Nice environment. Has a wheelchair accessibility. For your walk in clothes shopping. Has other businesses in the area. Cafe for your breakfast or to hang out with friends

This location is simply stunning with its charming allure and splendid appearance. The street is lined with alluring shops and delectable restaurants that are sure to captivate your senses. The exterior of the building is what initially drew me in, and I eagerly ventured inside to explore further. Though I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I was on a specific mission to locate The Perfume Shop, which proved to be quite elusive. Despite my search, I still highly recommend a visit to Princes Quay.

Clean modern center with lifts and escalators to all floors. Good mix of shops from Primark to designer. Places to eat and a cinema all in all a nice shopping experience 👍

Great array of shops ranging from Primark to top notch clothing . Gadget shop and all the things you expect from a shopping centre. A few empty shops but you get that anywhere. Extra stalls in the floor ways with booths that don't block your path too much. Escalators stairs and lifts ..some floors have exits to the connected multi storey car park at the back . Top floor of the car park has some good distance views . A lot of the clothes shops are out of the price range for me as it's all designer stuff.. but the others have some good bargains to be found. Some lovely food in some of the cafes and cake shops.

Situated in a pleasant central location overlooking very "blue water"! On a sunny day it looks fabulous . I felt a sense of calm as I shopped. The shopping centre is light and spacious. It has lifts, wheelchair access and toilets 🚻. Good selection of shops. Activities often take place downstairs for children during the half term hols. Also there is a charity shop for those who love a bargain! Lots of amazing places to sit, eat and drink close by. Enjoy😘

Princess Quay is a shopping center that appears to have a lot to offer. The location in the heart of Hull is convenient, and the variety of stores and restaurants is impressive. From high street brands to independent retailers, there seems to be something for everyone. I'm particularly intrigued by the cinema complex, which looks like a great place to catch the latest movies or enjoy a classic film. With comfortable seating and state-of-the-art technology, it seems like a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a good movie. The food court also looks like a highlight of Princess Quay. With a range of options to choose from, there's something for everyone, whether you're looking for a quick bite or a sit-down meal. It's always nice to have a variety of options when it comes to dining out, and Princess Quay appears to offer just that. Overall, Princess Quay looks is a great place to visit for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I am recommending it definitely for a visit. It is a vibrant and lively destination that offers something for everyone.

Really disappointing shopping experience. I’d say 50% of the units are vacant (July 2023). Signage to get to Pizza Express was incredibly confusing and we had to ask to actually find it.

I went here as a kid in the 90's and it was amazing. I went back this week and I will never go back again it hasn't been taken care of mainly empty shops and a very unpleasant atmosphere. Just don't go find somewhere else.

Like most medium shopping centres its on a steady decline however the shift from a shopping centre to an entertainments venue will hopefully revive this place a lot us grew up with. Usually come here for Vue cinemas, and the Bowling, not tried the Brewdog bar yet but heard a lot of positive things about it. Bars and eateries are perfect for this place as well as the kids play areas/bowling and arcade. Great if you want to entertain kids on a weekend. As far as shopping goes, its pretty mundane nowadays.

When I lived in Hull the Quay was the place to go for shopping but like a lot of places it's very run down. Not cosmetically but hardly any shops. We only walked through as a bit of a short cut but husband was shocked by the closed shops. Nice and clean though.

Haven't been to Princes Quay for a long time didn't know to think but it wasn't to bad at all, few empty shops but that's everywhere know. Great atmosphere really clean and really busy, great shops also would definitely come back to hull and Princes Quay

Pretty disgraceful away from the eateries. Used the public loos and was surrounded by young people hanging around the entrance and rattling the doors of cubicles. Badly in need of security. Will not be back.

Plenty to see and various retail offerings pretty good. The Vue Cinema there is pretty good too. Ample parking available; Easy to get to if using public transport which is cheap as chips.

Nice shopping centre with excellent public transport links and a multistorey carpark. Top floor has the View Cinema which is an excellent venue. It is definitely the posher nicer shopping centre in Hull although not the most popular which is a pity. It is trying to consolidate the retail rather than spreading in farther west and thinning out the central retail core.

Good variety of shops for a well-rounded shopping experience. It also has multiple activities such as bowling, arcades, an escape room, restaurants, and a cinema. It has something for everyone. It's easily accessible for those with restricted mobility with lifts and escalators, and the floors are all flat.

Very quiet and not what it used to be. I'd not be there if I wasn't shopping for something very specific with a date. I keep away if I can. But the café we visited was really good 👍

£3.00 for 28 minutes parking. Did not see any sign before entering, looked again on the way out. Only when I came to pay did I discover very expensive for short visits compared to other options next door

Not been here for quite a while. Although the shop that I was looking for (The Perfume Shop) is still there a lot of the other shops have gone. Considering it was during the run up to Christmas I expected more people to be there than there actually was. Still, got my wife's perfume which is all I wanted.

Nothing against the place but getting there was a nightmare. I find central Hull incredibly difficult to get around with the A63 works. I guess if you live there you work it out, but as an occasional visitor it is beyond me. I do wonder if it is a cunning plan to banish cars, and by extension people, from the centre. PrinrsQuay suffers as a result.

I absolutely love Hull and Princes Quay is one of the frequent places we’ll park at if we’re needing to be in the heart of the city. It’s next to Old Town, the Marina and the Hjgh Street. Parking - the cost is slightly higher than other car parks close by, which is a shame. Watch out if you have small kids, there no where near enough parent and toddler bays and the current bays that they do have are MASSIVELY ABUSED (people park in them because they’re bigger and they don’t have kids). We do and we needed space (baby, pram etc) so we had to park in a secluded spot - if we were visiting at a busy time this would put us off as we wouldn’t be able to safely get the kids in and out of the car. Inside the shopping mall - it’s clean, spacious and clearly loved. Shops - it has a wide variety but sadly, a sign of the times, has a few empty units. It has the biggest Primark we’ve ever seen! Food - a fair range of choices. Accessibility - plenty of ramps, lifts and space. Why the 3 Star Rating? (⭐️⭐️⭐️) - • Parking is expensive • Empty units • Feels a little lost (doesn’t have a strong sense of brand identity, lacks pride. It does feel loved but held back - possibly lack of willingness to invest or be creative from the top) Quirky / Amusing / Unique feature(s): • Views - the water and architecture that can be viewed is gorgeous. • Feels a little like the set of Stranger Things.

City centre shopping centre built on stilts over an existing unused dock. Also has attached multi floor parking. As with most other cities city centre shopping is in decline but this remains a vibrant location, despite the few empty units. The top deck is a multi screen cinema, the lowest deck is entertainment and food, the remaining two decks hold the retail outlets.

Good choice of shops and easy access to each level in lifts, clean toilets. Ramp access from street level with moderate incline. Adjacent to the marina and popular cafes with outdoor seating. Worth a visit. Hull are doing their best to improve the city centre but sadly there are many empty shops but also many improvements o going to the lovely queens gardens

Took the lift to the 3rd floor to use the toilet, there was not warning it was closed at ground level. A security guard stopped me and prevented me from using the toilet. When I informed him I was in need and was in pain and He just laughed at me. Honestly a real horrible experience that puts me off going back to use any of the shops and bars. I am T total and had been out with friends getting food and had left the restaurant when I needed the toilet. I have bladder damage and ofter get little to no warning before needing the toilet. Being laughed at was horrible.

It was quite annoying having to walk around everywhere to get stuff, but it was amazing. There's so many shops with different, cool reasons. And the clothing there was amazing (I bought some good shorts) 100% the best shopping centre

We had a drink and a meal at McCoy's and sat outside overlooking the water. The meal was OK but took half an hour from ordering to arrive. It was nice but nothing special. It was £27 for drinks and a meal for two.

This is a big mall, which is located in the town center. The location is perfect for people who live in this city and for tourists, just a few minutes by walk from Hull interchange. In this Mall, you can go shopping, watch movies ( cinema ), and eat. It's a perfect place for families' leisure.

Not many shops open on the Sunday we visited, one of the lifts was broken which was quite inconvenient as we had to wait to get the wheelchair to the floor we wanted. Plenty of empty units and one of the pay machines was broken so we had to wait in a long Queue to pay for our parking. We parked on level one but could not locate any disabled spaces. Although very picturesque, the centre needs more concessionaires to make it worth visiting for us.

Easy car parking and access to the shops. A few new stores have appeared but it could do with a few more. Always clean and bright and a short distance to other shops in Hull.

Popped in for a lunch while shopping, staff were friendly and service was good and food was good for a light bite option which we chose.

Comic con 2023 breath of fresh air it brought back to life of my dinghy dark city. Located in the city centre. My advice. come here if you want to sell your collectables. Jason and Emma's stall was great. I got a spawn no 1 and some cool graphic novels, Jason is a top guy and very understanding towards people with disabilities. He let me swap my book for a cool incredible hulk graphic novel. Which I'm very grateful for. Thanks mate., Also some other cool stalls with the same attitude. Very recommended for any comics, figures and collectibles. 5+

A few good shops but I don't even think of Princes quay for shopping really. Would be good if they had more small businesses. Little Stars Foundation is amazing though!

Need to address elevators in the Car park. One was out of order, then the other that worked for us when we arrived suddenly didn't work when we went back to collect the car. Had to walk up the ramps to get to the car. Maintain your facility

What was the jewel in the crown in Hull City Centre is now a sad and lonely place. Empty shops, soulless places that are open. Changes are needed, should be an entertainment complex full of bars and restaurants, retail is dead.

Oh dear... Princes Quay is dying a slow and painful death. It used to be a vibrant and busy place to enjoy shopping in. So many empty units and currently another store closing down. I guess they've either migrated to St Stephen's or just shut down. Not a great place to visit if you actually want to buy anything. The "Quiz" clothing store remains and a few other retailers but not many.

Nice and clean plenty of shops. Cinema upstairs. Everything was open shame that there was so many empty units though. Could have done with better lighting near the exits to the carpark and to the toilets.

  • 4/5 Denise T. 8 months ago on Google
Sadly lot more closed shops. However still a really good range of shops still open. Can park in the multi storey and walk straight into the shops which is very convenient. Always clean and tidy.

Like this place a lot. So good to see that they're doing so well they've expanded. Laid back environment, nice choice of delicious bakes and good drinks.
