The first room was very hot, with a strange smell. There was no bathtub, only a shower that leaked, and there was a wedding reception loudly thumping music below the room. The front desk was very kind and moved us to another room. The second room was much cooler and quieter, with a bathtub. The beds were soft. The pool was closed for treatment so we were unable to use it. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. There were no extra pillows for the pull out bed, and the front desk said they didn't have any to provide. There were also strange notes taped up all over the hotel with instructions of things not to do (i.e. don't leave trash bags outside your door for house keeping, breakfast is only to be eaten downstairs, not in your room, etc). Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but the price is a little steep for a basic hotel in need of an update.

Room was great. Pillows not, but everything else seemed good. There was water residue and toilet paper in my shower so I think the cleaning is suspect. The dining area wasn’t clean either and even though there was only three people in there, almost every table had food on it. Maybe that’s because the lady at the front desk was supposed to be cleaning them and instead she spent 30 minutes screaming at someone on her cell phone. It seems the owners of this hotel are trying to have a nice experience, but like the rest of the world, they have no decent employees to depend on. Where are we going to be in 10 years? It’s definitely a cut corners place. Small Styrofoam cups for the coffee. Very very small yogurt. Somebody at the top is tight with the reigns. Maybe that explains the employees.

The room had sticky soda spill on the desk and counter when arriving. During my stay maintenance knocked on my door with the do not disturb sign demanding to come in bc downstairs had a leak coming from ceiling. He then said they had to re-caulk the shower. The shower had been used 2 hours before but I had not personally showered. It took him over an hour to caulk bc he kept needing to go get something else. By the time he finished I was supposed to be getting up and ready for my day. He leaves then comes back and says I can't use the shower for 4 hours. Our room smelled horrible like the caulk chemical smell for 24 hours. The leak wasn't from inside our shower, it was from within the walls bc it could be heard dripping inside the wall 24/7.

Nice hotel. The elevator was broken all weekend. Makes for a more difficult check-in and check-out. And, the ice maker was broken. The rooms (we had two) were very noisy at night. Unsettling if you are a light sleeper. The service people and management were great, and allowed for a late check out due to the elevator.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever seen in my life. There was a hot tub in the living room. The bathroom has a TOILET and It is across from the kitchen and the bedroom was just as disgusting. I was devastated. No one should sleep in this disgusting hotel. When you walk in the hotel it smells horrible. The room was horrible and when I asked for another room, the second room given had been occupied and hadn’t been cleaned. There were holes in the walls and open tiles. Anything could have crawling out of these holes. It was just disgusting. No one should have to pay anything to stay in this hotel. Don’t waste your money PLEASE! They need a complete renovation! I can’t express to you enough how disgusting this hotel is; you would know as soon as you walk in the door by the smell that you do not need to stay here! No one should bring their children here to stay in this nasty disgusting hotel. I cannot complain about, the clerk and his services he gave me excellent customer service, and attempted to assist me during this devastating time. But I am warning you this is not a four-star hotel. I don’t know how or why it jumped quickly from 3 to 4, but this is false advertisement. Believe me when I say if you don’t believe nothing else believe me when I say this is not a four-star hotel, they need to get this place together and CLEAN IT UP! No one should pay the money they’re charging for this hotel. For the record I saw two rooms and both of them was disgusting. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Ask for a tour before checking into this hotel. This hotel may be of your caliber, but it’s not mine. Sanitary conditions are important to me. If it’s not for you then this may be the hotel for you.

Didn’t like host didn’t know how to do a CLC for business that it took 40 minutes to get a room and thought it was our company’s fault but was her’s. Also didn’t like they didn’t have goodie bags for Diamond members. What bothers me the most was the bathroom had a lot of long hair like they didn’t even clean the bathroom. Liked the room seemed clean and building.

The room was okay. The sofa had torn seams and stains. The only service I can speak highly of was the cleaning lady. The area to walk my service dog had no lighting. A little scary after dark. I think it may be a safety issue.

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and my room too. The breakfast has a decent variety. Waffle lovers will enjoy the waffle makers.

Large, clean suites with everything in working order. Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. 2 Tesla level 2 chargers located by the pool area.

Our room was horrible. We had a musty smell in our room and a broken air conditioner. Had it not been 130am and pure exhaustion from driving we would have asked to switch our room. Would never stay here again.

Well I am handicapped and there were three people in our party. They changed our room from two queens/doubles to a king with a pull out bed. The beds were less than comfortable. My son who is 11 that stayed with us had to use the pull out couch and he said it was very uncomfortable. They were only towels for two so we had to go back to get new ones for the third person in the party that we had booked for. Then we had to go back for a pillow. As there were not three of those either. Now I asked the lady if they were going to have boiled eggs for breakfast. She said no due to the pandemic they would not. They had oranges and apples. How can you have eggs that you peel not be there but apples that you don’t peel be there in The dining room? There was no meat. cereal or you could make your own waffle and a few things of bread and cereal. There was Apple and orange juice and coffee. There were signs up that said do not take the food back to your room. Very disappointing. Now next comes critiquing the room. She said this was during the pandemic so I would’ve expected the room to be spotless. Another great disappointment. I am not sure when they dusted last but I think it was probably when they built the place. One of the remote controls didn’t work the handicap bars in the bathroom were filthy. Video attached. Now when you are handicapped you like to have the handicapped shower so that it is lower. Again another broken item that had so much dust on it that I know it had been broken for a while. (See picture) In the center they have a kitchen area. I am not sure when the last time they clean the wall but I could’ve probably had a full meal on the food that was there. (See picture) The light on my wife side of the bed didn’t work . The cups in the cabinet weren’t clean so we had to wash them also before we use them. When I arrived and I asked if they could bring extra linens to the room as I have listed above they told me they had no housekeeping. We arrived about five or 5:30 PM. The reason that they had moved me to a different room is because they said that some government workers had extended their stay. And so if somebody decides to extend their stay the new party has to suffer?

When we could not find a room anywhere else we said at the extend stay hotel... Our experience it was really good very clean very friendly and about the same price as most.

BEWARE: The front desk tries to charge EV owners $25 to charge. Then, even more obscenely, tries to convince patrons that it’s normal. IT IS JOT NORMAL! STAY AWAY until they change this policy!

1st time here. The room was clean. It's pet friendly. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. We slept well. Only issue is in website they say every night they have social hour. There is none. That is 1 of the reasons we booked. According to the front desk they haven't for a month. Need to change that. Maybe because of covid?

Stayed here for my daughters birthday last night and asked for late checkout while I was checking in as we didn’t get in until late and desk attendant said that would be fine, checkout would be at 12:00 instead of 11:00. As we are packing our things to leave room attendants pounded on the door at 11:03 saying we were supposed to be out. I notified them that the previous night we had late checkout for 12:00 approved. 5 minutes goes by and a different front desk attendant starts calling the room rudely yelling that I needed to get out that they have government personnel on the way that rented the room and I cannot stay. This was after room switches due to half of the suite not getting power, dirty hot tub and pool, bathroom issues that needed addressing, etc. Customer service by the day crew has been absolutely subpar at best. Will also be contacting booking agency as this has been a complete joke.
