The rooms were lovely and clean, everything worked, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I watched them being very patient with a couple more challenging guests. Breakfast is better than than the average American hotel breakfast, but it was getting a bit old by day three, although there were several options. The location is in industrial wasteland, actually quite good if you have a car, and surprisingly quiet, but not walkable to anywhere. I would happily use them again.

I do not recommend this hotel! We had to leave early due to a family emergency and they charged us for nights we did NOT stay! When I called to speak to the manager my calls were NOT returned. Thomas at the front desk was condescending, unsympathetic and unhelpful. When I asked for a complimentary bottle of water for our drive home, he told me curtly that he would only give me one as a COURTESY! The rooms were dated and the bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. They do not provide daily housekeeping. When I asked for housekeeping I was told they could only do a very quick "basic" clean.

Feels like a new property. Built in 2016. Kept up and cleaned well. Very nice staff. I’d suggest guests ask for a room facing away from the freeway as the road noise at night can interrupt sleep. TV does not have streaming services.

Excellent stay. Comfortable and clean. Staff was particularly kind and accommodating. Indoor pool is fine. Coffee is excellent. Rooms are ample and the one bedroom suite features a full kitchen and a door that separates the bedroom from the living area.

Comfortable and cleaned well upon arrival. Rooms are very quiet, and I did not hear any noise from other rooms during our stay. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood off the busy streets. However, this makes it a bit trickier to find and not as walkable to nearby conveniences.

Rooms are nice, hotel is clean. Service is hit or miss, some of the staff are awesome and some of the staff aren’t very good. I stay in the area every other week and find the Hampton Inn to be the better option because of their staff.

This is one of my go-to hotels to stay at when I’m in the area. I’ve stayed here half a dozen times and every stay I have is great. Friendly staff, easy check in, and super clean rooms.

Decent place to stay if you're traveling with a baby like we were. Late check in and checkout we're a breeze. The staff were nice and accommodating. We were provided pack up crib and mattress that our baby had no problem sleeping in. I knocked off a star because I killed a roach in our room on our first night. I didn't see anymore roaches during our two night stay, but I was careful to not leave food in the garbage can in the room. The room and the hotel was clean otherwise. We would stay there again.

The entire staff was awesome. They all went above and beyond accommodating me for my family wedding event. With that said, this hotel has too work on its breakfast, which was horrible this time & when we stayed there the last time June of this yr. Keep the breakfast simple. Scramble eggs no cheese, a meat, and some potatoes. THAt IT! The dried up hard to cut egg disk with cheese and sausage patty's has to go. I didn't have my phone to take photos but OMG it was horrible. You guys have to get someone in the kitchen that cares about what is be served to your customers. If you are going to offer breakfast then do it right. Your hospitality manager needs to be able to explain it to management and to have management listen.

Stayed at this location for a week during a business trip. Conveniently located in the Plymouth meeting area next to a number of shops and eating options. Large store complex 2-3 minutes away: Target, Lowes, Best Buy, Five Below and other stores. Large parking lot...never had an issue finding a spot, even when coming back to the hotel later in the evening. Check-in and our processes were simple. All staff at front counter, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all great...friendly and efficient. Room was well-kept. The full kitchen (full fridge, dual burner stove, full sink and microwave) came in very handy during the longer stay. The separate living area, with its L-shaped sofa-bed, ottoman and TV was great if bringing the family. The bedroom was neat with two queens beds, lots of surfaces and large TV. There is also a small desk and chair and also led into the bathroom sink and separate toilet/shower room. I do prefer to have all (sink/toilet/shower) behind one door...but not a big deal. TVs had lots of channels. Wifi was a bit hit or miss...seemed to be better on computers but when using iphones/ipads, it kept requiring to sign into the Hilton Honors network and many times giving errors after the room credentials were entered. Though the bandwidth was more than adequate once signed in. Lots of outlets, lights and USB outlets all around. Heating/cooling unit worked as expected. Gym was neat and well-maintained with all the necessary machines. Though on my first visit, there were cups and no water...and my second visit, there was water but no cups ?! I ended up going to the front desk where they gave me a bottle of water. Did not use the pool, but it looks clean. Ice machines on every floor as well as vending machines with $1.50 20oz soda bottles...which was great. Laundry machines on main floor near gym. Breakfast was adequate...a few hot items: eggs and sausage, a variety of breads, cereals, juices, yogurts and fruit. Good enough to sit down for a quick bite or to grab a few items before hitting the road. Little pantry area where you can buy snacks and convenience-store-type foods near the front desk. Overall a great experience...recommended for those staying in the area. Lots of perks for those looking for longer stays and waiting to feel more "at home".

Clean hotel, staff is friendly and accommodating. The laundry machines take cards or apple/google pay but detergent is by money only. Plenty of parking and a few designated spots for EV vehicles with charging stations. There is a shopping plaza nearby with a Target and grocery store along with a bunch of other places. Only complaint is the pillows were terrible, very flat.

Sadly I stayed at this hotel recently with my wife. I am an handicap individual that takes a lot of medicine. I am prescribed Marijuana legally by my physician. Now I am smart enough to know not to smoke in my room. Because they saw some tobacco leaves and a small amount of my medical Marijuana it was assumed I smoked in my room. They took pictures but didn't find and ashes there was no proof of smoking. It would have set off the alarm system if I did. There were no complaints from other guest. There was no smell outside my door neither. But they had no common sense to fully investigate. If you know anything there would have been other signs of smoking. I was there a few days house keeping would have noticed the smell in the hallway. But no so now they suspended my Hilton account and are seeking to collect $250 with no thorough investigation. I called to inquire why and the assistant General manager Sananikhom was extremely rude and uncooperative. But when presented with questions to show proof other than tobacco leaf and the small amount of medical Marijuana he had no answers. I wonder if the General Manager can provide some information. Common sense would say do a complete investigation. All they had was proof I had the product that I have a medical card for but no proof of me smoking in the room just an assumption. That whole floor would've smelled like smoke.

This is the worst hospitality I’ve ever ever experienced we had to stay here because of a temporary problem with our home ..We are a big family 6children 2Adults and we had to rooms one with two queen beds and sofa couch and the other room one king and sofa bed!! Which was more than enough room 3 small children no noise but in the morning was told we had to leave because to many in the family like I said it was more than enough room and my children weren’t loud or out of order I hope they never have to up and leave their home and need help because they’re insensitive and I felt prejudice against I will never ever refer anyone or anything to that hotel mean people

Price could be a Lil cheaper. Because the rooms has that old vibe feel capets could be upgraded. My peace is this hotel makes good money.. if the carpets not getting cleaned. Then let's go to hard floors. Snap ins something.. the beds appears to be outdated also.. spend the money.. it seems like because the other hotel down from them is worst. So the crowed automatically comes here. Which in return. The upgrades appears to be slow

Room smelled like mildew due to leaking air conditioner, visible rust in the corners of the shower. Went to change the sheets myself and accidentally brought up the mattress pad, mattresses are HORRIBLE beneath. Obviously just a surface clean type of place.

This hotel was beautiful and people were nice. Rooms were great! Definitely a good stay for family and just a relaxing time all by yourself.

A very comfortable and affordable stay. We booked in-advance and had only one issue checking in digitally. We had trouble entering the room (something was wrong with the key and the door) on our first night there, but the staff was very helpful and quick to assist. We were on the fourth floor and enjoyed the bathroom arrangements, including the shower. Although, something to note, I do not think the bathroom style/type is standard throughout the hotel. The toilet does flush quiet loudly but it was not a persistent concern. The duck towel was also a nice addition!

Had an amazing stay, easy check in with Joe who was providing outstanding service Breakfast was lovely the only small little downside was that the fridge was extremely loud but the rest was perfect

Had a family emergency. Called the hotel and Expedia to cancel my reservation and they refused to refund me. Expedia explained the unfortunate circumstances. I called and was sent to voicemail. No returned call. Shameful. I won’t be staying here or at any other Homewood Suites ever again.

Wish I could give service 10 stars. I wish every hotel had a Joe. He was friendly but not to the point of being annoying. Told us everything we needed to know about our stay quickly but with enough pause to check for understanding. He should get a gold star. Then the next morning we went down for breakfast and the man cleaning the floors had the most amazing smile and was just as pleased as Joe the night before.
