The staff was extremely rude. I was looking for wedding bands and they just kept pushing items i did not want. Diamonds they have displayed are not GIA certified. Probably blood diamonds judging from the cast of characters working there. When i said i would go to another jewler they snickered at me while i left the shop. Avoid them at all costs. They are terrible.

They do not stand behind their jewelry. I bought my girlfriend ring for Christmas. This ring had a halo of diamonds surrounding an aquamarine stone. After two months, one of the diamonds fell out, and when I brought it back to the store to have them repair it they said they wouldn’t repair it. They don’t warrant any of the jewelry they sell and are so rude. I can’t believe a big diamond jeweler like this doesn’t stand behind their work. Really disappointed in their customer service. If you respond to my review, please be honest as I was. I don’t care what you say. There’s no way a diamond should fall out after two months.

Bought a white gold bracelet/bangle for my wife for Valentine’s Day. My wife complained that it kept getting caught up on everything she came in contact with. I brought it back to the store, and the brand ambassadors Pejman and George went above and beyond to make sure that my wife was completely satisfied with her bangle; the jeweler did an extraordinary job designing the figure eight clasp in order to keep it closed. Do Not buy gift cards from here! They wouldn’t honor my gift card during a sale even though the gift card was paid for in cash. Poor customer service from the manager as well. I had my diamond reset twice because it was coming loose and he had the nerve to ask me what I did for a living as if it was my fault the prongs were poorly made. The second time they reset it much lower and it really took away from the beauty of the diamond. When I asked why it was set lower they denied it, I look at my diamond everyday, I know it was set lower.

Therefore, I like to get my own experience, regardless of other people's opinions. I have had a wonderful experience with Milanj and I will explain to you why. My name is Angelica L. and about 5 years ago I was eager to buy diamond earrings, as far as I remember, other stores offered them for 19,000 and no one gave a discount. As soon as I entered Milanj, I fell in love with this place, because the very first minute I went into it I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. This is indeed a great store with great people working there. But my favorite one is Pejman who is indeed a very smart, polite and friendly person. He spent approximately 2 hours patiently giving me great advice. To be honest, that day I was not going to buy anything, but he gave me such a generous discount that I couldn’t resist and bought the earrings. In addition he offered me 12 month financing at no interest. I’m so happy with the service I received at Milanj that after my first purchase I keep visiting the place when I want to treat myself buying something new.

Let me tell you guys something... I walked into the KOP mall to buy a pair of sneakers for my partner and I came out with an engagement ring instead! That's how great they were at Milanj. PJ was so knowledgeable in diamonds and showed me a ring that was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't have any plans to look/buy a ring for the next 5-6 months... but with their 12 months of free interest... how could I pass that up! Wonderful experience with my decision to surprise my wife with a new diamond ring for our anniversary. They were extremely patient and informative. I did not know what I did not know about diamonds and I feel very good about my purchase and my new found knowledge about diamonds. I visited this store roughly one month ago. I was interested in purchasing a engagement ring and was told they were running my credit score . Against my knowledge, they opened a line of credit for a jewelry account using wells fargo. I was NOT informed at the time Milanj was doing so, if I was made aware, I would have refused. Well a fews days later after visiting, I received a credit card in the mail from wells fargo with the notation of Milanj Jewelers on my card. Now my wells fargo account has a credit limit account tied to my banking accounts.

I can not say enough about the experiences (YES, experiences) as I have multiple purchases from Pejman and the owner himself Milanj. Wonderful people and very attentive no matter the price point I requested. The customer service is impeccable from everyone including security. I would recommend visiting Pejman or any of the servicing staff for your diamond jewelry. I am not wealthy, but damn I was treated like I was!!!!

I just would like to say, I cannot believe this sales guy in there omg he is really unbelievable 😳 the way he talked to my fiance when we came in to look at rings, he didn't even show us rings, he started comparing diamonds and colors and quality and Yada yada,,, and then said how much do you wanna spend, and then said that's not enough. The salesmen was very rude and was unprofessional in service. I asked to see a watch and try it on and he showed it to me then grabbed it and put it away and wouldn’t let me try it on after I pointed out to him that the price is marked up by 100%!!

Extremely disappointed with service. Purchased ring 30 some years ago and diamond still with prongs intact broke off from band. I could of had but back for fifity dollars per salesperson but he suggested adding 6 prongs for three hundred fifty dollars so it would last forever. Never once did he say it would change the whole setting and diamond know sat low. It look like the diamond was swallowed by the band. They did fix the ring to appear higher but not they way it was at all. The diamond does not sit as high as it did and has 4 small balls over the diamond. If I want to change it would be another cost to me. They definitely do not stand behind their original warrantly. Owner was very rude.

I was replacing my wife's stolen wedding band and engagement ring and Milanj had a great selection of not only rings, but also diamonds. When my wife found the ring she loved, they were able to modify it to accept a different shape diamond. My wife and myself came in here searching for a Cuban link necklace. I was shopping between two stores trying to get the best price. I also was looking for a 24 inch cuban link necklace, well the customer service experience here was phenomenal the owner and one of the other colleagues that work there treated me and my wife with dignity and respect. I not only walked out of there with a 24 inch Cuban link, But upgraded to a 28in for the same price. I love my new necklace.
