Hi, i’ve recently had a Mcdonald’s i ordered McPlant , as a vegan for just over 30 years i haven’t consumed meat since then. I recently tasted my mcplant and asked my wife if it tasted like meat - it was infact meat; the girl that made the mcplant (we saw through the drive-thru window) was a small girl with pink hair and glasses ( her name was Kaitlin as i over heard her name ) ( also too mention she looked unhygienic aswell so i was reluctant to take the order ) - i’m hoping this review will see this girl sought too. if this isn’t responded too i’ll ring the store and take my complain further

The service was horrible, we ordered through drive thru and they dropped our bag to the ground and just waited for us to pick it up. Didn't even care or look back at it, we lost a double cheeseburger in the process too. They couldn't understand we wanted straws and kept asking what sauce we want. Not the first time we got a short order either.

Absolutely disgusting! When going to the drive through the girl on the order end was very very rude. Always seem to get bad service there unless one particular girl is on, Iyana, she needs to train them to be more like her.

Service was fast to say it was very busy. Unfortunately the thing that hurts this review is the mayo chicken for some reason it had a strange taste I noticed the poster say new and improved but I'm not convinced. Everything else was up to usual standards overall good experience just not as good as some locations

Ordered bacon mayo chicken with 2 fresh onion, 2 pickles, came with no bacon, took it back then brought it back with no onion or pickles, also ordered triple cheese plain with only ketchup. Came with cheese. Not first time they making mistakes. Definitely not recommend

Really busy here today but staff coped brilliantly. It was refreshing to see so many staff in fact. Our order came quickly and we found somewhere to sit easily despite there being 6 of us.

Asked to wait in bay, then parked up straight away to eat. Cold burgers, cold floppy chips and the Happy Meal diet coke measurement was filled less than the minimum 0.25l. Guessing it was waiting on the side a while!

Ordered table service and didn't have to wait long. Everything was brought to us quickly and correctly. Not too busy even though it was a Friday during school holidays. Well placed for a short walk by the river!

Visited on a busy Friday night so expected a wait but omg.... Just eat and uber drivers pushing in at every turn one almost knocked my child out with his bag, youngsters behind the till arguing who was going to serve us, one lad swearing at the machines as he made drinks and when a new order came up , they made our Meal twice, tables were being clean as quickly as one person in that size of restaurant can.

Well, The system was down which would normally mean verbal orders and cash payments but not here. They were not allowing that. I was very disappointed and ended up lunching at Burger King instead where my chicken royal was delightful and the fries piping hot. The two stars in my review are for the fact I was able to get a parking space!

Food was barely warm. Asked for food without cheese and onion. Received food with both cheese and onion even though there was a sticker on saying no cheese and no onion. Food swapped when we went back and pointed it out. Burger was a lot warmer than original. Normally food is warmer and better service.

Came today at 2, had a pleasant welcome when we got in and the service was also up to standard, I didn’t feel like I was inside a MacDonald but a restaurant.

I went for breakfast but they were cleaning the coffee machine at the busiest time of the day for coffee.why would you clean the coffee machine at the time most people want it this should have been done during the night in my opinion. The food was ok on this visit not greasy and well made. The place was very clean and the staff friendly. There is a large carpark to use as well

First of all, the food quality here is probably the best in Hull. Secondly, I've been here a couple of times for breakfast now, and every time, there had been a young well mannered guy on the service desk, smile on his face, clearly calling out the numbers, and wishing everyone a good day! Makes a change from the drab unwelcoming people you usually have. Give the guy a pat on the back and tell him he's doing a good job!

St Andrews McDonald’s is without a doubt the best one for its food quality and quantity, the food actually looks like the advertised pictures. It’s proper portion sizes should be the same in all McDonald’s, but sadly others I’ve visited don’t match this store by far. And the service is as good as it should be. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean! Keep up the good work guys, I’ve never been dissatisfied here yet. 6 miles from where I live but always worth the journey. Out of 7 McDonald’s nearby this one is the furthest but absolutely the best!

Did a drive through. Unfortunately one of our burgers was missing . We couldn't be bothered to go all the way round again in the massive queue. Such a shame or you'd have got 5 stars x

A decent McDonald's. When visiting, food is always hot, the staff friendly and personally, I've never witnessed the place being dirty. If you order from just eat etc, there's a high chance your food will be cold by the time it reaches you.

Food came out quickly, staff were doing a good job keeping things clean and tidy

Went at 0515hrs. 10 minute wait for a cup of tea but this could have been due to staff levels and the two cars in front of me placing medieval banquet sized orders. Staff were their usual friendly and polite selves!

Enjoyed my stopover, but slightly confused re the entrance as eat in is available and the loos are inside (only reason for dropping one star). Spotted friendly staff after I'd wandered a bit who let me on through what was a side door but is now an unmarked entrance. The loo entrance was behind a temporary(?) desk which was even more confusing. Ordered fine whilst inside and a few people were eating inside. I was then pointed to the one way exit (former entrance/exit). Better signage please for those who need to enter the building, I spotted others wandering so not just moi. Ordering insude easy, got what I wanted. Accesibility: level, but currently confusing. Disabled spaces for car parking, staff bringing food outside, plus Click and Collect spaces. Loo entrance, short narrow passage with 90deg turning due to positioning of the service desk. Car Park: plenty of spaces. Toilets: yes, but not currently easily accessible (see above)

This Mcdonalds have git my food wrong on 3 consecutive occasions Its In need of a revamp and looks untidy will not be revisiting until the staff have a shack up. Absolutley useless!

Don't usually do mcds these days but out on a ride and got the urge which could not be ignored. 2 double cheese and mcchickrn from saver menu. Always good value and didn't have to do too many miles to work it off. This one's better than the one in town. Better organised and spaced out.

The manager was going around touching the food without a hairnet The manager had long hair. We explained to the woman at the drive through why the manager had to wear a hairnet but she kept saying that the rules there where different.

Stopped in for a quick coffee and McFlurry after the cinema. It was quite late so half the dining area was closed off but there were still places to sit. My mini McFlurry was perfect 😊

We went to the St Andrew's Quay branch in Hull. It was horrendous. 20 minutes minimum wait for our order and there was not enough parking spaces in a super small car park where all the bins were over flowing with rubbish. The inside was no better. No sauces, nor pots to put sauces in no napkins or straws which should be supplied. The place was riddled with filth and bins over flowing. Disgusting and will never use this take away again. The food was also cold.

Been today, ordered toffee latte. Open the lid after maybe 10 seconds from collection.There was no toffee neither whipped cream. When came back to ask where was toffee latte I paid for, I was told "it melts very fast" with slight attitude. Coffee was replaced after all but Jesus how skinned they have to be to not make it right first time 🤣 don't recommend ordering in early hours if you in rush.

Popped in for a burger. Played a blinder when i decided to park up and cue inside and order at the machines inside. Order was taken but it was a good 25mins before i got served so not so fast food. Deliverue seemed to take priority over waiting customers. The place was not full and i have been served faster here when it has been fuller. Possibljy a problem on the day but not great from Mac Ds

I always find it strange how McDonald's restaurants can vairy so much with what they class as acceptable quality and service. This particular one has never disappointed me. Highly recommended 👌

Zero stars if I could, and appalling customer service. Ordered 13 breakfasts to take to work in the store and have receipt with it all on. Picked up the large order from the counter, drove to work and 6 orders missing form the bag. Rang up to explain some of the order is missing and was passed to Ady who refused to accept that he can make a mistake and that the order was wrong. Said he double checked it, so clearly I was wrong. No willingness to accept a mistake could be made, didnt offer the items again paid or unpaid. had to tell 6 people they get no breakfast but have still paid for them. For a large order its impossible to check the items in the bag, but unacceptable to refuse to believe a customer or that mistakes can be made. Clearly the customer is always wrong in that place.

Just ordered a grand big mac meal and I was never more disappointed and disgusted after what I saw. I threw the thing that was meant to ve my burger in the bin after I got in, shame I didn't take a picture and shame on whoever made it. Sort your staff out please

Absolutely piss poor. No staffing structure. To many orders not enough staff yeah that's right not enough staff. No receipt given out with food orders. People collecting wrong orders. People not even getting orders. People collecting orders that wasn't theirs. People even claiming orders they hadn't even had to pay for No receipt given so no proof they hadn't absolute shambles. One woman constantly making drinks of all kinds for orders not even picked all stacked up masses of them.people getting wrong drinks .People returning food because it's cold. Terrible McDonald's has lost the plot. Laid of staff now can't cope easy answer employ more staff that's right more staff. Greed cost you last night

Every time I order something there’s a 50/50 chance I’ll receive something completely random this has happened so many times now it’s ridiculous. The level of cleanliness or lack there of inside is appalling, every object seems to be either sticky or greasy or a revolting combination of the two. Staff members are rude and incompetent and seem to stare vacantly in the distance rather than doing their jobs, maybe this is why 70% of the time I’m never able to receive what I actually ordered. Would not recommend in the slightest.

This maccies was very clean and tidy, there was loads of staff too but still had a bit of a wait even though there weren't many tickets on.
