Definitely good choice. There is a Tesco nearby (1min walk) and the hostel is close to a shopping mall with the train station, near the river as well which I personally think it is a good location. Rooms are nice and clean, with a kitchen on the second floor, you can use the microwave and all cutlery. There are desks in the room for studying as well. The services are the best I have ever received. The guy was soooooooo nice and he recommended us to some places we can eat or have a walk to. Overall the hostel is just brilliant!!

Good facilities, comfy beds, host was lovely. One of the guest's was very constipated, hope they're doing okay. Great location in the city centre.

Amazing little hostel!! One of the best I’ve ever been to. The owner is very friendly & truly cares about his job & visitors. I went on a day where there wasn’t many guests & ended up having a room to myself. Rooms are affordable & clean. Had a great conversation with the owner as he made me some coffee. Highly recommend this place to any traveler!

A superb place to stay in the old town. Ideally located for three gig venues. My room was clean and comfortable and not noisy at all. The room had a good sized mirror and conveniently sited plug sockets (essential for us ladies with straighteners). I slept very well indeed. I opted to have a coffee downstairs while chatting to the owner before leaving. I would definately recommend this place and will be certainly returning when next in Hull.

Glenn, was a great host, and we had a great time in Hull thanks in no small part to him. The hostel itself is very well appointed, great location, very cosy, and the perfect size for a party of 20! Glenn went out of his way on several occasions to help us.

I have got chance to stay in similar type of hostels across the country. So far I found Hull trinity backpackers the best, and obviously the best in Hull, without a doubt. Alan and Glen are super friendly hosts, especially Alan who stayed awake late at night untill my arrival at the hostel property. Rooms are clean as well as the toilet and shower area. Great kitchen area with free coffee and tea ☕. Highly recommended place to stay if you want a cheap but super nice place to stay in a perfect location. And make sure you book from their official website instead of any third party app. It’s even cheaper in the official site.

As I was new to Hull city and I found this place cheaper than other hotels. I must say Glenn is a superb person who finds some time for his guests and deal them with a big smile and big heart. Alan is always there just on one text which is super quick. I love how beautifully they've organized this little place. The main entrance area isn't less than an antique piece of art. Amazing... For me it's 10/5 place to live. It's really near to shopping centre and water fall. Hope to see you guys next week.. thankyou so much for making such a suitable place to live for people like me

We had a lovely stay here! The en suite room was just what we needed. The bed was spacious and comfy and the room was nice and clean. The owner could not do enough for us and was very welcoming. The location is perfect and right in the centre of it all. Will definitely come back next time we are in Hull and definitely recommend.

It’s a nice cozy, homely place with very friendly and helpful management plus it’s really close to the city centre for newbies in town to help get settled in. The price is great for the services offered.

You absolutely get what you pay for and a bit more. This place blows some of the budget hotels out the water. Glenn and his team have done an amazing job.

a nice clean bed with a friendly and passionate owner who is happy to help you make the most of your trip. i hope you like church bells, because the one next door rings every fifteen minutes and an hour non stop on sunday’s. the bathrooms are clean, and towels are provided. they’re not too stingy about coming home late from a night out either! all in all, a lovely hostel for a great price.

A fun and interesting hostel! The friendly owner is very enthusiastic of the hostel and of Hull! The hostel is located in the heart of the city centre and next to Hull Trinity Market. On entrance you will enter the cafe / reception area and greeted by a staff member. The beds are comfortable and the communal showers are clean. The hostel also has a kitchenette and smoking area.

Glenn the manager here is fully up to speed as to how a hostel should be run, I had 2 great nights there, bit noisy outside but to be expected on a weekend, will certainly return in the not too distant future 👍

The bikes were good bikes and worked well. The owner is friendly and happy to help as much as possible. Unfortunately, we got a puncture 20 mins into the ride to Hornsea but the owner came out quickly with a new tyre. Overall, a good service I would recommend.

Stayed in a shared bedroom. Bedroom was not that big but bed was nice! Toilet facilities are decent, shower is okay! Beautifully located in the centre of Hull and very nice staff.

Very welcoming host. Rooms spotless. Kitchen lovely to eat in, but small, so no big family gathering to make meals. Loads of extras, tea bags, sugar, cornflakes, fridge etc. Lockable lockers in bedroom. Felt very cosy. Nice area for an evening stroll round town, but got busy with nightclubs etc Sat night.

I didn't stay here but my wife and I rented bikes for the day, they were in great condition and good value too. The owner was very friendly and flexible, I would definitely recommend.

I recently hired a bike from HTB for a cycle to Hornsea. The bike was perfect and service was brilliant :) Glenn even cycled with me along the trail until we’d passed the point where I could’ve gone the wrong way, as it was my first time taking the trail. Thank you so much for the help ! One of the best £10 I’ve ever spent :)
