White chocolate hot Chocolate just tasted like milk very underwhelming also the guy that served us and made drinks food etc had his long hair untied made me feel a bit off about him handling our food.

To big to have atmosphere, coffee was good, kids loved the milkshakes and cakes.

Apart from the tables being dirty, the queues being long, service being slow, taking about 20 minutes to get served, having to go back due to being given a dirty cup and dirty glass, it was still just average.

My daughter and I go regularly and now they recognise us when we walk in. Good service and helpful

Well staffed and the staff were pleasant. We called in latish in the afternoon and it was fairly quiet. Very much a typical Costa.

Took 25 minutes in a queue for a takeaway coffee today. All tables full, over 20 people queuing up, tables a mess. Asked the staff to put another till on was told they were not allowed even though there was enough staff available. I won't be back.

I was really impressed by my coffees here, the barista seemed to put so much effort into each drink and really cared about what she was doing. Previously, I haven't been a costa fan however this has changed my opinion. My visit was the late afternoon 23/7/23

Had a free birthday treat. It was a blueberry and frangipane tart, but it was very dry. Not a pleasant experience. I would have had a piece of cake, but it was all sold out. Better luck next time x

Great customer service. Staff very polite and quick in responding to customers. Excellent queue management and coffee taste good as usual. But no free wifi :)

The coffee is not anywhere near as good as it used to be, but a comfortable place to sit and relax.

Meeting with a friend as was working in Hull for day. Really noticeable friendly welcome, quick and efficient service. Was great to see. Give the team a bonus.

Very bad experience, bad staff attitude, poor customer service, person who took order got it wrong, food soggy on wet plates, after coming here for a long time, so so disappointed and not happy at all

Useful venue to meet with friends as there is a 3 hour free car park and a range of useful shops to visit once you have bid farewell to your pals. Easy to get to and avoids the city centre.

Visited my sister and popped in to Hull to do some shopping. We had coffee and a piece of seasonal cake. It was good value for money and a nice break.

Probably one of the friendliest Costa coffees I've been too, both barist's were chatty & pleasant. Breakfast was delicious too!
