones. The room was clean, the rate was fantastic (although last minute checking noticed the Room was near $100 additional from what I paid months back. Room 528- the bathtub walls are coming off, the water damage on the wall still wasn't properly repaired, the breakfast was a disaster. The dining room and most food needing replenished was more than the typical high volume breakfast ordeal with the poor woman clearly unable to handle the job while the guy at the front desk just watched. Fitness room TV was broken. Ice makers were broken. Half the channels on our room TV didn't work.

What a mixed experience at this Hampton Inn. First off, the staff was great. Very friendly, and as helpful as they could be. The rooms were relatively modern and comfortable. The negatives: I paid for a king bed, but they only had rooms with queens available. They next day they moved me to a king, which smelled of sewage and wet dog. When I brought this to their attention, they only had queen rooms to move me back to. The room they moved me to had a leaking tub. Overall the staff was making the best of what they had, but for $160 a night and as a Hilton Gold member, I expect better for the price.
