This park is beautiful. If you are in town, the downtown area and park are a must see. You can even rent a bicycle and tour downtown that way. There is a playground for kids, a little free library, waterfront views and swings to sit on and watch the boats sailing by.

Beautiful, clean place, pet friendly, and lots of family fun. Loved the market place with hand made items from local artists. Didn't get to take the ferry out to the island but walked the docks very stable and well maintained.

The waterfront is so beautiful! I've been coming here periodically for the past 8 years ever since I found this gem. There's the waterfront with a beautiful view, boat ramp, and boardwalk. There's also a huge gazebo, playground for the kids, fountain, outdoor stage, public bathrooms, adult bench swings over looking the waterfront, and plenty of benches and punching tables. This is a great place for events and you could definitely hold a party if you wanted.

Before you board to ferry to Cumberland Island this is nice place to visit in St Marys . … Park your vehicle and have some time in this park with family / friends and enjoy

The waterfront is absolutely amazing. I love coming here to walk or sit down. The playground is awesome and great for young kids. Pretty views!

071721 This is a nice park. Great for a gathering of family and friends. Clean restrooms on site. Use the swings overlooking the water. Take a walk on the pier. If your downtown at one of the bars and need to walk around before you go home this is a good safe place.

This was a beautiful place to just sat and take in the amazing water front and beautiful sky lots of swing to rest play ground for children and a beautiful fountain.

Very beautiful family friendly park, they've got numerous benches for picnics and plenty of scenic spots for photography! Docks are in the same location and they are generally not too packed if you like to fish! There is an amphitheater, a bait and snack shop, a clean and stocked restroom, a beautiful fountain, and bench swings to sit on and look at the water, there is also a book exchange station, a huge pathway for walking, a nice gazebo, a children's and big kids park, and restaurants are very near! I love taking my daughter to this park just for the views and the usual cleanliness. We also like to stop every now and than for a snow cone or ice cream from the nice older man at the snack shop!

We have lived here for almost 18 years, and we absolutely love the waterfront park. We walk it, we take photos, we play games like I spy. (I spy, with my little eye, something green.) My kids are too big now for the playground, but they still love going there. I like that there is a wall, so it's easier to wrangle smaller kids. We also like to walk down to the ice cream shop nearby. My kids have skateboarder, roller bladed here and rode bikes up and down the sidewalk here. It's absolutely perfect for families of all ages.

This park is beyond gorgeous!! Wow...what a sanctuary. The fountain has benches around it and you could sit all day. The playground area is nicely shaded with mature trees. Beautiful views of the water. We saw some cute lizards on the wall entering. Lots of benches and picnic table area too. Parking right outside the park and no issue finding a spot. Love this place!

I haven't been here in over 15yrs but it's sooo much nicer than I remember the wife and I are going back this weekend...it's a great place to go just to get away or to clear your mind

Date: Spring 2022 Very beautiful park with scenic views. Stopped here after a ride around town. The swings by the water are a great place to ridlt and relax and enjoy the day. The park appeared clean and had restrooms on site. I recommend a visit when in town, good place to wait out the ferry to Cumberland Island.
