Love the store but avoid the cafe, one person serving, food disgusting as are the furnishings, the seats are badly stained and the tables need a good clean. The toilets are an absolute discrace, smelly and a health hazard. They both need a refurbish and the whole place could benefit with a deep clean.

Not much to say really. Good value cheap 'made in China' stuff. Staff are friendly enough. One thing that does need addressing is, and I know it's an old building. But that roof needs repairing. Was amazed at how many buckets were dotted about catching water after the rains. I hope you get a discount on your rent. Oh, and they do soda stream bottles here :-)

I found everything I needed, staff very helpful, went to use the toilet but, didn't as they were in an awful state. As the tills are in front maybe they could be checked more often. Shame as the rest of the shop is great and the cafe also very good.

The shop had a good selection of homewards, gifts an lots of other lovely items as usual. Called into the cafe for a light lunch which was really nice. But all over the store there was buckets, tubs an mats as there was quite alot of leaks from the roof. You had to watch where you walked everywhere you went, so bit disappointed with our visit.

I needed some new plant pots for my fast growing plants and this was the best place for that for me. It has loads of other stuff too but deffo a good price on the plant pots. Really easy to get to and very nice and big car park. The staff are very helpful and quick at getting you through the tills.

I love the range in there every chance I get lots of great buys ..and beautiful stuff for home and garden, toys and outdoors fun bit of everything really and they have a cafe which is also nice

Things we wanted that were on display were not actually available to buy. Twice now this happened. they should remove out of stock items from display, or put a sign on them. Otherwise it's the Range, good value, decent quality, and broad.....Range... 😁

Lovely store, staff helpful when I couldn't find something. Although I must add that the member of staff who served us on the till didn't seem very happy , forced thank you and smile. Must have been having a bad day

I hired a carpet cleaner last December for two days, the machine was faulty, was not releasing water. I went to the store and ask for money back, the lady in the reception was questioning me like a criminal, why you did not come yesterday, why you did not ring etc and refuse to give me money back. I ask for store manager, store manager came introduced himself John. I explained him the machine is faulty they can try, if it works then I would not claim refund and if it does not then I want the full refund. He offered me half refund but I did not agree, at one stage he said go out off the store otherwise I will force you out. I never ever embarrassed like this in my life. I end up paying £56 including cleaner and deposit money for nothing. I thought complain to their head office but I was on the queue no 51. I did not bother to waste time as their head office reviews are more worse than the locals.

I like the range has you can look round and one will bother you, the cage is lovely , lovely bacon butty and hot hot chocolate, but the only thing is if you can't see or don't were the the thing that you want the staff( young ones) don't were to look, the young ones are very happy to help you and are willing to help

Had an item on the Web page and went into purchase said item. Only to be told it was an on line item only. So not a happy shopper after traveling from my home town to scunthorpe.. So probably would be reluctant to shop there again. The online item had almost as much postage as the cost of item

Value for money Building itself very shabby needs lots of tlc. Gents toilets seem to be out of order quite a bit .....

Visited the cafe here this morning with a friend and despite the fire alarm going off, enjoyed a very tasty sausage bap and hot drinks. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff and comfortably busy. No great long queues like some place. Will definitely be back

Popped in for some cushions & a sauté pan, had the kids with us so looked around the Christmas display, saw the cafe and thought why not all have a breakfast, we went to sit near the window, out the way so our pram wouldn’t be in a walkway, however the state of the chairs and the amount of dead flies/insects on the sill next to the table put us off and decided to go for a pub breakfast instead. Not sure what the hygiene rating is on the cafe, but it’s a 0 from me!!

Went into the new cafe today with our grandson. Ordered two bacon butties and a full English. We received our food. But my grandsons took 40 mins then they got it wrong and brought out a big breakfast. Very slow staff only two on on a Saturday morning. The furnishing is a lot better but the service not. The range itself for a Saturday morning was poor at the tills not enough staff. No toilet facilities except the male ones. It’s not like they dont have the tools to repair the ladies and the disabled. The toilets were not very nice either way but at least they worked when needed. Get your act together management.

The largest range store that I've ever visited. Extremely good choice of home decor, crafts, paints, and decorating essentials. Massive car park and very helpful staff.

Not my favourite shopping place and only went with my daughter. However, i did find something I wanted, so worth the visit on that occasion.

Tried the breakfast at Cafe 89 and was massively disappointed. Missing items on the plate, when I asked about it I was told we ran out. Charges for large breakfast but serves a small. Sausages dry and aweful, black pudding flavourless, hash brown was just sad and bake beans which are normally not hard to get right were barely platiable. I would avoid for breakfast. Coffee was good though.

Some good stuff especially coming up to Christmas, however a store I would’ve thought they stocked cable tidy clips but they didn’t so was a bit disappointed tbh

Nice and friendly staff. Shop roof is under repair (Still open) has many leaks with buckets on the shop floor. Doesn't stop quality of stock. You could play a game while shopping like dodge the bucket or let's not slip on the wet patch 😉 😁😆

Who doesn't love the range!! Go for one thing, come out with something completely different... They've moved everything around recently so last time I visited, I had to wander aimlessly looking for what I went in for (I didn't mind, the wife was not so happy!!) The building in places looks a bit tired, parts of it have not changed since the old Tesco moved out almost 29 years ago. It's currently having some work done on it, the big front shutters are down and you're using the exit door to get it. It looks closed, but it's not! The Staff are friendly, great selection of stuff. Great shop!

It's a big store and plenty of stuff to look at. l went in the evening and it was very quiet so l enjoyed lookes around

Great shop with a variety of different items available, most of which are of high quality. From kids toys, photo frames, event + seasonal decorations, snacks, furniture, stunning mirrors & art work , I could go on & on. My family & I love popping in just to walk around it like its a gallery!

As usual hard to park and not many disability spaces. Huge amount of stock to look at which was great but with approx 25% of them either having no price or the price was for something totally different. The cafe food wise was good and staff there also. Not cheap nothing like it used to be and although I do appreciate everything gone up it would be nice if The Range could maybe keep a bit of profit back from the cafe bit. I will go again but these things do frustrate me.

Huge store and has a massive array of products to fill almost any fancy you might have, cafe is pretty nice too, and cheap lunch pizza and chips £6.50 bargain and tasty too.

Good shop with many things to purchase. Employees are fine for the most part. In store toilets are a big plus for such a huge store.

We went to the cafe for dinner. The staff were not helpful and seemed like they would rather be anywhere else but there, they ignored customers waiting to order and didn't actually listen when we placed our order so they got it wrong. The place was filthy all around the edges of the floor like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks we shall not be going there again.

Went for chlorine granules for my hot tub, they had no kilo tubs left so had to get the 5kg bottle as I was down to my last spoonful. They had them in 2 different places at 2 different prices and got charged the higher price even when they checked. I should’ve told them where to put it as for keeping me waiting 10 mins just for 2 quid and then still be charged the higher price was a waste of my time. Bad decision store manager, it’s internet all the way next time!

Main doors closed, squished through side door then got mixed up with queues of payers. Toilets out of order and didn't have the paint I wanted. Went to Home Bargains after and they were selling the DIY stuff I'd bought from the Range at a fraction of the cost. Wish I hadn't bothered going 😕

Nice store , wide range of choices . Today 26th Sep around 6.45 PM I visited the store . I was searching something for my living room and I was like searching searching ,Suddenly I saw a staff who was arranging the stuff . I excused her and asked about the product which I need . As the customer priority she came along to me and helped to find my product and she was with me till I decide to buy my product . I appreciate MS IRENE for a marvellous customer service . Thanks to THE RANGE for appointing the best staffs .

The place was really hot. The toilets were out of order and the till were very unorganized. Had lots to look at,and the pizza deal at the Caffe was nice along with the other food. Although sad that we may have to wait until December for our dining table . Over all a very average trip. Ended up going to Costa to buy a drink to use the loo. To get the loo code.

A great range but seems to be out of stock of everything I need lately (arts & crafts).

Staff helpful but store could be a bit tidier. Lots of items on floor but all in all good value for money here.

i bought a lot of things from here for my bedroom and the prices are outstanding for the stuff that are provided in the shop. It definitely gives a better variety of things than other shops like B&M. I had bought bed sheets, duvets, a portrait mirror and curtains - and looking forward to, in the future, buy a fluffy pillow and cow pictures which is in exceptional price surprisingly as of the good quality and other shops being unreasonably expensive in those topic. I definitely recommend it.

They have lots of orniments, hobbies ,pets, crafts ,electrical , furniture (we got a lovely 4 seater table and chairs last year from here. good quality low price ) decorating, mirrors pictures and picture frames ,great place to brighten up you home
