was
my
third
time
at
this
establishment
and
would
have
given
4
stars
⭐️
had
it
not
been
for
the
incredibly
rude
server
named
Cindy.
This
was
my
third
time
ordering
the
same
drink
I
always
order
at
this
place
and
everywhere
else
and
I’ve
never
had
a
problem
until
this
last
experience.
She
did
not
understand
what
I
was
asking
for
and
when
I
explained
that
my
order
was
not
what
I
wanted,
she
became
very
rude
and
obstinate
with
me.
She
told
me
that
that’s
not
how
I
should
be
ordering
my
drink
and
basically
chastised
me
even
though
the
previous
times
I
was
there
in
the
last
few
months
there
was
no
misunderstanding
of
what
I
was
ordering.
When
she
returned
with
the
correct
order,
she
slammed
my
drink
down
on
the
table
which
alarmed
my
friends
as
well.
If
you
notice
my
history
of
reviews,
I
prefer
to
focus
on
the
positive
but
Cindy’s
behavior
was
unacceptable
and
is
a
bad
reflection
of
this
fine
establishment.
The
food
was
good
and
I
noticed
the
other
servers
seemed
pleasant
and
accommodating.
I
understand
it’s
hard
to
find
help
these
days
and
hope
that
she
was
just
having
a
bad
day
and
decided
to
take
it
out
on
me
even
though
it
was
not
appreciated.
I’m
a
pretty
easy
going
person
so
this
took
a
lot
for
me
to
feel
the
need
to
share
this
negative
experience.
I
would
like
to
return
as
a
customer
as
long
as
I
don’t
have
this
experience
again.
