From people dealing with the order on the phone to the delivery technicians installing the hot tub, nothing was ever too much for them. First class service and highly recommended.

I have contacted online spas many times by email and subsequent telephone calls, requesting a quotation for parts fir a hot tub that they supplied and acted as a agent for. I even asked if they can not help, cou ld i contact the manufacturers in the USA direct..No help at all. Absolutely no intrest in helping. I do not recommend this company for aftersale service, appalling. You have been warned ⚠️

Received our Sicilian Hot Tub and absolutely love it, delivered and installed by Miles and Freddie. Exceptional service from start to finish. Miles was fantastic explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble. Also left contact details for any questions or queries we had. Great team and company, kept up to date from ordering online to installation. We would definitely recommend.

Hot tub was delivered within 24 hrs of ordering it, the guys were great and even came back a week later to re locate the tub to a better position in our garden, the guys were really helpful and answered all of our questions, definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub 5* customer service

We received our Lyon Hot Tub last week and we are extremely happy with it! Unfortunately there were some shipping delays with our initial order for the Roma at no fault of Online Spas. We called up and easily switched our tub to the Lyon for a small cost. The Spa was then delivered within 2 days by two very helpful installers. Seb & Bart were extremely polite and tidy! They Showed me exactly how to operate the spa in great detail. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Online Spa’s.

Very, very happy with our Toronto hot tub which was fitted by Miles & John a week ago, only 4 days after placing our order (could've been sooner but we weren't available for the install). Miles and John were very helpful, explaining all the settings and left all contact details for any queries moving forward. Bought my new hot tub from Online Spas ....would highly recommend. Great price and fab customer service. The guys who delivered and set it up were excellent. Took time to ensure I knew everything I needed to before they left . They were friendly and polite at all times. They also followed up by telephone afterwards. So when my hot tub got installed I was informed to call the company so they can explain to me how to use it and explain the setting etc.. I called them and they said they will call me back.. after waiting 3hours I thought to call them again and see if there available to call me.. then they told me that they will call me on the weekend. I did not receive any call on the weekend! Also it’s been a week and half and still no phone call. Once you’ve paid them they don’t care what so ever! I wish I went with a different company. Spending thousands of pounds and not even getting help to set it all up. I feel like I’ve been scammed

CUBA LUXURY 4 SEAT HOT TUB SPA One very satisfied customer! I wanted a hot tub for my seaview apartment with specific requirements - 4 seater square not too big but deep enough to seat comfortably in. Saw the cuba hot on Online Spas and it fitted the bill. Ordered on a Saturday and delivered Thursday, in the evening as requested by myself. Difficult installation, which the two Online Spa workers managed extremely well, electric sorted and all set up ready to use before they left. If you're looking for a hot tub look no further as after sales customer care exceptional too.

From start to finish I can't fault online Spas. They had a few little problems with their supplier but kept us fully updated as to what was happening and when our tub would arrive. From ordering to installation was only about 5/6 weeks!!!! A few weeks after ordering they rang us to say they had a new finance deal on that included 2 years of free chemicals, which we swapped to as it didn't alter the total cost at all. Even after installation the customer service is brilliant, always someone to answer any questions either by email or phone.
