The Lab is great but Google map takes you to Julia St in ST Mary's, GA... It is Located in Kingsland to the right of the Hospital.

Would really like to know how im supposed to get my kids lab work done here. 2 days in a row i have been there between 345 and 4 and thw doors were already locked and it was closed. I work til 3 and have no way of getting there before then, but they keep clsing early and the phone doesnt even connect, its just a recording

Good but you got to get the lady in Room 1. Other workers tend to be rude and stuck both my arms despite never having issues and I've had my blood work done many times here and never had issues.

Their fax number is wrong on their website and in their phone information. My doctor called to get a fax number and sent a lab order. Never got here because they apparently can’t or won’t update their system.

Always fast friendly and efficient

BB, was my phlebotomist. She was kind and quick. Once you get past the automated appointment scheduling (I prefer in person appt making) it’s a breeze to check in and get seen quickly.

Google maps took me to the wrong location! It is at the hospital; don’t use google maps it will take you near downtown or by the movie theaters

BeeBee (BB?) is an excellent phlebotomist, and in general gives excellent customer service. It’s unusual to feel truly cared for at a big corp lab, but Bee Bee makes you feel that way! So kind, went above and beyond, explained everything to me, etc. Quest, you’ve got a good one there!

I have a really hard time with blood work and often times I get poked multiple times and they always dig in my arm and I was already sent home after another place couldn’t get blood from me. When I went here for the first time everyone was so nice and comforting. They took their time to make sure I was okay and they wouldn’t have to try so many times. They were able to get some on the first go and I just really appreciated the overall experience.

I have to use this lab frequently. Appointments are easy to schedule online. I never wait for scheduled appointments. I like all the technicians that draw my blood, but Dee is outstanding at her job. My 15 year old daughter needed blood drawn last winter. She is terrified of needles. She actually was turning grey and lightheaded. Several technicians assisted in helping her until she regained her strength. This took a considerable time, but no one made us feel uncomfortable about taking up this much of their time. When she was stable enough to walk the technician accompanied us to our car. This lab is the best.
