Didn’t see the rooms tbh, only popped in for a beer after the City game.I’ve give the rooms 5 stars because if the cleanliness & decor is as good as the rest of the place, no doubt their gonna be good. I would highly recommend this place for a hotel with a lovely home ambience. You can have a decent beer in a nice reasonably quiet friendly bar & super friendly staff. 10/10 from me.

Beware of the rip-off parking charges! My daughters stayed here for almost six month. Received a CCG on parking fees, had no notification letters or ability of appeal (as had no documentation) Cost me £1585 to have car unclamped! Still awaiting legal advice, as of yet had no feed back from the faceless parking app company! Never received notification of parking infringement or proof of parking infringements or notification of fines from the Rip-off parking app company!! “Theirs plenty of better value accommodation in Hull” No need to stay in a hotel/converted collage, that was next to a noisy pub!!

Clean rooms, great food.. was late leaving the carpark by 11 mins and fined ..

Was pretty basic small shower but as a central location smack at the rear of St Stephens shopping plaza it was really good and would stay again ..The breakfasts was excellent 👌

Room was spacious and well equipped. Well located for the centre and stadium. Bedroom was noisy with people coming in late, and curtains let in too much light early in the morning. Parking not great.

As a local resident I've been popping in here with friends for evening food during the week, which has always been amazingly good. As of May 23 there has been an offer on, meaning at the time of typing this I consider Park Hotel to be the best quality/cost in the city centre.

The room was quiet, spacious, clean and warm. Both reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bed could have been more comfortable and the ensuite hadn't been cleaned properly. It was nice to have full sized mugs for the tea and coffee, little cartons of milk are located at reception, I suggest picking some up when you check-in. There is a carpark at the rear of the hotel, charges apply via an app - I was charged £6.40 for 12 hrs.

I decided to go on a day trip to Hull and stay overnight, so I booked a single room at this hotel. Overall the stay was fine and the staff were very polite and overall great. The only small downsides to my stay was that the water pressue in the shower when turned to hot was weak and the other was that the duvet was too small even for a single bed. It was just big enough to cover the bed, without any overhang so I was kind of struggling to cover myself fully - more suitable for a child. I'd still book a room though, if I need to in the future.

Clean, functional and efficient – ideal for the one night stay we were having. Really great buffet breakfast, with delicious fresh fruit, tiger bread toast and high end yoghurts. Only downside was the noise - from both doors and quests. Would definitely recommend if you need a stay in the area.

A very good located hotel especially the business travellers. I stayed one night. If your expectations are not high from a hotel, here is the best option in town with good prices.

Was going out for a night round hull, and stayed here. I have paid a lot more for worse rooms. Great location, very helpful staff, room was clean, free parking, WiFi. The bathroom was fine except the shower was a bit weak. Didn't have any complimentary biscuits in the room. Far better than Travelodge or premier Inn and cheaper. Next time i pop home to hull I will be staying here.

Leaving this for my elderly mother who was not only overcharged for her entire stay instead of the extra night she booked due to the train strike, but received the most disgusting reception from the staff she attempted to request help from to address various issues, including an overflowing toilet. My mum was a wreck after having to endure this person. At 75, and having made a long journey to visit family, she was basically told to move to another hotel if she wasn’t happy with any part of her stay. And the communication we have since received from who I can only guess is a trainee with no qualification in hospitality is shocking. No frills in this case clearly = no service and no care. Do not stay here.

Stayed here over night with my wife whilst visiting Hull for the arena. Whilst basic the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only downside to our stay ( albeit no fault of the hotel) , I struggled to sleep for the sound of the wind rattling passed the window. Will definitely return in future
