Weary travelers going home to FL from a really tough trip North. Room smelled nice & looked clean enough, however only 2 electrical outlets working to charge phones. No light in bathroom.Light out above sink Wall outlet and phone don't work. No hot water. Bathtub didn't drain. Banging noise on wall all night. Night Mgr & Staff very professional however we ended up overcharged an extra night at the highest rate! Day Mgr lied about repairing the bathroom and lights in a timely manner. We waited 12 hours until one hour before check out time! She lied about Senior discounted extended rate & late checkout due to bathroom repairs! Reluctant when asked for towels and bath items Extremely rude and disrespectful. I am Choice Member over 15 years. I couldn't believe since everyone else in this area usually are so pleasant ,courteous and service oriented. Many other better properties nearby. Motel 6 next door lower rate, better quality maybe. IDK they just took money without authorization or card swipe from my bank for tonight and we are not in house and checked out reasonably leaving room in good shape, no mess.

I have had such a great experience during my stay with my fiance at this gotten Hotel. The staff are so great and accommodating. They have all been so polite and they've gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and that we're comfortable. Also, the place is very clean and well taken care of.

Just needed a place to stop for the night. I'm a choice Diamond member so I've stayed at allot of quality inn. Walked in room over all looks of the room was nice, until moved tv to watch the ballgame then ROACHES ran out!!! Then when I woke up to use the bathroom in the morning turned the light on they ran everywhere... The drain in the tube was nasty... On a positive note the mattress was better then I have slept on in a while... They really need to work on cleanliness!!!

Quality Inn was the better of 5 hotels that I stayed in the immediate area recently. Best value, well maintained. All rooms I stayed in were recently remodeled, new furniture and beds. Also, very friendly welcoming people here. Many restaurant options close by also.

Checkin was like we were imposing on them. Did not acknowledge that we are Platinum members. Room was clean but needs repairs. Bathroom door won't shut because the wood is swollen. The wall between the bed and the bathroom was repaired by someone that did not know how to work with drywall. Handicap parking is not close to handicap rooms. No luggage cart so multiple trips to the car and room. A/C fan was not working in auto mode. Switched to constant fan to move the air in the room.

We booked this hotel through Choice reservations. When we got to the hotel they made us sign a form that we didn’t have a pet. We were fine with that. The room they gave us was on the first floor at the end of the property. Immediately on opening the door the room smelled of stinky dog. Really disgusting! Went to the front desk and complained and she told me they were full and there was nothing she could do. Not only did the room stink but there were fleas as well. Just a horrible situation. Will never stay in a Quality Inn again

Room was average, but service was exceptional. After calling the main quality inn number, I was told there was a king size bed available. When we got there, it was not available, but when asking again, the clerk did end up finding something in the suburban rooms. After we checked out on March 16, Jennifer called and told me I had left my glasses there. She went above and beyond, and shipped them to my home at no charge and I had them a day or two after I got back home.

The rooms were good bed was comfortable the room was laid out a little weird but we were in a handicap room. Service was good, located right by the interstate, gas stations and restaurants. Only problem is with any of these hotels here in Kingsland there are some shady people staying here. No one bothered us, but you know. Considering on their website it was $135 a night...$80 on booking big difference. Our service dog loved the shower.

The receptionist was very nice and professional and is willing to go out of a way to make you happy. The rooms are clean the atmosphere is quiet. I really didn't want to leave

My family stays here often, as we frequently travel between NC and FL relatives. Staff is super friendly to our service dog and they go the extra mile to accommodate our mobility challenges.

Nice hotel, the front desk was really great and gave us the room change we requested. The pool was being enjoyed by some children nice to see. Room wax clean and comfortable. My husband enjoyed a lot of football on tv reception was good, so too Wes the internet. Breakfast was good, I had waffles again, banana and a danish. Would stay here again.

Turned on the lights to the room and COCKROACHES scattered. Freaking cockroaches. Checked out immediately and the front desk girl was rude and said "guess I need to check it out or call someone." Front desk gal clearly couldn't be bothered and/or doesn't mind that the place she works is a disgusting, roach filled nastiness. Just DISGUSTING.

Being that it was Memorial Day weekend having to stop and find a last minute hotel to sleep the night in. This hotel was definitely the one that saved us aside that is very nice and clean and well taken care of, the service was very smooth and very quickly. The price was excellent for the night it was $71.66 at last minute with a 2 queen beds and with fridge and microwave. The room was organized and clean tv worked perfectly and they have HBO. I will be on the road again for the 4th of July weekend and I plan to stay here again!! #LifeSavers

I would give zero stars if it was an option but I had to select at least one. Jennifer, the front desk manager was very helpful. The general manager wouldn’t give me a call back after I asked for a refund. My wife found 3 (live) roaches. There were black spots all over the sheets. The room looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. We used this hotel as a quick pit spot on the way to our destination. Normally quality inn is at least quality but this was gross. Very disappointed to say the least. I felt guilty for bringing my 2 yr old and wife here.
