Doctor's are great. 2 of the office staff are horrible. Very disrespectful. The 2 of them ruin it for the rest of the office. If they are not happy they should look for another job. I'm not going to put their names on here, one is a medical assistant. So sad they have to treat people this way. I'm thankful for the awesome Doctors.

Doctors have been great. BUt, clinic staff is another story completely. They are unorganized and could care less aboutanything.going on even to do their jobs. A new prescription took me a week to get filled after numerous calls to the office. Doctor wanted to refer me to a specialist in Las Vegas. Was told it takes about two weeks. Called after 2 weeks when I hadn't heard anything and was told it hadn't even been started. Said they would call at the end of the week. I gave them time, At week FIVE of not hearing from anyone, I went into the office and was told by the front office supervisor I would hear something by the end of the week. End of the week came, called their office, the girl over referrals gave the same excuse as all the other times. That she needed more documentation. I said it had been almost 6 weeks and she said she knew but she was busy. What kind of doctors office runs their practice so poorly. This s an office for patients with heart problems. How can you think waiting for over 6 weeks is ok to just send out a referral?? That still to this day has not been sent out. It's very upsetting. If you care for your heart health, apparently this is not the place to go.

The Dr himself seems to know his job. Staff are courteous BUT must request your scripts to be sent to pharmacy 2-3 times. Best get written script of u want processed. When u have an appointment they call you text you 3 times to confirm drives u nuts!!! Moving on.

This place is amazing! I always recommend this place to anyone looking for a cardiologist. All of the staff are just wonderful! I am usually not there too long either. So, if you are looking for one, definitely go to this place. They tell it how it is and no beating around the bush. That's the way all doctors should be. No hiding anything and not just tell you what you want to hear. You need to know the truth and they will tell you the truth.

The doctors are great when you can get in to see them. Which is hard to do they have way to many patients. Dr Ahemd and Dr Alfalfa saved my husband's life 2 weeks ago. At valley veiw. They requested the follow up appointment. Not only was it almost impossible to get an appointment. They left us sitting in the waiting room for and hour and a half and never told us the doctor wasn't there. We ask if someone else could see him nope and when we could reschedule they didnt know. When the redemption was ask why she let us sit there? She said I thought you were someone else. Really you dont know who's waiting

Kind and caring people from the doctor to the techs, to the rest of the staff! Always there if you need them, but don't intrude if you just want to come and go! Take the time to explain processes and procedures to both patient and family members. Doctor takes time to meet weekly with each patient and family members to discuss any concerns and answer any questions (or more time if needed). Love this professional, caring medical group!

I would give negative stars if possible. The doctor was great, but the front office staff is disrespectful and incompetent. Refills are virtually impossible.

One of the nicest things about this cardiologist office is the way they take care of their patients. Obviously, this is important - I'm sure you're thinking, "thanks, captain Obvious", but here's the rub: they Know You. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out, they treat you better than most offices are even capable of. It's hard in big cities for the staff to know their patients, but here, even when the lobby is full and there's a line out the door, it's so wonderful to have the front desk staff say, "Good morning, Chris!" Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart. With all the medical things I have going on right now it makes me feel like I'm actually a person, and not just a name that has to be called absently from a lobby. I appreciate you all!

The staff is very horrible can't get peoples names right overlapping appt 2 to 3 hour waits , terrible.

They can't read a clock... hour and forty five minutes late for 3 o'clock appt. Still waiting and a mask is required for they also follow pharma, not science! Bad place bad people

Dr. Alfafara is very attentive and asked lots of good questions, then listened to my describing y condition. He ordered tests that my other heart doctor had not. Only reason for 4 instead 5 was wait time for my appointment, which was 1 1/2 past appt time. But he is the nicest Dr.

THE WORST DRS OFFICE IN BHC. YOU MAKE YOUR APPT. SHOW UP EARLY OR ON TIME AND YOU WAIT 45-60 MINUTES. WTH??????!!

I love and have great respect for Dr Ahmed. I also appreciate the care I receive from the nurses as well as the office employees. very professional and willing to go the extra mile. I will continue to recommend S.W.Cardio. maybe another doctor might ease the load from Dr Amhed

Office runs like a well oiled machine. Very efficient. Dr. Prasad is a delight. Actually listens to you. Very thorough. My only qualm is the length of time it takes to get an appointment, but I figure it's because most of the folks who are willing to wait feel as I do.

Dr Alfafara has aways provide me with outstanding service. The only complain I have is the wait time before he sees me. 2 hours in waiting area doesn't make sense to me. It has always been that way in the past. I would have thought scheduling would have improved by now. One hour would be a better improvement.

Dr Alafara is wonderful. He takes the time to explain what is going on with your heart. Very knowledgeable and cautious. Only reason I did not give a 5 star is because of wait time. Theresa was very helpful in scheduling follow up tests.
