    Brilliant experience from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble, even on delivery day, the installation team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the whole set up, whilst still been on-site at 19.30pm, with a 2 hour drive home left ahead of them.     please, don't waste, ya, time on these the after, service is diabolical. told them I need a, part they can't make there mind up which part it is and if I buy then i cant return if wrong. classic crooks

    Top marks for the patience & assistance provided in sourcing 2 new parts for our hot tub which we purchased from them 8 years ago. It's still going strong just that items get brittle with age😉 Rachel initially responded quickly to my email and put me in touch with Abi and after looking at photos she's sourced the 2 items required which she's dispatching today. Thank you ladies🥂

    Terrible quality products. We ordered a jacuzzi bath through Costco website, which was supplied by superior wellness. Two years on, and we have had four leaks with water pouring out of the ceiling, due to terrible taps and pipes. Replacement parts from the company are only lasting six months. Stay clear!!

    I think it's important during these difficult times to share good service. I can highly recommend this company, the whole process was swift and easy. The delivery staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for them. I love my new spa! Thank you!

    After owning one of your company's hot tubs for two years we got our first leak from one of the lights which is also a blower. I think we were one month over the warrantee. We called and asked if you could help us and we were told that in fact the part does not last too long and we would have to find a hot tub service company and pay to have it fixed. They also metioned that the chemicals that they recommended in fact decay the fittings. GREAT!! Well they are not cheap and we had three go one after the other costing around £150 per fitting. within another month or so another went and we decided to just have them all changed. We were informed that they are a cheap Chinese fitting and we now have much better quality fittings. Over all the expense has been around £1200 and this tub was just over two years old. This company are very good at taking your money but but after your warrantee is up expect the tub to have failed fittings and receive no help at all.

    We had Leigh and Shayne delivering and fitting our new Be Well hot tub, top blokes really helpful, polite, professional and diligent couldn't ask for anyone better, both went extra mile thanks fellas for making it so easy did yourselves and your company proud 👍

    The aftercare is great. We have had our tub serviced and the young man that came Callum was very good and worked non stop. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions without making us feel like we were mithering. Our tub looks like brand new.

    Made a phone call today to ask about some head rests for my hot tub which I bought from your company and was told they can't help me just thought of a random company phone no to give me to get me of the phone only wish Jamie answered the phone he is a very helpful chap .should try harder on your after sales Cameron you never know might help with your sales.

    Had a top of the range swim Zeus spa supplied and delivered 2 years ago! And to this day it hasn’t worked properly! Need I say more! Very disappointed with the service received!!!

    We’ve had a product 18 months that we haven’t been able to use! Annoyed and fed up is a massive understatement of how I am feeling!!! Very sad indeed, I wish we hadn’t bought it!!!! In response in no way did my husband stop your engineer from leaving and he was never threatened. We have been more than patient over the last two years, but enough is enough!!! Now ask yourself this…..,. If you brought yourself something for over £15,000 and after 2 years it still wasn’t working , how would you feel????

    I would certainly recommend superior wellness to anyone looking to buy a hot tub as they were great when we were purchasing and the customer service post buying has been excellent too. We ended up having a leak as a seal went in the heated and a big thanks to Joe for the great service he provided on his visit. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things hot tub related!! Liam who i spoke to on the phone to book the visit was also super helpful so thanks to him too. Thanks

    Superior Wellness supplied a Chill Tub and Cube 210 sauna to my house. The installation staff were great and professional - dealing with the financial side and aftercare was 1st class and price more than competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Leigh came to repair our tub after months of frustration with another company he sorted it out..went the extra mile and checked in after 72 hours to make sure we were happy and that all was well. Lesson learnt go straight to the guys that know!

    I had a couple of queries and minor repairs which were dealt with promptly which put my mind at ease. Fantastic communication between Superior Wellness and myself. Leigh arrived and was so helpful not only did he rectify the issues he spent the time to fully explain how to use and maintain the life of my tub. I am now really enjoying the tub and to know that if I have any more queries I have the confidence of knowing I have support from the team. Would recommend 100% thank you again leigh.

    Great support from Leigh who travelled not once but twice to Scotland to fix leaks in our brand new platinum trident hot-tub. Tub was delivered and installed by 2 great guys but unfortunately within a couple of days we discovered we had a leak. Leigh arrived and promptly fixed said leak- however we subsequently found the tub was leaking again within a couple days. Initially advised would be a couple of weeks till 16th October till they could come repair ( they are just so busy - covering huge areas of the country) but Nicole and Joe in customer services were great and liased with Costco as well. We were delighted to subsequently get a text from Leigh on the 6th advising he would be with us within the hour.and upon a thorough examination of the tub 3 cracked jets and a leaking pipe were discovered and all was fixed. We have had no more issues since and are finally enjoying our hot-tub. Leigh was very helpful and spent hours ensuring everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. Overall very pleased with support from Superior Wellness in resolving our issues promptly. Final shout out to Matthew in logistics who was helpful with initial delivery questions.
