This site could be brilliant, and I mean brilliant, they have clearly spent a good chunk of money renovating which is a great start...... Unfortunately the pool is not air conditioned which means that it's tropical inside. This food menu is good, but the food produced is sub par and can only be described as half arsed. The mostly teenage staff just want to be left alone so there is no chance of a complaint being correctly addressed. I returned a meal and was immediately given a refund, no offer of alternative. The accommodation was agreeably above par and I can say that I got more than I paid for, the kids loved the caravan so well done on that part. I would have loved to have been more positive but your pool and restaurant staff are less than approachable. From what I can gather, unless you are an 'owner' your opinion is not valid, this was pointed out by staff more than once. Many of the machines in the arcade do not work and the reward shop for the tickets that have been won is indefinitely closed. Finally, if your are looking for a site with nearby attractions this is not it. Bridlington is just over and hour away and the local town is quaint but doesn't have much to keep a young family entertained.

Took our own touring caravan. Hard standing pitches pretty level on the whole but granite chippings so not too good with an awning. Spaced very close. If your neighbour has an awning it will probably be no more than about 10 feet from your van. Clubhouse very close and very noisy if you are at the far end of the touring field. Good for children as all facilities are included. Could do with a few more toilets. Mens, 3 cubicles 4 showers which when you consider the number of people on site that's not a lot. Toilet paper always run out in the morning but the young man in charge of that does his best to keep them supplied. No reception at the touring field so you have to go to the main reception which is signposted on the way in. DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE CAR PARK UPON ARRIVAL WITH YOUR CARAVAN ON THE BACK AS THERE IS NOWHERE TO TURN ROUND. YOU WILL HAVE TO REVERSE OUT. If the last two parking spaces in the centre were done away with you would be able to drive in and out. (Thought for the management) Alternatively, open the reception at the touring field. It is there? Would I return? No. Unless you are happy to go to the pool in the day and the clubhouse later there is really nothing to do. Even the beach cannot be accessed easily, only by clambering down a pile of broken rubble. I had never been to that area before and now I know why. There is not even a decent town nearby. Should have done more research before booking.

I booked here and then afterwards decided to read the reviews! What a mistake that was as it was negative after negative review. There was nothing I could do then, so I was dreading going. What a load of rubbish the reviews were! It is a lovely site, modern looking, it is wheelchair friendly on site. The staff were all approachable, very friendly, and welcoming. The caravans are amazing, better than what you'd get with the likes of Haven. My family and I had an amazing time here! We would definitely come back again and stay longer.

We booked a last minute mid week break with our grandchildren. The park is beautiful, and has everything on site to entertain the children. The toddlers pool was amazing, ours loved it, also the indoor soft play they spent hours in there. The food was good and the entertainment first class both for kids and adults. The staff are all so helpful and cheerful, and the entertainment team are brilliant. Only two reccomendations would be longer opening hours for the pool, and more lighting round the park, it gets quite dark in areas coming back from the centre at night. I would reccomend 100%.

I booked with airbnb, and we are so pleased with what we got. The area is so beautiful and tranquil, the holiday centre is small but has plenty of things for the kids to keep them busy and entertained (especially when it starts to rain). The beach is only 5 to 10 minutes' walk depending on where your caravan is. It's not the best of beaches but it's surrounded by beautiful countryside and isn't overpopulated by holiday makers or day tripper. Overall a great, affordable place to visit for a quiet and relaxing holiday or just a few days retreat, we'll worth a visit. It would have been helpful if there were signs pointing you towards the beach though. Very friendly and helpful staff

The caravan was lovely and clean and well presented. The beach was lovely and the entertainment complex was brilliant. Better than what we were expecting in all honesty! We will be visiting again next year, thank you Park Holidays!

It was a fantastic holiday thevpark was clean and tidy, yes we had midges but 5hat could not be helped. Although the poor staff were been told off for this it most certainly was not their fault and there was nothing they could fo about it. I found the free stuff they gave us a really good deal and good incentive. Will go again

It's not worth reading their reviews. Parking - no parking spaces. Internet - I bought super fast internet for 10 devices for 7 days for 15 pounds and after 2 days I could only connect to one device. But the service is nice.
