I have been going to this location since the grand opening, the quality of the food and the portions of the proteins (chicken & beef/lamb) have been dropped lately to half the quality what they usually (used to) gives. Yesterday, I went to get three orders of chicken gyros and got really disappointed. They rushed to pack my food even though they weren’t busy and put a lot of rice and “just a little bit of meat/protein”. I asked to put little bit of white sauce on the top and requested to give me the sauce on the side, the guy gave me just two small pack but I got charged for one. It seems this location is now care more about the profit than their customers. I was not happy and told myself not to go there anymore. I gave them a lot of business since they opened, I would find another place to replace them. Please don’t go there. If you crave for gyros, just go to New York or Phili once in awhile and enjoy the real gyros which will satisfy your appetite.

If I could give it zero stars, I would! The worst customer service ever! First of all, just to add a few more pieces of gyro, they were charging me $3 extra to the $70 bill. Then when asked to take it off, the Hispanic employee at the register tells my husband to “stop crying”. STOP CRYING?!? Who ever talks to their customers like this? My family owns a restaurant business too and I have never seems such ridiculous attitude. And then that employee continues to act like he is doing us a favor and tells us “yea stop crying!” Never again will we go to this location. Horrible, horrible service. This locations owner needs to rethink about who they hire.

The most satisfying meal option with great portion size and excellent taste. Me n my husband ordered Falafel platter in size regular, the falafel were freshly fried and added. The white sauce is so yummy and elevates the taste of the entire bowl. We also had Baklawa and it was so good!!!

The famous from NYC. Small place... for takeout. My only complaint is they charge more than NYC prices. Warning for people who don't like spicy food you can go crazy for the white sauce but please don't take more than 1 line of red sauce.🔥🔥

went in for a quick bite but seriously had the best meal!!! I had the platter of chicken and beef, it was beyond delicious. I never raved about falafel ever but they make the best one. they have a white sauce which was quite good. There were two people managing it and did it really fast. will def visit again!!

Disappointing. I’m originally from NY and I’ve had better from random smelly food carts. My food arrived cold. The portions were really small for the price and NOTHING tasted fresh. My falafel was soggy, the beef gyro was boring and not tasty. It almost felt like I was eating food leftover from last week. I highly doubt I’ll be trying this place again.

This chain had an outlet outside King of Prussia where the friendly manager serves up a short menu of Mediterranean eats. Majoring in chicken and beef, platters or gyros hold mounds of meat and sides. Excellent garlic flavored chicken and slightly greasy but well done beef. Don't order to delicious spicy hummus as it is HOT. The tamer chickpea offering will suffice. Extra meat for a dollar is a deal.

Second time I am tries Halal Guys after 6 years and still disappointed. Food is average, the chicken did not have any flavor. The only thing they have going on for them is the halal meats.

Just look at the picture. It says all the words! 😂😍 It was so delish, super flavorful & GREAT customer service - the workers were super kind, suggestive and patient with us as we were figuring out what we wanted to eat!

Edit/Update 7/13 I've been back several times since my initial bad review and I've been extremely happy with the food again! It's a shame what's happened to this place. It used to be my guilty pleasure and for whatever reason, over the past year, it's just gotten to the point where I think I've made my last trip. The food just tastes completely different and not in a good way. The lamb is basically dusted meat. The rice is off and the chicken is meh. The white sauce from the bottle is awful and taste completely different from what's provided in the yellow packets. That said, the staff is awesome! Portions are generous but the food has just steadily gone downhill for at least a year. I don't know what's changed but the current regime definitely needs to figure something out.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience in this halal guys branch. I feel halal guys is a hit and miss. Their main branch in NYC is top drawer but this is a cheap rip off. We ordered 2 combo meals (lamb and chicken and beef and chicken). Both of the meals were not well prepared. Lamb was like a curry instead of the usual chopped finely cooked lamb you want on a lamb over rice. Chicken had this distinct smell and seemed like it was prepared well before and they heated and gave it to us. Rice was poor quality. Taste was not good. I would never eat from here esp when you have atleast a gazillion other options closeby Philly.

Ordered extra falafel for my platter, we ordered two platters. One regular, one with extra. Mine came with four whole pieces and two half pieces. Normal platter is five pieces so I should have received seven pieces.. (2 extra) after paying nearly $35 for two meals at dinner time this definitely sucks and I feel ripped off. The regular platter may have more food than the one that was supposed to have extra. After further investigation the other order was supposed to have extra rice, extra bread. Both portions look exactly the same. Zero attention to order detail and a lack of care for specifications. Staff was friendly but our food tastes worse when it’s not what we paid for.

Went to this place with a friend who suggested it. One of the best gyros I've had. This was a beef gyro. I want to go back and try some other items as well. The prices seem reasonable too.

Great food at a reasonable price. Got the chicken sandwich with white and hot sauce. The meat was moist and tender and came loaded with veggies and an awesome white sauce. I was also very pleasantly surprised that their hot sauce is actually hot and went perfectly with the meal. The food was not too salty either. If I lived closer to this location then I'd probably be there several times per month.

THE BEST Halal Guys location. I’ve been to locations all across the country, and still get excited to come back to PA for this one. They have friendly quick service, the food is always on point, and they give GOOD portions! A lot of location skimp out, and barely do two scoops of rice/toppings. These guys never fail to impress. 5/5 for them. :)

The location was busy, but service was quick. We ordered two of the beef combinations. Everything was freshly made with generous portions. Pricing was reasonable. *Love that they give generous portions of sauce. Red sauce is soooooo good. I love spicy, so I went for a heaping amount. Don't do it if you're not used to heat. Will be back again if I'm ever in the area.

They offer tasty food, thats a fact. But the quantity for the price is not good enough. Even extra chicken for $3.50 more got only 6 bits of chicken. If you are fan of their rice though, good for you, they fill the platter up with it.
