Impressive shopping center, very busy and crowded as we went on a Saturday but we'll worth a visit.

Came early with family to go to rock up. The shopping centre is quiet early in the morning but gets really busy later on. Plenty of places to eat but not many places to sit if it's bad weather. Also it's really cold except for inside the shops.

On a cold wet day, being able to walk about under cover and shop, visit the cinema or other entertainment venues is good. The travel interchange is next door so the centre is accessible by bus or train and if you take the car, parking is easy and cheap. The food court is great and the Real China offers a buffet, all you can eat at a great price and it is good quality.

Was only there for a short while, just walking around while waiting for my train, but Google insists on asking for my review, so here we go. It looks cool, they got a big Tesco's and a Greggs and other cool looking shops so, all good with me.

Took granddaughters to Gravity Trampoline park then following lunch in the food court, to Rock Up for some rock climbing. (and of course a bit of girlie shopping) Discounted car parking for the trampoline session.

Great shopping mall with good choice of shops about 30 and eateries. There is a soft play area and cinema. The car parking places (800) are reasonably spaced and have 4 EV spaces, two are type 2 sockets, the other 2 are 3 pin sockets.

Decent shopping centre located conveniently next to Hull Station. Modern with very few empty units. Has one of the biggest Tesco's I've ever been in. Other than that just usual mix of big brand chain shops.

Perfect place for a weekend/day out. Good selection and variety of food. Want Noodles or Spring rolls? Or want Nandoes and spicy chicken? Or a whopper?. And after your meal, you can shop at JD, or Rolex. And watch a movie. It's the best mall in town!

  • 5/5 Andrew N. 8 months ago on Google
Large car park, 30 minutes free parking. If you need a couple of hours spend five pound in Tesco's to get parking validated. Real China is a good place to eat.

Car park like an obstacle course with vehicles stuck out in narrow places so between dodging cars and bollards not pleasant in an average sized vehicle. He food area is just a nightmare not enough seating and nowhere to go if your getting food from more than one place. All seating in food outlets full. By the time we found 1 of 4 seats in a waiting area outside Prezzo food was cold. No wonder I rarely come come here anymore it needs to get with the times and make it more family friendly with proper seating instead of open spaces and wide walkways which could easily accommodate tables and chairs for people to use. Would provide them direct feedback however their website doesn’t have this function or an email address!

Big shopping centre with a large selection of things to do, including a cinema, restaurants, and an arcade. Great variety of shops and two main car parks. Has good disabled accessibility with lifts, a ramp entrance at one side, disabled toilets, and wide entrances to all shops. Right next to the station and is easy to get to.

Great shopping centre with loads of shops, and plenty of parking. Also great disabled access and charge points for electric cars. The traffic lights andnroad is a nightmare though. Took us ages to just get from the mall to the main road.

Plenty of shops. Plenty of cheap parking. Fast food and normal restaurants on 1st floor as well as a cinema and an amusement arcade. Lifts and escalators in the center. Seems very wheel chair friendly.

Over the years I have seen shops come and go in the town centre of Hull. St Stephens has always had great shopping whilst everywhere else seems to close down. You can get almost everything in one very small area. A great haircut, designer clothes and shoes, the latest designer furniture for your home, a great meal, very nice coffee (and maybe a sneaky donut), movies, groceries, jewellery and much more. This place is always on my list when I visit.

First visit with family. Shops are nice, with escalators or stairs to take you to each level. Car park is on one side with glass bridges to take you over to the shopping centre as well as stairs. A weird experience. Kids loved it.

Very modern, well laid out and spacious shopping centre. It hosts a vast array of shops and restaurants, a mega supermarket, and has easy walking access to the bus and rail stations across the road, Hull city centre, and a multistorey car park too. Clean and tidy, easy to navigate, and generally just a very a nice place to be! 🛍️👌🏻

Has the essential shops there and even Tesco and cinema. Plenty of space to park. Toilets are a bit small and very hot. Would be nice if they could somehow make the centre larger.

  • 4/5 Wayne S. 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of options if just missing an upmarket brand or two. Everything is here though, food, retail, supermarket, plenty of parking, clean public facilities, cinema, gym, hotel and more. Ideally situated if visiting by train from the lesser cities of Leeds and Sheffield.

I mostly visit for day to day shopping at either Tesco (avoid on the weekend) or Card Factory but no option to comment separately. Ah, forgot to mention Boots (pharmacy mostly, gaps with fragrances) and Burger King (guilty pleasure when working late). Most quality shopping is done at Hugh Rice - can't recommend them enough, particularly for bespoke jewellery, but ready made jewellery also excellent.

I would like having picked the design 25 years ago! Stood the test of time, modern spacious covered shopping "street" with phenomenal glass roof & wide variety of large & small shops & restaurants. Adjacent to the main transport interchange with buses & trains, large car parks, supermarket & hotel.

Modern shopping centre surrounded by a live aquarium. Clean environment, spacious, different stores. Paid parking space. It's quite lovely to walk around and shop in

Wonderful place to go shopping or to have a meal out or do many more activities. There is so much available for people to do in this shopping centre and it is also surrounded by more shops and places to eat. With a bus station right next to it, it makes it very easy to travel from anywhere. It is easy to find your way around it as well, and not too crowded with shops inside.

  • 4/5 john a. 1 year ago on Google
Very busy for a midweek morning. A great variety of shops and ample parking. My only thing that stops me giving it a 5* review is that on previous visits in the winter months is that when in the main public area it feels very cold.

  • 4/5 Richie S. 1 year ago on Google
A decent enough place to get almost everything you might need without having to step outside. Toilets can be hit and miss with cleanliness. Decent parking but not many parent and child spaces. Card only payments seem to be accepted when paying for parking now and the machines thanks you in an obnoxiously loud manner, so be warned, you might poop yourself.

Open and fresh! Surrounded by quality! Welcome with a smile, help and support. Without ignorance! Security safety. Feel positive and happy 😊 respect others. Enjoy shopping 😊

Has a good range of shops. The design of the building is poor, when the doors at each end of the thoroughfare are open, the cold blows all the way through like a wind tunnel. Should of had double doors to create an air lock.

  • 4/5 Peter R. 1 year ago on Google
It was early morning when I went into this place. I was passing through Hull via train station. I am not a fan of shopping centres best of times. Very modern, clean and full of all the big brand stores.

  • 5/5 Whole World T. 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of great shops, did not see any empty units. Tkmaxx, a huge Tesco, plenty of parking, lots of food concessions on the 1st floor. Very busy on the sunday we visited, but plenty of parking, you just put in your reg when you leave. Parking is free for two hours if you spend in the shops. The first half an hour is free at all times. A very good shopping centre and easy to use for wheelchair users.

  • 2/5 Richard . 1 year ago on Google
I'm not quite sure how you can call this a 'shopping centre', it feels more like a street with a glass roof over it. Cost £200 million to build yet always seems to have some problem with it! Doors not working, glass falling out. Other cities have managed to do this so much better than this. All that being said, the shop offering and places to eat seems pretty good overall. 😊

  • 5/5 Shane M. 1 year ago on Google
Great shopping centre. Really impressed with their service - we pressed the mysterious button on the wall to summon customer services to ask for a wheelchair for my partner as she had broken her ankle and within minutes we had a wheelchair. Love the variety of shops and places to eat too. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area wanting a nice shopping experience. The ONLY thing I would say is do not try to leave during rush hour - the car park clogs up super bad and it takes forever to leave.

Bright, open shopping centre with easy numberplate recognition parking. Brilliant giant Tesco's & Boots & kids recreation thing. Clothing shops waiting for new stock but good staff & places to sit with coffee.
