I had a very nice tour here today; was impressed at the quality of the community and how posh it appeared, and the amazing customer service provided by Carmen and Carol. The only reasons I’m rating this as 4 instead of 5 stars is because the apartments are a teeny bit overpriced, especially being so far from DC, and the unit I viewed (an 1-bedroom) wasn’t THAT big. They could also replace their current window blinds with proper wood-style blinds. (This is a matter of personal taste.) The $100 one-time amenity fee isn’t as bad as others, but it’s a new charge. There wasn’t much to do around the immediate surrounding areas, but it’s served by a Ride-On bus for those who don’t have a car, and has a Giant and Starbucks within walking distance. However, despite those small negatives, this is a very nice apartment community, with elevators in each building and free parking for residents. Lovely landscaping that was VERY well-maintained and a very nice pool and gym. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone seeking to rent in the Germantown area.

My husband and I are thrilled to live here at Millstone! Carol assisted us with an apartment immediately and the process was very quick! We truly appreciate her and also her awesome team that made our move in a great experience! Also, I will like to add the apartment was very clean, fresh paint and new carpet! I went on a tour at Millstone today and was very impressed with this community. Carol and Thomas in the front office are so helpful, warm and friendly. Every amenity they showed me today was on point with everything you could dream of in a luxurious community. I especially loved the large spacious gym and the outdoor pool. Spectacular! The property is well maintained and the apartment I saw is just what I could imagine being the perfect home.

This is such a quiet and safe community. Everyone who works here really goes above and beyond to make life easier. They are so timely with replies, so kind and patient! I am so thankful to have stumbled upon this community! So thankful for each person on their team!! I love living here!!!

OMG! God has sent me a beautiful Christmas and birthday gift. I went to tour Millstone Kingsview and it was more than expected. Christina and the site manager were the most helpful, generous and detailed people I’ve ever met. All questions were answered, patience was hospitable, and they were very people friendly. Professionalism to the highest. The complex, I am claiming. BEAUTIFUL! IMMACULATE! AMENITY DRIVEN! I love this place.

Fantastic place to live in! Great location. The buildings and common areas are neat and pleasant to walk around. the leasing office staff is outstanding! Very friendly and accommodating.

I had the pleasure of experiencing an Agent led tour with Ms. Carol of Millstone at Kingsview and it was second to none. The moment I pulled into the property grounds I felt at home without a doubt. The property is well maintained, very clean, all entrances and amenities are secured and requires key FOB to gain entry. I can't wait to officially call this community my home.
